Very good for the money. This is a less expensive hotel and a lot of families are staying there so it seemed safe with no really loud people or anything like that. The bed wasn't great but for what I paid everything was more than good enough.

Customer Service was excellent. Pleasant Gentleman the night I checked in, and pleasant women at the desk the afternoon I checked out. Quiet environment. I initially booked for the price. Right outside of DC, took about 25 minutes to get into the city. But the quiet clean room will definitely be a reason to revisit! Great value.

Average and clean hotel. Comfortable bed. Had some drainage issues (very slow) with the bathtub and sink in the bathroom. The room and kitchenette was clean. Disappointing breakfast. Individually wrapped store bought muffins and granola bars. If you are looking for a low caliber and fairly cheap hotel this could be the one for you. Free Internet connection service slow… but for additional cost you could have enhance Internet which I decide not to purchase. I don't know how better the enhanced Internet is and how much it cost.

Very clean, but simple hotel. Very reasonable cost for the Tysons area. Right near Route 7 and fairly close to the malls. Good for business travelers.

Pretty nice place to stay. One of the few lower price options in Tyson's area that's close, accommodating, and affordable. No complaints on my end! Would definitely stay here again.

Above average extended stay experience, rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi is good. Plenty of parking spaces. Staff attitude can improve.

Dirty room and unhelpful staff. Reserved non-smoking room but received smoking room on the 3rd floor. All rooms are supposed to be non-smoking! Requested different room and staff said there are none. That was it. Room wreaked of cigarettes. It was obvious there was no effort to mitigate smoke. Wipe the walls and you get yellow soot. The room was not clean either. Dirty walls, mirror and sink. The bed seemed clean. Went for breakfast at 8 and there was nothing left. Went for coffee at 9:35 and it was gone. Lady said breakfast ended at 9:30. What breakfast? Do not accept 3rd floor rooms here, they were all smoking rooms and still are!

Decent place for a short stay. Clean, ppl at front desk were courteous. Overall nice.

There was hair all over the towels in the bathroom, ones that we hadn't used, people smoking weed in one room, people screaming and a lot of small knocks on the walls. Disgusting.

The Staff here is the best I have had throughout all my years traveling from coast to coast. Mt special t hanks to the front desk and manager for going out of there way to help me with this visit and my future planned stays. Great hospitality.

Not super bad. No gym. The staff is OK, pretty much accommodating but tired) ) ) ) my room was decent, if it was not for the lack of gym, I would give 4 stars for sure, I cant imagine there are still places without the gym) ) ) )

Very basic rooms. Not the most comfortable beds. Polite and friendly staff.

Nice place live. People are very nice except the house keeping which I reminded them to clean my room. Overall experience is good. The only suggestion I can give if they can change the breakfast menu. I know it's grab and go but everyday same breakfast they can change it I guess.

Great rooms. Comfy beds and awesome kitchen inside with a fridge and stove and sink. Can't speak for all employees but so far the man who has helped me a few times has been very rude. I asked if they could reserve a parking spot forbmy sister who was on her way home from surgery. Expected a no but didnt expect to be treated so rudely about asking. Also went to ask for pur kitchen amenities and he threw them on the counter towards me, didn't say a word and walked back into the back office. Other than this man the hotel has been great!

Room is not small. Breakfast is just cheapest cereal bar and muffin with low quality coffee you don't want to eat. It's not hotel. Just it's same with rent a room like residence. You need to clean your room and to go to trash room by yourself. World slowest free internet. Nerver pay for high speed internet. It is also slow. Staff llike boss is very rude. Heater is very noisy like factory machine.

If some one wants a budget hotel this is the one. Do not expect great service but ok. Breakfast is very disappointing.

Other than the front desk taking awhile to greet us, the room was adequate.

Strong smell of paint, no hot water in kitchen (fixed), noisy a/c that soaked carpet (finally fixed), asked housekeeper to freshen up my room with towels & bed linen but she was smug & told me I'd have to pay $10.00 for cleaning (even though I'd already been here a week) before I said that wasn't going to happen. Expected more for $140.00 a night. Complete disregard for others as night front desk woman parks in handicapped parking but has never displayed a handicapped tag. Contacted corporate & they said they were sorry & would get back to me. Going on day 3 & still no call back…

Getting to my floor I was greeted by a small pile of discarded furniture next to the elevator. My room smelled like somebody had cooked a goat in there. Even though there was a kitchen in the room, there were no dishes or utensils, and most important: no coffee maker. The refrigerator was extremely noisy making loud popping noises that I couldn't explain. After the noise woke me the second time I unplugged the fridge. The sheets had too many creases to be looking fresh. The room had no iron but an ironing board, and no hair blower. The TV was small, old and changed constantly the aspect ratio. The wall next to the bed had white wire shelves attached to it. My first and most likely last time to stop at this chain.

