The pictures and Expedia reviews were very misleading! The place is falling apart and pretty gross. Cheerios and hair ties all over the floor. Paint peeling off the doors. My wife will never let me live down booking us in this place…

I just parked my car there for a period of time. Great service with a free shuttle to the airport that is included.

Fast, courteous, check-in. Courteous staff. Room clean with up-to-date furnishings.

I used their airport parking service. They were courteous and friendly. They got be to the airport very quickly.

I had a great time here… the housekeepeing is on point the only thing I wish is that the room was cleaned a little bit better and that breakfast had more options.

2-3 star property but with 5 star service — The guys running this place are amazing! Drop them into suits and they could be behind the desk at the Ritz Carlton. That said, this is a budget property, so you get what you pay for. If you don't have a lot to spend, I imagine this is one of the best properties you will find. The room I ended up in (after they upgraded me for free when my original room was unacceptable) was clean and very large, and although the shower did not work properly the bathroom was better than expected. The bed was shockingly comfortable. I had to stay in this property as a school trip chaperone, and I would go back again for the same situation no problem. They gave the team goody bags when we departed! Every time you came or went you were greeted! Just the highest level of customer service you can expect, especially at this level of property. Way to go!

Dirty wall no plate in microwave dirty hand towel bed bug bit my husband twice and they said it was a red ant no money back ridiculous phone broke this hotel deserves not one star.

Room had to be moved multiple times. The building smells like smoke and aerosol. The staff is rude and the entire building is uncleaned. Don't stay here.

This place is sad at best the building is old and not well kept the rooms are nasty and lived in looking. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who has to take a shower.

The front desk staff was great, friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, beds were comfortable, large tv, plus amenities. The bathroom was in need of some maintenance and cleaning. Although we did not experience any issues, parking lot security was a concern. The room was priced lower than most in the area. We stayed one night.

Family stayed here from out of town (New York) they enjoyed their stay.

If I could give this place a zero I would. 1st room we walked in it was dirty and we were able to choose another room we chose the better of the 3. But very dirty unkept, beds are very uncomfortable, refrigerator was very dirty. No extra outlets to plug anything in. Rooms are very outdated. Sheets are stained. The list truly goes on.

This has to be the worst place I have ever stayed in. I came in from Kentucky to see family. When I first got the room, had to give a 50 dollar deposit for what I really wasn't sure. They guaranteed my deposit back. I get the room anyway. As soon as I walked through the door, the toilet was beginning to run over onto the floor. I called the front desk, and he did nothing. I had to request another room. Only had one trash can for the entire room, no ice machine on the floor either. As I go to check out they kept my deposit! I'll never be back. I come every year, and I stay several days. I'm sure that some place else would be so much better, professional, and honest.

I am a truck driver from new jersey and stay here every time I am in the area. Prashant is very pleasant and very easy to talk to. He always remember me and always makes me feel like I'm home and always has a place for tractor trailer. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The tub was filthy ith lookes like puke when we showed up the rug is full of crumbs from God knows what it's a out dated run down crack shack with cable t. V. And continental breakfast if you can call it that…

The room we got was leaking really bad in the bathroom from the ceiling. Then we change rooms and u can tell housekeeping sucks, cause there was pen tops on the floor and dirty floors, no tissue in bathroom. They gave us no discount oh and the covering of a vent kept falling down off the wall smh yea wasn't worth $80 at all.

This hotel has been wonderful at servicing our weekly company needs. We have large crews traveling from all over and arriving at different times and they have been great at accommodating us.

Front staff very friendly and courteous. Room was clean, but a smell odor of ciggerette smoke, prob from someone ignoring the rules of a non smoking room. Great price. Felt safe.

Stayed overnight at this hotel, the room was in good condition and was an easy check in. My son left a Mac computer in the room and after 8 hours of being back on the road for our move out of state he realized he left the laptop in the room. We immediately called the hotel and the staff was great! They explained that they had the laptop and would be sending it via mail. They sent our Mac priority mail and we received it in excellent condition! We are so thankful to the staff on Econo Lodge for getting our Mac back to us!

