Called 2 days prior to ask if pool was open was told yes, booked a room, told them I was coming specifically to take my daughter swimming, front desk person seemed like he either had too much coffee… or “something” else lol told him I was only booking for the pool, I was never once told we had to be scheduled for a pool time slot, got kicked out after 30mns, moto for the hotel is, “if you’re not happy don’t pay” but still paid half of the room we never touched, so it could be cleaned. The pool situation should be made clear when checking in, especially when it’s made clear that’s what you’re coming for.

This place is fabulously, the room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly, courteous, and fabulous. The breakfast OMG the was the bomb! We will always stay at this hotel when we come down.

Booked online after searching many different hotels in the area. Room exceeding expectations! Friendly staff. Warm breakfast, which had a variety of different choices daily (stay was 4 nights). Highly recommend this hotel! Will stay again when I’m back in the area!

I have a friend staying in this hotel and I’m very disappointed with your facility. In a state of emergency you can't make an exception to your "policy" to take a credit card payment towards a room for an evacuee. And $143 room rate at this point is gouging and greedy! … Way to go Hampton (in my sarcastic voice)!

Really loved this hotel. The room was large, there was a wet bar and frig in the room, the shower was nice, the hotel is located a bit off the freeway so it was quiet, it was convenient to everything, the breakfast in the morning was very good, and the staff was super accommodating. We couldn't have asked for more… especially for the price. I highly recommend it!

We stayed in this Hampton Inn for one night. When we arrived in our room, it was 80° and the thermostat wasn't working. They were helpful and got us a new room quickly though. The room smelled a little smoky but it wasn't terrible. Everything was clean. The breakfast was okay but I really liked the layout of the breakfast area. It was very modern.

Excellent, warm, professional staff. Extremely clean and surprisingly nice rooms for the price/location expectations. Fine breakfast included. I would say all the little things added up to a great stay, and the detail that blew my mind was the presence of makeup remover wipes in the room. I've never seen this anywhere before and it was the only toiletry that I actually wanted and needed. Just amazing.

This was my first time staying at this location. The staff was very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable I would be more than happy to stay here again in the near future.

Stayed here 6/16. Got into town around 10:00 and check in went smooth as always. I visit Burlington every month and a half or so and have stayed here numerous times. This was the worst. After looking forward to a shower the water was one temp, way too hot to use. My intent was to address this first thing in the morning as we were scheduled to be there for two nights. Before that could happen, we were abruptly woken at 3:45am by the fire alarm. The alarm was finally turned off at the direction of the fire department at about 4:20am when staff was instructed to disconnect the unit as they could not figure out how to properly shut it off. They were also told that they were to walk the halls every thirty minutes to ensure the safety of their guests. Now, do problems happen, yes. But at the end of the day, they are in the business of providing a pleasant nights sleep in a comfortable environment. And they failed miserably at providing this to their guests. At no time did we receive an apology or reimbursement for our inconveniences. At no time did they attempt to make their shortcomings right to their guests. With that said, unless they somehow manage to make this right, I will take my business elsewhere and I would recommend you do the same. Again, problems and inconveniences happen, and it is the companies responsibility to ensure that their guests are properly taken care of when this unfortunate incident does arise, and they didn’t.

Really spacious room, near shopping, restaurants and major highways. All personnel we've interacted with have been friendly, polite and helpful. How refreshing. Nice place.

It is impeccably clean with friendly staff and a great pool area, but it is the little touches that I really appreciated. Like many hotels, they have coffee in the lobby 24/7, but instead of just the typical offering they had 2 varieties plus decaf, many teas, apple cider, hot chocolate, marshmallows, chocolate and caramel sauce, and blueberry cucumber infused water. The rooms have large mini fridges, microwaves (popcorn included! ) and there is an enclosed outdoor grassy area with a barbecue if you want to cook. The free breakfast is again fairly basic, but much better due to little extras. For example, they have those little cheese "omelettes" that you see at many hotel chains but they have fresh cheese, chopped peppers and jalapenos you can add. Was sad to stay only one night and would happily stay again.

The hotel itself was in good shape but staff (mainly the room service wouldn't be as friendly to guests as I'd expect.

We had a great stay under not the best circumstances. I was in town for a funeral, and they did their best to help me forget about the sadness. They were not aware of my situation, so I would say that they treat all their customers with great respect and great attitude. Only reason I gave 4 stars was an employee was a bit rude to me, but that was because I was late for breakfast and I asked if I could have one of the muffin things that was on a tray in their hand. Overall great service, and that little hiccup will not hold me back from coming again.

The first night sheets were a little itchy and the room was dusty. The second I changed the sheets this was my choice, after the change they werent itchy. But I should have dusted. Oh yeah there was no microwave in the room. For the price a night least they could have had was a microwave in the room. It was over $150 a night.

Front desk was very friendly. Room was very nice and the bed was comfy. Enjoyed my stay here.

Stayed for a basketball tournament with my child's team. Had a great weekend. Indoor pool was great for the kids. They let us use the conference room to keep everyone together. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We'd stay again.

