Nice, Great Staff. Clean. Huge rooms.

We had a great stay here. We felt safe during this crazy time regarding COVID and the staff was friendly and attentive.
The hotel and our room was spotless and sanitized. We will be going back next year!

We live close but had a heater problem in our home, so thankful to Springhill Suites in Vernal Utah for being our home for three nights.

Housekeeping is terrible.

The rooms are really great, set up perfectly! Really nice desk area for getting some work done, a couch for lounging, extra sink lets 2 people get ready at the same time. Love the sliding doors on the bathrooms; the furnishings are really nice and new; the lobby is really well decorated and the breakfast is plentiful and tasty. Everything is sparkling clean and the staff are so friendly & helpful!

The hotel itself is very clean and orderly and modern. The beds are nice and the rooms are spacious. They are not suites by what I think of as suites and they are a little pricey for what you get. They do provide a seating area with a working area, but so do most rooms that aren't suites. The location is nice. There's lots of places to eat around and close to a gas station, grocery store, shopping, etc. All in all it's a nice hotel, but I think it's very much over priced for what you get.

Been here several times and the suites are comfortable and spacious. Staff is very friendly, helpful. Breakfast is good for hotel grub with a wide selection and many dietary options.

I’m giving you 5 starts because I am a business owner and know how bad it sucks when someone rates you low for a silly reason when all they could have done was let us know what we could do to improve. We are always always always so happy when we walk through the door at any Marriott. The staff is amazing, the rooms are clean, stocked with anything you could possibly need (Paul Mitchell products), and beautifully decorated! The hotel is spotless, the activities (when available…) are super fun, and they always make sure we are taken care of. That being said… This is the first time we have stayed where free breakfast is offered. I hate hate hate to complain but… It was super yucky! Well… there was good cereal, amazing coffee, the usual choices of breads and pastries, and breakfast drinks. The waffle maker was probably my favorite and because the eggs and sausage were so bad I ended up eating them when I do not usually eat processed, grains, or sugary foods. I’m so sorry to be a brat about it. One thing nice was they did offer cheese, salsa, and fresh spinach to mix in with the sponge like substance that was supposed to be eggs. The sausage looked like some kind of meat with weird pieces of grain or something in it. It really was bad! If they would start using real eggs and quality breakfast meats, (not the paper thin bacon most hotels use) then Seriously… I wouldn’t have 1 complaint.

We stopped here in a road trip and found it to be a clean, well decorated hotel. They have West Elm furniture decorating the rooms and comfy pillows. The breakfast was okay and they had organic agave syrup provided for the waffles and oatmeal, although the eggs were powdery and not so good.

The hotel appears to be recently remodeled inside. It was very nice. The shower and toilet are separated, which is nice for families. The shower and toilet rooms have sliding doors on them. It had a couch with a pull out bed, so you could sleep six people in a room (2 on each queen bed, one on the couch and one on the pull out bed underneath the couch). The exercise room was also pretty good. Breakfast was OK. Continental breakfast, not too fancy. Watch out for the eggs, they were a little rubbery. All in all a good value for the money.

Absolutely love this chain. The rooms are spacious and modern. We had two queen beds and a pull out sofa. The staff here was friendly and very helpful and breakfast was delicious. Definitely suggest a stay.

Really nice staff and accommodations. They do group rates as well. We stayed there a couple times and enjoyed it each time. They also have a workout room.

Amazing space for a very good price. Separate shower and toilet rooms, walk in closet, two beds plus a sleeper sofa, desk, reading lamps in bed, mini fridge, microwave, USB charging stations, well lit, 24 hour fitness center, and free hot breakfast. What's not to love?!

Lobby/eating are was clean and well kept. Hot tub was temporarily down, but they allowed guests to use the adjacent hotels hot tub. The pool was open and clean. Room was set up nice for business if needed but still comfortable. Would stay again.

Marriott continues to be among the best in the hotel business and the Spring Hill Suites in Vernal will show you why. The service we received was incredible. The staff knew their hotel as well as the surrounding area. They were quick with help with a malfunctioning room key as well as a great recommendation (including discount coupon) for our anniversary dinner. The lobby and rooms have a new, clean finish and are welcoming as soon as you walk in. Sadly, other areas of the hotel are a bit shabby. One of the elevators was broken throughout the duration of our stay (3 days) and the other had some cosmetic damage that made it feel run down. The breakfast is free and overall fine, but nothing to write home about or sing praises of. I'll definitely stay again the next time I'm out, but hope it continues to get better rather than worse.

We had a great time staying for the weekend. Enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub and yummy breakfast.

We were just visiting friends, not hotel guests ourselves but the rooms were great (spacious, clean, full kitchens) and the common areas for breakfast we're also nice. Our friends had good things to say about the breakfast provided.

Great place. Bathrooms were great. Rooms very clean and spacious. Kids loved the pool.

They were currently doing renovations but the rooms were clean and nicely set up. Reception was very helpful and even let me check out early workout charging me for the extra day. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Hotel is very clean. The food they served was excellent. The meeting room was set up very well.

The rooms are nice and newly renovated, but the hotel is a construction site currently. The pool was closed, but they provide access to the Marriott next door if you want to swim. It is more expensive than the other places in town, but equally nice so I would rate it as too expensive. Perfectly good hotel, just missing the value piece, especially given that it is in the middle of a renovation.

King room. Clean. New very comfy bed and pillows. Small fridge and microwave in room. Free wi. Great breakfast too. Funky bathroom set up separated toliet fromb shower with own sink. Cool high tech shower. Lots of amenities. Separate seating area from bedroom is a nice touch. Will return.

