An absolutely great place for time at the beach. Cozy, clean, well furnished and great location. Diane is the best with a warm welcome and meeting needs and requests. I believe it to be the best place at the beach.

This was my family first time staying here. What a great experience. Very clean, so cozy, and what a great price. We will be coming back ALOT!

This is our favorite place to go for our annual family vacation! Diane is wonderful, and each year is memorable and special! So many beautiful details and thoughtful amenities. Great location for more activities than we ever have time to do. We are always happy there, and sad to leave!

Pull out bed broken and dirty with no sheets provided, no bulbs in lamps, sitting areas outside dirty and or broken, bathroom door doesn't have a working knob, but friendly staff and short walk to beach.

We love this place! So comfortable and perfect for our family! We always rent at least 2 cabins for the 4th and have a great time with family, making memories! That's what's its about! Perfect place.

The rooms seem run down a bit, but are still perfect for an amazing weekend getaway. We have been here a few times and love it every time. We will definitely come back!

We love it here… we have been coming here for many years. Started out renting one cabin for the weekend and has blossomed into at least 4 of the 5 — 2 bedroom cabins, of not all 5 of them for the Grayland Driftwood Festival. We have also come down for the Cranberry Festival.
We have told many friends about this wonderful place.

The cottages are very warm and cozy. Walking distance to the beach and quiet.

Staff is very friendly. We stayed in one of the older cabins, and it looked like it needed a bit of work. Comfy bed, comfy couch, cable TV, close to the beach, pet friendly. Recommend closing the windows facing the road at night to avoid being woken up early by trucks and cars zooming by.

We have been coming here for over 7 years! We love Cottage It is our home away from home! There isn't a better place to stay when coming down to Grayland! We never have any problems when we are here and the company is always fantastic! Keep up the great work, Diane! We plan on returning for years to come! George & Leigha.

Such a great cozy place. The cottages are well equipped and just a little walk to the ocean! The owner, Dianne, so sweet and very accommodating.

Cute little cabins that are a short walk to the beach. Very clean and friendly!

We had our family reunion there last week. We rented 8 out of the 10 cottages, pleanty of room for each family. Everyone was very happy with their cortage. We had a great time playing horseshoes, enjoyed evening's by the fire pit, had a great time walking to the beach daily, and the play area was good for all of the children.
I will return in the future…

We stayed at the resort a few weeks ago. While the stay was nice the booking on-line has been a mess. I was charged $405.92 for two nights. It was supposed to be $310.00. When we arrived we were told that since we reserved online all the information was filled out. Then I got an email saying that I was going t be charged for a No-Show as they had no records of us being there. The place is nice and clean but their online system needs an update. We wont be staying there again anytime soon, Thank you.

We were excited to come here, the pictures of the place were so cute. Unfortunately our stay was not exactly stellar. We rented the blue lighthouse cabin. When we arrived, we noticed the cabin looked rundown, but the inside was clean, and looked cute. The appliances are old but functional. The problem was after we ckd in on Friday, the office was not open again until Sunday afternoon. The electric fireplace did not work, we needed another towel, we couldn't log on to Wi-Fi, and we couldn't rent movies, all of which they advertised. We called the number left on the office door, but were never contacted. We left a note on the office door. Nothing. I was hoping to book again for another occasion, but will now look elsewhere.

Great places at very resonable prices, would stay again.

At one time I was an employee, they don't sanitize like they should they don't clean under the stove couch or oven for that matter they barley dust so check behind the pictures under everything and behind things or up in the cabnits they have a great look on the out side but deep down they don't sanitize or clean like they should. Just honesty. Great owners though. Also one more thing they don't wash or replace there plush blankets. And when she says deep clean she's lieing I think id know I worked on the inside I'm not just a website a mange ment. 4 times a year? Do you really wanna sleep in other peoples dead skin cells. I mean when I stay somewhere the soft blanket is my favor it. But they wash them 4 times a year? Shouldn't they do that after every stay?
