Staying during a critical crisis. COVID 19 pandemic. They are very helpful and accommodating given the circumstances.
Liars, thieves, and rude workers work here. I am kinda distraught not only was I charged for something I shouldn't have been my husbands cologne was stolen on fathers day. How low can one really get? also had the audacity to be rude over the phone. I am fighting hard to not file police reports because this is uncalled for and very unproffessional! I will NEVER stay here again and I would strongly suggest to all others if you happen to be one to forget things on accident dont stay here they are not loyal or good people. We have checked EVERYWHERE even places it never goes its nowhere! What a lovely end to a date with my husband and a lovely start to fathers day… DESPICABLE!

The toilet won’t flush and the TV doesn’t work. Was told no other rooms available, I don’t think this room should have been available to rent out either. No other solution offered by the Hotel staff. I will not return to this Hampton.
