Fair rates, the breakfast is below average but the staff is great and the lobby area is a fantastic place to hang out. I liked the rooms but the bathrooms need remodeled.

The hotel services such as breakfast are the exact same as the hampton and holiday inn. So with pretty much everything veing the same in the area its all about price point.

The beds are comfortable and the premises are clean. The staff has been helpful and courteous during my stay.

Room required maintenance (and previous repairs were not done well), impolite staff, and I saw a few bugs in the room throughout my stay. Maid service was spotty at best — left the used (full) trash bag on the bathroom counter one day, left my TV on the next (I had not turned it on the entire trip, so I knew someone had come into my room and turned it on while I was out). Also, the "free" breakfast is definitely powdered eggs… and it's a pretty limited selection. But the worst part was that our key cards frequently stopped working so one afternoon (after complaining about not being able to get into his room for the third day in a row after work) they gave my coworker the maid's key and he could get into EVERY ROOM in the hotel!

Love this place. They do everything they can to make you comfortable and the staff is super friendly and always smiling.

Small, flat pillows on the bed and powdered eggs for breakfast. The only redeeming quality is the helpfulness of the staff. My first night was in a handicap room with roll-in shower. When I got out, the floor was covered with water. Also, the deadbolt didn't work. I complained at the front desk, so they set me up with a new room for the next night. Also, the pool is only available during the summer months.

The staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating for my family as we traveled for a funeral. They went above and beyond. Definitely recommend them for families!

Stayed for 60 Days here and was provided the best home away service Special thanks to all housekeeping staff that diligently cleaned my room daily.

I stayed for an extended stay and so far the staff here have been great, they have addressed any issue I've had immediately, they housekeeping services do a great job, beds are comfortable and I have a choice of a fluffy pillow or smaller flatter pillow, central to the few option this town does have to offer and the rates are fair. For the type of hotel it's a good value. It's definitely nothe a luxery hotel but it's also NOT a cring worth highway motel. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel for first time, front desk staff is wonderful and welcoming. Huge rooms comfortable beds (perfect for family) and great breakfast. We loved it and I would definitely recommend this place. Will return!

The room was not the best. I had duct tape holding together the bathroom mirror. Definitely not enough wall sockets for today's electronic needs. Bathroom needed a complete overhaul. Personnel was great, from the front desk staff, hospitality staff and maid service, all were just extremely helpful, showing genuine concern for the guest. Hotel bathrooms need to be upgraded or the price needs to be lowered. That was not a $125/night room.

My rating is based on visiting the lobby during breakfast to meet coworkers. The decor is fresh and welcoming. Seating is comfortable and the lobby seemed like an alright please to gather.

Very clean, good looking hotel. They work very hard here! Great staff.

Nothing to complain about. Nice TV in the room. The bed is reasonably comfortable. Hard to control the temperature in the room, but that's typical of hotel rooms. Decent breakfast. Workout area is really small (two treadmills, one elliptical, and one cable machine). Staff is friendly and helpful. I stay here for business if the Hampton is full.

Dated rooms. Entire facility in need of maintenance. Thin walls you here almost everything. 2 stars because the staff was semi helpful otherwise 1 star for facility. Was told that the motel is due for its 5 year facelift. Better options in same area.

Iv been here for 8 days. Most days the beds not made or the trash hasnt been taking out, never get new towels and the floor hasnt been vacumed since iv been here. My shower floor is black from never being cleaned. There is still coffee in the coffee pot from the last person. I will not stay here ever again! Its not worth $95 a night.

The internet is really slow. That's really my main complaint. The breakfast is definitely not great, but it isn't atrocious. It's a 2 star hotel, so everything else is about what you'd expect.

Staying at the holiday inn express for 2 months. So far everything is great!

Rooms were clean and staff was pleasant but no shampoos, soap, or toilet paper was ever provided without my direct request despite being there three nights. Building is dated.

Loved our stay at hotel! It was very well arranged and on time. Also, we loved the initiative! Staff was very friendly, professional and efficient. Good, big bed with a lot of pillows. Breakfast was great, a small buffet type. Good location.

AVOID AT ANY COST… Stayed here in June when I was here on work. Felt itching one morning. Went to the doc and they said I was beaten by bed bugs. It was too late and I had already taken bugs to my house. My kids were beaten and had to get the house treated for $400. The staff is rude and are always in a hurry. Staying at Hampton Inn now and whenever they are booked, going to Comfort Inn, never had any issues anywhere else.
