Nice place, I would definitely come here again. The beach is right down the road and there’s lots to do.

I check in on Friday, and left Tuesday, I would like to thank the staff that were there, Luke, Queenie, Sophia etc. They made our stay awesome, very friendly, made us feel like we knew them for years, this was our first time there but it won't be our last, awesome place.

Remodel hotel nice and clean Large business center to use.

Just wanted to have a short getaway… mental Health Break! Everything you can ask for! Large spacious rooms, great hospitality from the staff! Everything is near the hotel including the beach (Restaurants etc…)

This is one of the worst nights I’ve ever spent at a Hyatt! I’m on the third floor and it’s 11:30 and since about 10pm these idiots on this floor have been opening and slamming doors left and right, yelling in the hall way, stomping around on both sides of my room and above me. Horrible. I wanted to swim with my granddaughter and all the times were reserved and yet at 6 pm and 7pm no one was swimming and yet the front desk would not let us go swim. And these rude a-holes who reserved the times of course never bothered to cancel so someone else could swim. I will never stay here again and as a discoverist I will be reporting this to Hyatt. Unbelievably disappointing.

Very clean. Beautiful views from our suite. The only thing I didn't like was a guest's big dog walking through the lobby.

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

I booked a room here last week, the property was fairly new and well kept. My room was very clean an cozy. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and courteous, the staff at the front not so much. The AGM Morgan at the desk was very rude to me.
Based on the property I would give the hotel a 5 star but the front desk staff a 0! Needs to be retrained!

Do you want to know the truth about this place? It’s amazing! It’s a Disney World quality hotel. The staff is above and beyond! Matt, the GM of the hotel is very nice and conversational. Multi-tasking is a part of his job and he did with no hiccups. Making us a drink at the bar, answering the phone at the front desk and acknowledging incoming guests. Brook (e), well she is another quality employee we had the pleasure of meeting. With my two kids running around and eating breakfast, she so nicely gave them coloring sheets on multiple occasions and is very pleasant. The hotel is so clean and followed our very restrictive Virginia guidelines to a T. I can’t wait to stay here again. It’s a pet friendly hotel with specific floors that allow no pets to accommodate allergy sensitivities. The continental breakfast was a pre-packaged breakfast but amazing. With our guidelines they provided a very well balanced breakfast that myself and my kids thoroughly enjoyed. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed. ❤️❤️

We had the BEST experience at the Town Center Hyatt over the last 4 days. My family of 6 arrived Friday night & stayed through Monday morning… The room was BEAUTIFUL, they provided a clean & like-new portable crib for our littlest… and the front desk/lounge staff we met were EXCELLENT. I wish I had their names & feel so rude for not, but I’d like to shout them out for their competence, excellent customer service & really sweet personalities. I also am an “essential” retail worker & it has been SO rough! I can’t thank everyone enough for their genuine kindness towards us — especially my children — during our stay. Because of the COVID pandemic, some amenities like the pool were unavailable… the kitchen menu was limited & hot breakfast was unavailable. HOWEVER… the staff ROCKED at working with what was available & still — food was great! Bagged grab-bag breakfasts included. My 4 kids had the BEST time up on the 6th floor & a lot of it is due to the awesome room & sweet staff. THANK YOU for giving my family such a great, MUCH NEEDED, mini-vacation during such a crazy time. We hope to come back soon!

Fantastic hotel. Clean, modern, with a staff that goes above and beyond. Our room was spacious with an extra living space including a large couch. Beds were super comfortable. Euro style shower. Fitness center was exceptional. New machines, fresh towels, water cooler chilled and full In general everything was up-to-date and considered. You’re only minutes from the oceanfront and you’re surrounded by tons of food options and grocery stores. Wegmans!

The staff here are absolutely amazing! The GM, the Assistant Morgan, Cassidy, Donnae, Sophia, Tyler, all of them are tops. They all go above and beyond for guests and I appreciate it every time we stay here. You won’t find a more welcoming and guest friendly hotel in Town Center Virginia Beach. They have a full bar, amazing coffee, great breakfast and if you have the opportunity try their Mac and cheese with bbq pulled pork or the hummus platter it is excellent. House keeping is great, despite my pickiness the room always meets my standards. If you aren’t staying at the Hyatt you are definitely at the wrong hotel.

Pros
Excellent customer service! Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Location is walking distance to anything you’d need and more. Breakfast was farm to table style and delicious!
Cons
on a busy noisy street. Glad I brought my box fan. Pool is like a giant hot tub not really a pool.
Overall for the price point, location, and service I give it five stars. We upgraded to the suite and it was HUGE and gorgeous!
