The front desk could do better, not once they great the guess or even just to say hi or ask if we needed help. I ask for some towels and even send text and nobody reply. I have to go down my self and have to ask them again, twice and finally got it done. The housekeeper and valet was really nice and helpful, if you ask me the front desk crew need more training on saying hi, hello, how can I help you or not once I heard anybody said welcome to Hyatt…

Great get away for you and wife.

I need to reschedule my reservation. I have been trying to cancel this reservation on the app, and I get an endless circle of no help/frozen. Once new dates opened for 2022, I planned on making a new reservation. I called the front desk and asked for help. The gentleman transferred me to the corporate reservation line. The wait on this line is “at least 15 minutes” per the recording. I called back to front desk, and no one would answer the phone. Seriously? It takes one minute to get my confirmation number and hit cancel. I am definitely reconsidering where I stay instead. Dr. Jennifer C. Thompson.

The rooms are beautiful, the service first class.

I have asked the front desk for about a week now to clean up the throw up that is on the stairs leading up to the lobby. My family and I walk by it every day and it is disgusting. Also today’s grab and go breakfast (due to corona virus) is a absolute joke. Popcorn and nuts really common Hyatt y’all can do better. Very disappointed.

I like staying on the Wharf. It is a very nice and clean hotel.

Love this place! The king studio was awesome with a view and fully stocked kitchenette. The sofa bed was very comfy. The location puts you smack in the middle if the wharf. Very convenient and easy to get to. Will definitely come again!

I stayed at this beautiful, modern hotel this week. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, including toiletries and coffee/tea service with real cream and sugar. Amber and Ebony at the front desk were super helpful and prompt when accommodating with my requests. The lady bartenders especially on Wednesday and Thursday night we're great at letting us taste different beverages and also clear about what was included in the happy hour prices. The pool is on the top floor, perfect water temperature and you can see the flights landing at National. Thank you so much to the make pool attendant who offered me an extra towel Wednesday night. I absolutely loved this hotel. It's unique and the restaurants and entertainment on the wharf are amazing. I can't wait to stay here again.

Greatest view in DC. The wharf is beautiful. Walking distance to main DC stuff made it easy to travel. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job. We stayed for a week and it was a great experience every day. Joy from the housekeeping staff was very friendly and greeted us with a smile when we passed by her in the hall. Breakfast was so so yummy! I was surprised by how fresh the food was no matter what time we showed up to eat. The kitchen in the room was very helpful for my siblings and I who love to cook. Very happy we stayed here.

I absolutely LOVED my stay here! The location is fantastic; right on The Wharf boardwalk surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars and dessert shops. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. It has a very modern look and feel. There is a really fun patio with corn hole and chairs overlooking the water. Great breakfast as well. I definitely will be back.

Our room is a suite with a refrigerator and kitchen. It's absolutely beautiful. The service here is great as well. The mall is only about a 0.7mi walk from here. Parking is easy if you know where to go. The Wharf is really neat and our room has a view of it. I'd definitely stay again!

The Hyatt House in the District Wharf is a nice hotel. It is built in a perfect location with amazing restaurants, dessert places, and live music all around. It is on the Potomac so you see the water and boats as well as being able to relax beside the water. The hotel has a very nice outdoor "canopy" with great scenery and places to wind down. The breakfast is amazing and has great choices. They have lunch and dinner also which is great. The rooms are very nice. 5/5

Located on the recently redeveloped Wharf, this hotel offers beautiful, modern accommodations convenient to various restaurants and boats. The rooms are very clean, and the breakfast buffet has enough options to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. The staff members are the kindest people who are genuinelt concerned about guest experiences. There is a designated area for ride sharing, and a board on the ground level that displays real time traffic and weather conditions. This once seedy part of town is now a vibrant, safe area brimming with activities and people from all walks of life. I plan on staying here again when I return to out nation's capital.

I don't normally stay at hotels this nice, so it was a huge difference. The people were so nice, there was a pool table and a nice bar and a lot of seating on the lobby floor. The rooms were clean, the "rooftop" area was very pretty with a pretty view. This hotel had a lot to offer!

Practical, modern, strategically located: overlooking a marina on the Potomac, a brand new area of the city with dinners, aperitifs or musical evenings, a CVS a few meters away, the Reagan airport can be seen from the rooms (over the river) and can be reached by taxi in 10 Min. A short walk from the National Mall (15-20 minutes walk) from Dulles (international) can easily be reached by Metro Bus (7, $50) and then 15 min walk or taxi.

Great stay. Friendly front staff. Was able to check in at 8 am. Great view. Our train was cancelled so they let us book an extra night at a discounted price. We ended up not needing it, but was nice they set rooms aside because of the storm that came through. Only downside was breakfast, but we came at the tail end of the service so french toast wasn't very soft. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Location, location, location! This hotel is situated in the best possible part of Washington. By the water, by the nice restaurants, public transit nearby and walking distance to almost everything. Took one star away due to noisy refrigerator in my room that disrupted my beauty sleep. My room served its purpose: I loved that it was self contained, with a mini kitchen including utensils. Will use again!
