Town Chalet Motel Inn

This hotel caters to drug use and illegal activities. The police are there at least twice a week. It's guests are a terror in the niehborhood and the manager seems to encourage it by taking no action to correct it.

Quick friendly service. Kind of old and ran down, but beds were comfy, air conditioner worked!

It was quite pleasent and staff were really nice.

It wasn't the cleanest but it was easy and cheap.

Just dont do it. Lol im serious.

Very forty. Always cops coming by and the owners are very rude and pushy.

Management was pretty rude to guest and lots of traffic going on with other guest! Rooms weren't all that clean, trash under beds and behind night stand hair in the shower!

The Wi-Fi sucks and the maid is a joke and they don't pay there employees. They are dumb.

I live too close to the "drug motel" I know that they have bed bugs as my company PUIRI cleaning & restoration was called by a visitor and the motel refused to have treatment or to refund the unsuspecting visitor.

People who run the place are very rude and will let you rent a room. Then kick you out for no reason with out giving you your money back. Than rent to you again the next day.

I'm thinking about renting a room there, the staff didn't speak a lick of English. He was completely rude and the least helpful person in customer service in the history of Earth. I felt like I was calling an Outsource customer service line and trying to speak to someone in India but in person. Never again.

Same type of rude people from India but they don't know any English. Went and got second hand furniture but just putting in on dirty rooms the maid don't care either she does wear gloves and use anything to clean with if she cleans at all you much mildew in the bathroom and they smell like pee does clean the toilet or pull out furniture to vacuum does even wipe down appliances inside or out docent wipe down anything docent pull out drawers or look in clothes and look under beds and does do stay overs just gives out towels wind when heat 2 hers are up she's gone dosnt make an effort to sweep side walk out front or wash doors or window and walks right by garbage lying on the ground and no cleaning supply on her cart. And she's so slow. She don't know nothing. The only thing I see is her to give towels and make beds and and vacuum with a plugged vacuum don't know how to dump it.

I booked a room at this motel. On the way to the motel I was notified of a family illness emergency. I was unable to reach the motel by phone until after the cutoff time for cancellations. I reached the motel by phone and explained the situation and asked if I could receive consideration and book the room for another night. I was told I could book another night but I would be penalized for the late cancellation anyway.

If I can rate this a 0. This hotel would get a 0* Called in for a night rate stay and reserve, the reservation desk was not friendly and when I said I have service dogs I was immediately discriminated against his tone&attitude changed then he ask how many animals and how many nights I plan on staying then gave me a ridiculous high price of $95 when online shows average $59-69. Its an outdated hotel in not the best of areas definitely not worth $95/night.

Great rooms nice staff excellent sleep no noise great rates.

It is not a nice place to be. All the crack heads stay here. There is always prostitutes here and you can hear them.

The rooms are modestly furnished, however the late night traffic of my neighbor kept me up.

It was older but clean. Is quiet and was not bothered.

I stayed here for a couple of days while exploring Mt St Helens and the area. The value was good. My room was clean and included a fridge. It was a bit run down with scratches on the furniture and a Kool-Aid type strain on the rug. The easy chair was also somewhat thread bare. I didn't see any criminal activity in the area and don't imagine it to be a real problem.