Room was comfortable, Ashley was helpful and friendly, could not connect to Wi-Fi and their breakfast was terrible.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. The toilet wasn't easy to flush, oddly enough. Felt as if I was about to break the handle just to flush down fluids. I wish I had a good night sleep, but I kept hearing a train go by ever hour or so, and the walls are thin. Had no issues hearing a conversation next door.

Nice hotel. We came to Burlington for a visit to Elon University. Hotel only a 10 minute drive away. Hotel staff very friendly and professional (thanks for your help and for restaurant suggestions, Blake). Rooms were clean, spacious, and a decent breakfast. We will stay again when coming back to Burlington.

I stayed at the Hampton for about 3 months while my house was being worked on. They have a small gym, a swimming pool (that is cleaned regularly, a hot tub (that is also drained and cleaned regularly. The pool room keeps a supply of towels, for guest use — no reason to bring your own. Bathroom in pool room is cleaned at least twice a day. I observed the cleaning staff working hard to keep the rooms halls and dining area, spotless. I spoke to the crew frequently and was always met with a smile and a helping hand if I needed it. The front desk and management never failed to answer request, and even made sure my dairy free, gluten free, meat free diet had foods I could eat. I would stay there again, and recommend it to others.

Nice and clean comfy rooms located in area with acess to restaurants and shopping areas. Blake was very friendly at guest check in and call when I got up to my room to make sure my room was in good satisfaction.

So I got in almost at midnight. Desk gives me my key room is 367. I go to the 3rd floor and realize that they don’t have that many rooms. Go down to the desk. A new person is there. She is very apologetic tells me I am in 411. I ask “do you need to redo my key’”. Girl insisted no. I go to 411. Guess what? Not my room someone else is in there. Back to the desk. Same girl apologizing again oops her bad it was 413. Slep my bags a third time to413 after midnight now but bingo finally the right room.

This hotel was amazing. Room was huge. The four of us were very comfortable. The pool was very nice except for the pool area's surface was very slippery. Hotel was located across the street from the Cascade mall and several other restaurants and shops. The hotels also puts together brown bags with snacks for your travels. Our's had a granola bar, apple, water, and a package of water flavoring. Add all that to coffee with lots of creamer flavors and sauces and fruit enhanced water I am looking forward to our next trip just so we can stay here again. The breakfast was amazing too!

We had our office Christmas party in one of their spacious conference rooms. They set everything up for us. Beautiful tables with black table cloths, very elegant! We forgot a few things and they had no problem helping us out. I would highly recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone who is looking for a very clean, accommodating, friendly place.

Everything is top rate and the entire staff from the breakfast crew through the entry staff were the best… thank you.

Conrad would not be proud. There wasn't even a chair in the room other than the one at the desk. Not good for two people!

I’ve spent here two weeks for a business trip and I enjoyed the staying. Large and comfortable rooms. Fast and reliable internet connection. Breakfast buffet is satisfying. I only missed the espresso coffee (I’m Italian). There’s a good restaurant (Outback Steakhouse) very close to the hotel, you can reach it by walk. Very good overall service. The staff does an appreciable job.

The service here is amazing, the staff is very friendly. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is amazing. Definitely my favorite Hampton!

Decent hotel except for the internet access. If you are staying more than a few days the non-stop frustration of try to get and stay connected will probably drive you bonkers. Hilton in general sucks for this, but this hotel seems a bit worse.

The staff and rooms at this location is always great. However, if the hotel insists on having CNN going on TV then we also need FOX News on the other TV. I hate having such slanted reporting shoved in my face when I am paying to stay somewhere.

Stayed here during the Ride to Conquer Cancer. As expected the place was packed full and rates were higher than normal. Rooms were clean with good working AC. Did not get a chance to check out the pool. Breakfast was as expected for this kind of place.

Hotel staff was really friendly and the beds were crazy soft. They had this bomb rasberry lemon water in the lobby too and a pretty nice breakfast spread.

We had a good stay as usual with Hampton Inn. The rooms are clean and well kept and the people who work there are helpful and friendly.

The King Suite with Jacuzzi is AMAZING! … STAYED WHILE traveling through the area and was o e of the nicest rooms I have stayed at in years. The extra large shower can probably fit 8 people, but that is not my style (LOL).

I was very pleased with the accommodations of this hotel. The room and bathroom we're very large and clean. The continental breakfast was very good. I would stay here again without a doubt.

We made a last minute reservation here to stop overnight while on a drive home from vacation. The price was reasonable so we choose this hotel. When we got there we were pleasantly surprised! The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom! And, everything was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Continental breakfast in the AM was much better then most breakfasts included in this price point. Would absolutely stay here again if worked in my travel plans.

It's everything I've come to expect from staying at a Hampton; clean room, pleasant amenaties and friendly staff. The only down side is you can hear the train from the rooms so close the windows if you're a light sleeper.

Central location in Burlington. Comfortable bed. Clean room and facilities. Excellent breakfast! Was surprised there was no closet and hangers in our room though, so make sure you ask about it if you need one.

