Stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff is always pleasant and very accommodating. If we have had any issues they are usually taken care right away. Breakfast had always been better than many other places have stayed.

Small room but it looked recently renovated and was nicely done with a comfortable bed. Nice staff who all seemed to care. Very good price. Covered all my bases. Breakfast was small but not enough to knock down a star.

Someone (apparently the front office) knocked on my door once at 10:20pm and again at 10:30, by which I then walked to the door and looked through the peep whole. No one was there. The “front office” then called me at 10:35pm to tell me that they needed to check my identification when I already did so upon check in. I told them I will do so in the morning. The hotel itself is alright, but the service is terrible. It’s very sketchy to knock twice on the door and call so late in the night to check my identification. The office lady said bout my ID info when I checked in so they shouldn’t need it so urgently as to call me so late and wake me up.

First of all, not expecting a whole lot out of $110 hotel named Econo Lodge but… The couch made me afraid to put my bag on it. The bed was rock hard and made it so we got no sleep before our mountain biking trip… Plus they treated us like an inconvience when we got here. Super cool guys. Not to mention people kept slamming doors all night or thinking they were in the wrong room bc it sounded like someone tried to open our door several times. The manager denied that they ever problems here and said we should have reported the problem at the time… you want us to report that we couldn't sleep all night before the night was over? They basically gave us a giant F U.

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my lifetime. I'm not exaggerating to say this bed is the worst I've ever slept on. Or I should say, didn't sleep on, as I mostly laid awake all night, but would occasionally nod off and then wake up with one of my limbs falling asleep, because I was trying to sleep on a ROCK. Please check my review history, I hardly ever leave one star reviews, or negative reviews at all, I like to focus on the positive. But not only did this place have a terrible bed made of rocks, the front desk lady was very rude when we arrived. There was no one at the desk so we rang the bell like the sign said, and she eventually appeared, not trying to hide her irritation, and said "I was trying to make dinner in the back but that's okay". Then, people kept slamming doors and yelling in the room next to us all night. It sounded like there were 7 people in there and they were in and out and having some kind of party well past midnight. When I reported these issues the next day, the management denied that any of my problems were valid, stating "its always quiet here" (? ) and that I should have reported earlier that I didn't sleep all night. Not sure how I'm supposed to report that I didn't sleep all night BEFORE the night has taken place. Also, the couch in the room look like it had been found on the side of the road. But hey at least the wall paint was kind of nice. This place charged over $100 for a room and is lower quality than a $50 roach motel.

A clean beautiful hotel. Staff are professional and very helpful.

Solid Econolodge. Fairly clean and quiet.

The extended stay room we are staying at is great, my only complaint is the outlet the fridge is plugged into is worn out which causes the fridge to work unreliably.

The room was clean and comfortable. I was late to the continental breakfast but they accommodated me. The service was friendly and efficient.

Worst place I've ever stayed. -Under construction, lots of noise and weird access routes to get to room. Materials carts in front of everything and all around parking lot, blocking ice and vending machines too. -Horrible, sunken, uncomfortable bed with the loudest frame I've ever experienced — sitting on it sounded like a creaky wooden chair upholstered in tarp. Equally as comfortable. -Microwave on the "desk" space because cord is too short to reach any other outlets in room. -Dirty table/chair surfaces, had to scrub desk (after moving the microwave) to sit at it without it being sticky (desk chair sunken too) -Tiny shower head with a curtain that's half the size of the stall. -Bathroom fan that sounds like a small jet engine and shakes the entire room when turned on. -Construction glitches or showering without the jet engine fan running somehow set off the fire alarm in my room. Attendant had to come into the room to investigate (and so I could prove I wasn't smoking) only to have it have stopped inexplicably. -Tried using the in-room fan to the worst smell I've had an appliance produce, had to open the window to try and air it out. -Haven't even slept on the bed yet but between the noise, the smell, the lack of comfort, and everything else I probably won't be able to. -I stay at a lot of cheaper motels for work but this is way below anything I've ever seen in room comfort and quality.

Been staying here for years. Price reasonable. Rooms clean, staff friendly and helpful. Really nice since remodel!

Front desk staff friendly and helpful. A few upgrades done, but workmanship was poor. Breakfast good.

Easy access and had a couple restaurants with in walking distance. Fair pricing and clean. Your typical continental breakfast. The friendly service received from the front desk staff was good, but Liz went out of her way to see that it was an exceptional stay. Thanks for making it so enjoyable.

Experience is very middle of the road for this establishment. It's not the worst by far & neither is it the best by a long shot! I'd say you get what you paid for here, but I honestly feel a short changed in many areas of my visit for amount of cash I paid on my visit. I felt disappointed in general, but when compared to other similar places I could have chosen this was unfortunately a pretty basic standard place for the industry & that's why I gave it a higher rating then I feel I really should have.

Horrible staff/owner. Rude to my mum and me. Mold in all the caulking, food on ceiling and pictures in room, torn floor, fleas everywhere, room overlooking pool smelled like dog and cat pee. Staff members smoked cigarettes and marijuana right outside the doors despite the fact it's a "smoke-free motel". Never would recommend, not worth the cost savings, better to stay in Puyallup and drive further than stay in this pit. I'm sure I'm forgetting more and smoke might think this is exaggerating but I'm actually being nice. This place sucks I would give less stars if I could. Save yourself the trouble and keep driving right passed.

I needed a day room while our house was being re-piped. The hotel is fine, but on that particular day, the town it is in list power, so that made the stay a little awkward, but that was not their fault.

Friendly staff, and a free continental breakfast that goes beyond a few pastry and slices of bread. They offered waffles, sausages, yogurt, cold and hot cereal, and hard boiled eggs. Room was comfortable with new flat screen TV, microwave and refrigerator.

Room exactly as advertised. Large continental breakfast served every morning. Management helpful, some staff less helpful.

Rooms could use a little updating… although was told in process.

We stay here when visiting family. We find it clean, friendly and convenient. For the price, can't beat it for the area…

It was a decent room for the price. Although when I went to make coffee in the morning, there was still grains in the pot from the previous person who stayed there (I'm not sure how long ago they were there, so. Gross. ) while this isn't a HUGE deal, it does bring concern as to what else the house keepers skip because it "looks" clean.

Large rooms. Good service. Nice breakfast. Great rooms for the price.

Easy to find location. No elevator to 2nd floor. One room has a scent (hmm hire someone to fix it) the next room has some white crusty stain on the comforter hidden by the pillows. Hmmm. Send it to the cleaner. Big rooms. Clean bathrooms.