We checked out shortly after checking in. Less hotel than I am used to and coworkers didn't like it. I'd find it perfectly acceptable if I was on a budget. Staff were nice and efficient. Read the Google reviews closely and you won't be surprised. 2 Indian TV channels.

If you're looking for a place to stay that's like a home away from home this would be the perfect place. It has a kitchen and a bedroom internet and cable television.

The staff was kind and helpful but for what they charge, the quality of things could be better. The beds are horrible, TV service was pretty bad, and the Wi-Fi could be upgraded to 2MB for a fee, which meant just using my phone was far faster.

The room was great and accommodated our needs perfectly. Very clean and the staff was hospitable.

My wife and I and my sister, and my two dogs recently stayed at this hotel. From the time we walked in the door, until the day we checked out, our experience was wonderful. From Marielle, the manager, John, front desk, to the housekeeping staff, and the rest of the staff we we met, everyone had a great attitude and a smile on their face. Greeted us every time. All the rules and policies were explained at check in. This hotel is in a corporate/residential area. Every thing we could possibly need was within a 5 mile radius. Now with the complaints, I have none. I felt safe here, even taking my dogs out at 2 in the morning if they needed to. Room was clean and comfortable. No bugs. Never heard the neighbors, unless they were talking in the hallway, which is about anywhere you stay. The breakfast is exactly what they advertise, grab-n-go. Fruit, coffee, and granola bars. You have a kitchen, make your own coffee and breakfast. Never heard other dogs barking. I took my own trash to the trash room. Keep the kitchen area clean. Any thing I needed was provided promptly, towels, toiletries, coffee maker. Rates are good. So, yes, I would definitely stay at this Extended Stay America again.

A fine hotel for business travelers. I like that they call their breakfast grab and go and not "continental" because that's what exactly it is. Good value. Good Wi-Fi, and I love the fridge and microwave. Staff will provide plates, pots, and more if you ask, no extra charge.

Its close to restaurants and my office, the room and bed are very comfortable and it looks like a pretty secure area.

Be prepared to question if you will be shot, have your room broken into, and get no sleep due to barking dogs. Yes, it's all true! Upon checking in, I was given a room which reeked of pot so I went to open the window where I notice the lock was broken. After realizing the window could be easily opened from outside, I called the front desk. Upon further inspection of the window, a bullet hole was discovered at the top of the window. After getting the room changed, it seemed fine. Then a guest checked in with their dog which barked and made me feel like I was at a kennel. So if all these things seem things you can overlook, please stay here.

Booked a King bed in a non-smoking room, drove 8 hours and got a room with two queens because they didn't have a king. The room wasn't clean and is run down. I $114 a night? These should be $50 a night.

I was there for a month while down for company business. NO breakfast there, what they actually have is a night stand with I guess edible coffee but everyday only serve granola bars and chocolate muffins. No cereal, no hot food. Plus EVERYday I had to ask for restroom supplies, bar soap, toilet paper, etc and they knew I was going to be there for a month.

Soe Lin the receptionist was vey polite and the service in this hotel is incredible. I highly recommend it.

OK but basic. You get what you pay for.

I work for a very large company that has numerous corporate accounts for hotel chains. This reservation was set up by my logistics department. I travel constantly for work and stay approximatly 3 weeks at each location. I am always placed in hotels with good size suites, and kitchenettes. The main thing I did not like about this hotel was how cheap it felt. It was very poorly maintained, run down, and filthy. When I arrived at this location, the desk attendant was no where to be found, it took almost 5 minutes before he arrived at the front door to let me in. He was very difficult to understand with a very heavy accent. The room was very small comparred to other hotel chains of the same type. The room was bare bones with very limited ammenities. The kitchenette was not clean, and had several broken cabinets. The limited silverware that was provide was filthy and not usable. The toilet worked less often than it worked. The was no free internet included in the room price. If you are looking for a hotel that offers kitchenettes for long stays, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere, especially if you are used to staying in locations that pride themselves on taking care of the customer.