I have rarely been to a hampton I didn't like and this one keeps the streak going. The building had alot of free parking to offer and easy to get to. My number one perk I love about hampton is the free breakfast and this location did not disappoint. The usual waffles and meat and egg selection was great and the building and rooms were very clean.

I recommend the king suite. It's very nice. It is all one big open room. There is a hot tub, a huge glass shower, along with a nice comfortable bed. Amazing free breakfast!

Always great to stay at a Hampton. This inn just as great as any Hampton. Very convenient off of highway. Very friendly staff greeting us late at night.

We simply cannot begin to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay here! My sister, mom and I were there a week ago for 4 days. Everyone at this hotel was so pleasant and accommodating! We were traveling with my mom and needed a handicapped accessible room. The room was amazing and so huge. Mom is in a wheelchair and requires oxygen. The breakfasts in the morning were always fresh and hot, even when we got there at 9:30 after getting my mom ready for the day! It was a wonderful spread for breakfast every morning! I recommend this place for your stay! We will be staying here if/when we go back!

Met my friend to stay overnight at the Burlington Hampton Inn while her daughter was auditioning at Elon University nearby. The front desk staff especially the maintenance staff was wonderful but the two rooms in which we stayed were terrible! (Yes, we had to move because the HBO was not working. ) Regardless, each time we attempted to use the key cards, they were nonfunctional and we had to keep returning to the front desk. (A real comedy of errors! ) Once in the second room, we discovered that the beds were not really lumpy only the housekeeping staff, in a rush to complete the change of bedding, left each of the two mattresses 1/3 off of the box springs, below! When we finally got asleep, the loud noise of someone moving the luggage cart over the lip of the elevator floor, awakened us with a bang only 30 minutes later. After loading our luggage in our cars and breakfast, we ran back up to the room, only to be locked out again with the non functioning key cards! And what was worse, the state of the downstairs Women's restroom was disgustingly filthy! I have stayed in many Hampton Inns across the U. S. My favorite is in Saratoga Springs, NY. We missed the fluffy yet dense comforters, extra warm blankets, and chocolates and having our beds turned down.

The staff are all extremely caring and go out of their way to provide a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

What a terrific crew there was on hand to welcome all of us at the All-chamber Business After Hours tonight at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Burlington, WA! Fercie, Ashley, Celeste, Samantha, Linda, Chelsea and everyone there went out of their way to make us feel special. The food (sushi — YUM! ) and beverages (especially the wines from the local Tulip Valley Winery) were delicious and the ambience was warm and cozy. Thanks to all of you! My husband and I will definitely be staying with you and recommending Hampton Burlington to our family and friends!

Staff was very friendly, room was clean, but gym is way to basic. 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, one bike. No weights or weight machines. Rated 3 due to that, as well as no fridge or microwave in room.

GM's can usually be your worst critics, but I have Zero complaints and would love to steal ALL your employees and hire them at my hotel! Not a grouchy one in the bunch. It's nice and clean, but the Wi-Fi is a paltry. 9 down and. 5 up. Can't do much work at this speed. TV is small for the size of the room. Disappointed.

Did not like the reservation line; however, we chose to skip it and just show up at the hotel to book our room. Clay, at the front desk, was speedy, pleasant and helpful. Our room (219) was clean and on a quiet floor. Breakfast (and most importantly, coffee) was delicious. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Hampton Inn in Burlington is a Top Notch Hotel. Damien is the very best in his field. He and his staff are always professional and courteous. If you want to stay at the absolute best in town, do so at Hampton Inn, where quality and service is unmatched.

When we got married September 21 2013, we had ambitions to drive all the way from Advance to the Outer Banks in a straight shot from the wedding reception. We made it about an hour down the road before the rain and our eyes got so heavy we could hardly see, so we took the next exit and pulled in the lot of the Hampton. While my husband sat in the truck under the awning, I ran in to the front desk to see if they had any vacancies, completely forgetting that I was still wearing my wedding gown. The desk receptionist was SO sweet to us even though we had no reservations and gave us what I have no doubt was the best room in the building, striving to make the first night of our honeymoon special. I'm talking so hospitable, if I had gotten her name, I would've sent her a thank you card. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was as incredible as our welcome had been the night before. We would highly recommend choosing to stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites Burlington and hope to ourselves again soon.

Stayed two nights. Rooms were clean and spacious. Quiet hotel, lots of selections for breakfast. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. As someone else stated below, the TVs were a bit small for the king-sized rooms, and there was no microwave or fridge. My bathroom had a shower but no bathtub. Housekeeping was great and the cookies are always splendid :).

This is an excellent hotel. Excellent service (very friendly and helpful staff) and amenities (nice indoor pool and jacuzzi). The breakfast is excellent. Probably one of the best free breakfasts I've seen. If you have children you'll find everything you need (in-room microwave, fridge) and at a very good price. Great location (close to all the main shopping "attractions"). We'll be staying at Hampton Inns more frequently now.
