Great room, great service, friendly people. Good location. Overall great stay as usual.

Nice place, needs a snack bar like the other Hampton Inns.

Everything was super dope, no problems with anything. Complimentary breakfast was great too. Grandchildren took a dip in the pool, no complaints!

Nice room, nice bathrooms, great customer service experience. Only bad review would be on the breakfast. Wish it was a little better in that department but overall, my experience was good there.

My hotel stay was 5 nights and 4 days. The hotel staff are very professional, helpful, and courteous. The rooms are not just clean, they are military clean! The hotel provides a home cooked, complimentary breakfast that has a rotating menu so it's not the same food items every morning. There are two stations for making your own fresh waffles. The food is excellent and prepared in small batches so it's always fresh. There are several restaurants, convenience stores, and a gad station within two to three blocks and a CVS pharmacy four to five blocks away. The neighborhood is very safe and walking around is no problem at all. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone and will be staying there again myself when back in the area.

Front desk staff is amazing! Kitchen staff is amazing! I'm not sure if housekeeping is understaffed or lazy but they definitely are the worst I've ever had to deal with. They were friendly but as far as coming back to your room being cleaned, never happened. I didn't bring it to the attention of the front desk because overall Hotel was nice and like I said I was thinking that maybe it was an understaffed problem and they were working too many rooms, so I didn't want to overwork someone who is already being overworked. Although, I have to say this… I have been all around the world and all around this country and this was seriously the worst, I had to clean out the air conditioning vents myself (full of hair and dust), I had to go by cleaning products and clean the room myself, I had to practically beg them to come in and clean. It was an extended stay, so maybe the turnaround for staying two to three days is good and cleaned. However, for long stays, I do not recommend this hotel.

Our room was spotless, the staff were ALL very pleasant and professional, the General Manager who was on site during our visit was professional and charming. We were greeted by all staff we passed with a friendly smile. The hotel was so quiet, we slept like a baby. Thank you guys.

We spent a night here. Very nice everything was our experience. Except when it came to the bill. Incidentals is a $15 "supposedly" returned charge as a coverall for cost we may have incurred. It should be returned within 72 hours. Why charge it in the first place? And why was I told about it upon checking in?

The hotel staff was courteous and friendly, room was huge.

Tammy at the front desk was super sweet. Room was nice and clean and modern, no nasty tile floor with filthy grout like you see a lot these days, instead wood laminate. Nice bathroom with great space and fixtures. Great breakfast and nice array of complementary coffee and tea plus cookies seemingly around the clock! Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel earns every star clean, updated, great staff. The location is quiet but close to restaurants and a grocery store.

I must say… Hampton Inn Suites in Suffolk staff ARE THE BEST! They make me feel WELCOME, like I am visiting family. I SO LOVE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Thank you guys for always causing me to CHOOSE to stay there when I come into town.

My family loves this place. We held our Family Reunion here in August 2017 and I returned for Christmas 2017. Staff is awesome and accommodating. I look forward to returning in 2018

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, the usual hotel breakfast, free tea and coffee 24hrs.

I have stayed at this location numerous times and have never had an issue! My only complaint on this stay was that the breakfast on 11/25/17. My family went down for breakfast around 8:45 and there was no eggs, sausages, french toast or forks available! There were alot of guest standing around waiting for food to come out. There was at least a 15min wait for sausage and eggs if not longer. I've stayed here many times and never experienced this. Also, breakfast was not supposed to be over until 10 but the cleaning started early and only waffles, apples, yogurt and etc were available. No apologies were given. I hope that the hotel will prepare for a sold out holiday weekend next time! The front desk tried hard to help the lady in the kitchen but had to check out guest. I strongly urge management to add additonal help for holidays and weekends… Overall, my stay was pleasant.

Newly renovated. Bed is very comfortable. Staff very nice. Had a good stay there.

Clean, Quiet and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was varied with options and delicious. All around 10. No parking issues.

When we arrived the front desk ladies were all so nice. The room was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. We had a family reunion the space was perfect. My only complaint was the pool had to much chlorine in it. I didn't get in just supervised the smell and the fumes really irritated my eyes and nose. No way was I getting in. The kids rubbed their eyes but as kids they insisted staying in. Other than that I was pleased.

The breakfast was amazing. I loved the rooms it was so cool. I would love to come here again. There is great view from your window for the 5 floor I don't know about the other floors.

Great hotel in a good location. Stayed here for my family reunion and we had a great time. The pool is a good size and the gym had everything you need. Rooms are very comfortable.

My family and I had traveled down for a triathlon in Smithfield. The staff was amazing and customer service receives from us. After 9 hours after checking out I realized that I forgot my pillow and special blanket… they had it waiting on me when we return!

I have been staying here for business ever since they opened. I wouldn't stay anywhere else! Love my room, the breakfast (especially the bacon), and most of all the staff!
