So I’m a loyal customer and the staff is great, but I must make a comment on a night stay. Not naming a individual but very disrespectful on the evening shift needs too go! I have had over 50 nights stays and grabbed 2 cup of soups and said Bill my room, she said your over the limit. Really, how is that possible? I raised my voice and said really? I went to get my wallet to pay and received nothing but attitude. She walked away and I put the cups back. I came back later with a 20 and the 2 cup of noodles and she couldn’t respond. Again, great hotel and appreciate the staff but one staff member should be fired! Mel. Customer service said we will give you points but it’s not what I wanted, this employee should not be up front greeting people. After all the money I have spent in my stays I have never been so disrespected by a women over seeing a front desk over 2 cups of noodles. Shame on Mel. You lost my respect!