Location is great, staff is very friendly. Hotel could use some work. Paint is peeling off all the doors and carpets look worn. Elevator is a bit scary. The room itself was good. Air conditioner kept the room cool, bathroom was clean and the bed was comfy. However, there were crumbs on the bed under the comforter and flat sheet as well as a stain which looked like dries blood on the sheet. Can't really complain given the price ($58/night) so if I need to stay in the area again, I'd give them another go.

Worst hotel EVER. They have water bugs, broken elevators, and poor service. They lied and said they didn't have a pool and they did. I wouldn't swim in it anyway. They serve you dried up bagels and stail cereal. Front desk is very rude. The bed had holes in it and my room had a burning smell. Don't go here. 'I'm saving you money.

This hotel is knowingly renting rooms out to people even though they have bedbugs and they arent offering any compensation for the lives theyve ruined. Address: 5203 Williamsburg Rd, Sandston, VA 23150 i got bedbugs in room 339 and they should nt be renting the room out anymore but they still are also I talked to anoother woman downstairs and she said the same thing she had bedbugs the y were sooo bad they had already molted to extra large adults i got a lot of babies in my dreadlocks and have had the problem I n my house thisis going to cost thousandsand thousand s of dollars to fix ive already tried to contact customer service support and the health departments done alli can and noone will give me an answer this hotel needs to be stopped before this becomes a problem or many more people.

Do NOT stay here! I stayed here for two nights and it has been the WORST experience IN MY LIFE! The bed sheets had black holes and the room+hallway smelled like a soggy Towel. The bathroom had black marks on the wall and the sink was half broken. The TV didn't even work well and we could hear the people next doors because the walls didn't block the sound. I ended up sleeping in the chair while we stayed up all night trying not to freak out. I totally CANT wait til the Complimentary Breakfast.

Front stunk like cigarettes entire first floor stunk like cigarettes I hated to go out to car cause of the smoke smell. Inside was mostly clean but damaged. TV wires came out of a hole in the wall big cracks in the walls no trash can in the room only 3 very small pillows on our king size bed pillows only cover half of the bed but got 2 more elevator looks like a death trap. Not enough outlets. Table top had a soapy residue. The large tall mirror was falling off the wall. People loitering out front and outside, a guy and some women with very tight high dresses showing much cleavage.

Honestly, much better choice than any of the other hotels on Williamsburg road. The room was spotless and stocked. The king size bed was soft and very comfortable. When my key card stopped working at 2 am, the front desk graciously fixed it for me. And when I accidentally left my cell phone charger in my haste to check out and I called and asked them to find it, they did so quickly and even held it for me. Will definitely stay again, right outside of RIC.

The gentleman at the front desk is very nice and very professional. I highly recommend this place.

Ya mann, some one must have really pissed in Christy Coleman cheerios that morning. Hahaa. Anyways, I found the place decent. At least the desk clerk was patient with my antics of checking rooms prior to stay which is always a plus. Interior was clean, clean sheets, bath and bed are a travellers dream. My 3 nights were comfortable, for the 79 bucks per night it was a bang! I have stayed at $200 Per night at some places and boy how I had to leave without a complementary breakfast. I loved it here and will always be back (when I travel that way). Cheers to the housekeeping for those extra towels.! you guys rock.

Was a little concerned when we pulled up. The outside looks very dilapidated but fortunately that is NOT indicative of the interior. Rooms are cool and comfortable which is very important in this summer heat. Wi-Fi is very fast as far as budget accomodations go. The real selling point is the friendliness of the front desk clerk. Every other person I spoke with from taxi services to other motel clerks seemed to be having the worst day of their lives but I have gotten nothing but good service here. Definitely give this place your business if you stay in Richmond.

Dump! Do not stay here! The desk clerk who answered my call to reserve a room was rude and hung up on me. I needed to be in this location so I reserved online. I received my room key with no directions to my room. (friendly and hospitable? ) There must have been a party downstairs with insanely loud music which could be heard from my 3rd floor room. The room appeared to be clean but it was uncomfortably damp… even the bedding which had small holes throughout. Old tube screen TV with a remote that didn't work and the ac cover off. Oh you should see that nasty thing. A tetanus shot waiting to happen… wish me luck getting sleep tonight… thinking of skipping the free breakfast for my safety.
