We loved this hotel! The rooms are perfect after a nice long day of hiking in Zion. Each room is equipped with a microwave and mini fridge. Behind the rooms is a large grass area with picnic tables and a BBQ for cooking. Breakfast is included each morning and is delicious. The hotel has a 24hr laundry facility with 2 washers and two dryers which is convenient for travelers. The customer service was great! We will definitely be returning in the future when visiting the parks in the area!

Visiting Zion on hot summers eve, this place was quite homely providing with clean amneties and a large pool including a hot tub to chill after a trek. Breakfast is served, and it's quite close to the park itself with access to bus services right from its doorstep. A thumbs up to the place and management.

Nice room, up to date. Clean and comfortable bed. Included limited breakfast. Rooms are housed in small units with only a couple in each section. No noises coming from above this way.

We came in without reservation, the hotel receptionist told us the price of 189 for the first night and 129 for second night and I signed the contract for those prices. The morning of departure I singned the receipt thinking the price were correct. Once I left the hotel I noticed I was charged 219 the first night and 249 the second one. Prices I was never told about and I never signed anything in the beginning. So I asked via email for the deal I signed at the check in, they never sent me anything. Moral of the story I got scammed and never got 110 dollars extra back. I strongly do not suggest this place at all.

A nice place to stay. But if you have a friend that has a service dog don't take it in your room. Because of energy there will b**** you out and make you feel like you're a child.

Not sure how this place only has 2 stars… Was absolutely great. Friendly staff who couldn't do more. Fab view and room was great, clean and had a sofa/ separate area. Often looked out of the room window to see deer roaming around/ relaxing. Also a waffle maker for breakfast, what's better?!

Do not pay to stay at quality inn & suites montclair in springdale, ut. If you booked thru a 3rd party travel site and there was a mixed up in your reservation. They will not even attemp to correct it but rather extort more money from you. The front desk closes after 11pm. If you arrive after that, you will find your room keys tacked on the bulletin board outside the office. If you need anything in regards to your stay after 11pm, you are on your own. There are many other places in Sprindale to choose from — go to any of those instead.

One night before a hike into Zion. No poblems at all. Very nice receptionists. Our shower head made a screeching sound but it was nbd.

Clean rooms, free laundry room, free breakfast. Prices matched most hotel rates I'm the area.

Large comfortable room and nice bathroom. Beds and pillows were comfy and a strong, hot shower. The room was slightly dark. Terribly slow Wi-Fi internet. The hotel is a bit down the hill from Springdale but does have a free shuttle stop right outside.

Staff was friendly and gave us a map of Zion and hike recommendations when we checked in. Free breakfast in building A until 10am (eggs, waffles, cereals, a few pastries, coffee, juice). Laundry in building A as well. Rooms were fine, nothing spectacular but not bad. There is a shuttle stop RIGHT at the end of the driveway which is super convenient. Also it's close to many restaurants and little shops. We were going back to Zion for a few hours the day we checked out; staff assured me I should just leave my car in their parking lot (even after checking out) and take the shuttle into the park. There is a bathroom located on the back of building A you can use if you need it after you check out.

Perfect, convenient place to stay when visiting Zion NP — — especially if you tube the Virgin River (which we did every day! ). Take-out from the river is just across from the hotel. Shuttles stop at the hotel, and several restaurants are within walking distance. Cute little pool was perfect after a long day of hiking in the park.

Very clean and comfortable. We had problem with our lock and management had it cared for right away. Nice location close to town.

Great Stay! Service is perfect, Rooms are good, Busstation right in front of the Hotel — free shuttle bus for Zion NP Building C has a great mountain view. Picknic Areas to site outside. Loved it❤️

We will definitely return. The best hotel experience we have had in ages. The staff was above any expectations I could have imagined and the views and property were amazing.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. We had a 10 day road trip and stayed at 8 different hotels. This was one of our top 3. The location was great, there was a shuttle stop right across the street to get to Zion. The pool and hot tub were welcome treats. The breakfast was delicious. The staff were so nice. They called us soon after we checked in to see how we liked the room. When they have quality in their title, they actually mean it. Would love to stay here again for future trips! Don't stay anywhere else.

Each day of our stay started off well with the complimentary breakfast. Good food options and coffee to get an early fuel up for the day's activities. The hotel is only a half mile from the center of town which was convenient, and also made for a nice, quiet stay. The shuttle stop right in front of the hotel made for easy trips into town and to Zion. The hotel amenities were basic, but the room was clean and the Wi-Fi was solid, which is all that we were looking for. The staff we had dealings with were friendly and helpful. The mountain view from our room window was awesome! We will definitely choose this hotel if we plan another visit to Zion.

Darin was really rude to us. It was very embarrassing. It really put a damper on the whole trip. He called my wife a liar in front of my grandfather. If there are any other options, steer clear. Facility is dirty and is not family friendly. Other reviews cite racism. I am not sure whether that is a factor, but I would not be surprised.

Very good hotel. Free Wi-Fi. Very good bedding. Quiet one. The staff is sympatical. And there is a Springdale shuttle stop just in front of the office. So only 10mn to be in Zion National Park. And what about the great breackfast.

The staff — especially Gail — were amazing. The views are great and the location is very convenient to Zion. Also, there is a Springdale shuttle stop right in front of the office. I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel with nice views, free breakfast and Wi-Fi and just minutes from Zion's front entrance point. If you are here in the busy summer you can take the Zion shuttle directly outside the hotel on the main street. Great location. Darren at the front desk was very friendly too.

Beautifully redone rooms… staff friendly helpful and knowledgeable of the area attractions and restaurants… basically across the street from a shuttle pickup that will take u into Zion Park… nice small hotel that isn't as pricey as others in the area or as noisy as it only has around 35 rooms… would definitely recommend!

I had very good service during my four nights. The price is reasonable for the area, and the location at the foot of the park. What more can one expect?

Book the room 3+ months in advance. Had to cancel 2 months out and now the hotels says It is non returnable. All the other hotels for the trip gave us no hassle. Save youself the hastle and book with a different hotel.

This place is awesome! Great location close to the park entrance, pretty good views from the hotel and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and very nice! Will stay here again in a few months!

Very nice little motel. Good value. Good location.

We stayed here in August 2013. The staff — — all the staff, including the above mentioned Rene — — were spectacularly helpful in all aspects of our visit. Even the woman who did the breakfast — — cheerful and helpful and bent over backwards. Rene even went home to get a backpack for us ill-prepared visitors to use. Talk about above and beyond! The facilities were quite nice, and the grounds were lovely. Bed was very comfy, and the price was good under the circumstances (high traffic, high tourist area — — I expected the price to be $40 more than the actual price. A bargain! ).

We stayed in the "off" season for Zion. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and large. Perfect location. Felt like you were still in the park looking out the window. Great free hot breakfast in the mornings.

With the notable exception of the Manager on Duty, Rene', we had a lovely time. It was a shame that not only did Rene' display a racist attitude to my asian girlfriend but that she viciously banged on our door at 10:40am like a SWAT team member, and literally demanded we open our door and confirm that we would leave at 11. Inexplicably, she also said that "I knew you two would be trouble when you said you'd be out by 11am". I sadly believe she's taking something personal out on her customers. A truly unnecessary stain on an otherwise magical time in Zion.

4 friends and I stayed here this past June/July for 3 nights. The front desk staff were great. They referred us to some great restaurants. And even kept the pool open late one night for our sore muscles.