The receptionist Mary lied to me and told me her manager wouldn't let us change our reservation to the next night without paying the full night in fees. We found out after getting there that she was the only one on duty. Also, they were out of hot chocolate and nutella the next morning at breakfast. The eggs were good. I love the fact that the toilet is separated from the shower. They also used space well and put a bench over the a. C. Unit. There were 2 box elder bugs, one at breakfast and on the ceiling of the room. Those are hard to get rid of though. I know because my husband does pest control. I also love the little reading lights on the bed frame. Everything smelled nice and clean, not like a cleaner clean. I HATE that housekeeping knocks on every single door instead of getting a list of who has checked out. So annoying to be afraid that they will walk in at any second. Very rude too. No true privacy.

The website mentions they are renovating which it could use it. The shower had mold and mildew and you could tell the bathroom itself was getting old. Be prepared if it is a busy weekend that breakfast is a nightmare. We figured that dinosaur national monument opens at 9 so we would go to breakfast at 8 and that was a huge mistake. Everyone decided to go at 8. There was no food literally all gone until 8:30 or 8:45 Everyone was grumbling and then you had to fight the crowd just to get food. It put is 1 hour behind schedule. The spa was out of order. I asked for a discount on the room after the issues and they had many excuses but then said they would give the discount which they did.

Toilet is placed in a very awkward location that stunk up the whole room. Glass in the desk area of the room rattled all day and night when any one walked by the room. Breakfast eggs were rubber and sausage was cardboard.

No bathtub! That's my biggest complaint. But there were also dead bugs under the bathroom sink, and the eggs at breakfast were the hardest rubber I've had for eggs. As for pluses, they upgraded our room for free and the staff were very kind. All in all they equal each other out I think.

Very comfortable rooms, great staff. Good hot breakfast in the morning. Marriott rewards points are always good when you stay at a nice hotel as well.

Clean and friendly. Spacious suite comfortable beds. Breakfast was overall good for a free breakfast. It was busy probably due to it being the weekend and a holiday one. Room service was good and the bathroom was her nice. I enjoyed having the toilet and shower in different rooms with sinks in both!

Location is perfect, near lots of restaurants and the grocery store. The rooms are up to date, welcoming, and calming. The service has been very nice as well — Brandy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of arriving very late to check in the first night of our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Nice hotel. Got a good breakfast and the swimming pool is cool. The gym could be a little better though.

My room is exceptionally clean. The amenities at the hotel were very good as well. The breakfast this morning was wonderful. And I thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Excellent customer service at this hotel! My daughter left her hat in our room. We called when we realized it was missing and they said they had it and that they would mail it to us. The room was great and so was the pool and the free breakfast!

Nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Big waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage. Plus lots of other breakfast foods. Rooms were clean and plenty big.

I suspect it's one of the nicest places to stay in Vernal. Average for a hotel in general, but looked significantly more appealing than the alternatives.

Room was interesting. New design I'd not seen before. Layout made sense, though. Hot part of hot breakfast needed work, though. Chalky eggs and flavorless turkey sausage. I only eat sausage on vacation — — gimme some pig meat! Front desk service was fine. They only have me four towels for my five-person room. There must have been a quiverful convention when I was there, as the entire place was overrun with unsupervised children in need of a beating, but that's not the hotel's fault, I guess. The rooms were nicely sound-insulated. The workout room only has dumbbells to 50lb, but liability, right? The pool was a total miss due to being full to bursting with aforementioned screaming kids, but again not the hotel's fault. Maybe just be aware that that's the kind of clients the room rate pulls in.

The rooms and facilities are very modern and clean. My family loved the pool and spa.

The only thing I did not like was the loud AC unit in my room. Otherwise not too bad.

The heater unit in all the rooms "click" and "tick" during the winter months that is not even a consistent click. I will never stay here again. I travel to Vernal on business a couple times a year. My main purpose in a hotel room is to sleep and the clicking furnace is absolutely terrible and prevents any sleep of any kind. I changed rooms 2 times ending up in the room with most recently replaced heater unit. Staff was friendly and kind but stated there was nothing more that could be done and handed me ear plugs after my 4th visit to the lobby. I intend to never stay here again due to my lack of sleep.

It's clean comfortable relaxing and has great customer service. If you visit vernal, Marriott is the place to stay.

This was a great place to stay with kids. Suite was perfect for us. Kids went to bed at 8 and we were able to stay up and read and hang out without waking the kids.

Very clean and modern. The nicest SHS I've stayed in. Bonus is the Cafe Rio across the parking lot!

We stayed at SpringHill Suites in Vernal this past week. The facilities were very nice, but it was the amazing staff person who was on duty for the night shift that impressed us so much. I was meeting my daughter after a week of rafting for a quick, one-night turn around to hit the river again the following day. Our plan was to wash all of her clothes at the hotel so she could start the second trip with a bag of fresh clothing. Because of car trouble, she didn't arrive un…til midnight… and we had to leave at 6:30 am. The prospect of staying up until 2:00 am to do laundry was not attractive. I asked the desk clerk if I could pay her to move the laundry from the washer to the dryer so we could sleep through. She said she would be happy to help us out but wouldn't take any money for doing so. The next morning I went downstairs to collect the clothes. They were neatly folded and collected in a bag with an envelope of change nearby that had been in my daughter's pockets. Talk about service — and human kindness. I am so impressed!
