Tried to cancel 1 hour after mistakenly booking the wrong thing, manager Megan refused to allow a cancellation/refund to greedily take $320. She enforced a 'policy' with hotels. Com. When I asked Megan for her regional manager's name and number she refused to give it, and actually laughed cynically. This is despite the booking being 3 weeks away and the cancellation request being within 1 hour of booking.

Great place to stay. The facility seems pretty new (months old). We especially liked the blackout curtains and breakfast.

Generally a nice place although the barn doors used for the bathrooms are lacking in privacy. Also the refrigerator was not on when we arrived so it was not useful in keeping drinks cold. That said the room was clean and tidy. The staff members were courteous and attentive, and it is likely that I would stay here again.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and big! We loved the continental breakfast. It had so many options! Hotel is very convenient. We went to the best friend's animal sanctuary and it was a convenient drive to it.

Really clean and modern hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the rooms nice and clean. Only complaint is the sound. There is construction nearby that woke us early in the morning and you can hear everything really clear from the hall. Kids screaming or people talking and laughing loudly so it is easy to have disrupted sleep.

Pros: clean hotel. Friendly staff. Location is easily accessible from highway. Cons: walls are thin enough to hear the conversations in the next room. The bathroom barn style door has a two inch gap all around so you can see right in and hear everything. The air conditioner doesn't have an option of staying on for white noise so it goes on and off all night and it only goes to 66 degrees which means 72ish in a hotel room. The breakfast is one of the worst I've had at a hotel of this price. I paid 180 dollars for this hotel and would expect better than premade bagged food.

Slept very well! Hotel is clean and service is great! We were traveling through from Colorado to California and this hotel was on our way to see the Grand Canyon. Breakfast was good. I had a fresh made Belgium waffle, eggs and potatoes.

Very friendly to tour buses. Excellent service and friendliness exhibited by all staff. The manager or should I call her the chief cook and bottle washer, Megan C. Was awesome. She not only manages the place, she works the front desk and gets all the breakfast items prepared for the guests. The rooms were spotless and the beds are extremely comfortable. HVAC systems in room were very quiet and not noisy or intrusive. Highly recommend this hotel to all that are visiting Kanab.

It's a short distance away from some amazing four wheeling trails. The room was more than spacious. It had two queen beds and room for two roll aways. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices. Perfect location in the heart of Kanab. Loved every minute of it.

Had potential to be a great hotel. My family stayed there in the winter to break up a trip to Arizona. The main purpose that I picked this hotel was for the nice looking pool and hot tub. The pool for the kids and the hot tub for my wife and I. Pool was freezing, not even close to being tolerable. The hot tub was closed. Room was nice and clean.

Free breakfast, nice seating area. Rooms are clean and bathrooms are nice. Liquor store across the street as well as a kanab visitors center.

This was my favorite Hampton Inn by far! The bathroom in the room was so beautiful and new! The beds were perfect. The key cards were advanced. So many great things!

Really great location, breakfast spread was ok. The rooms are really new and nice. My biggest issue is this hotel is noisy, I could hear almost the whole conversation of the people next door. I could hear the coughing, the laughing at the TV… everything.

Very clean, friendly staff, and big rooms. Kanab is a great area to stay if you're going to national parks. We got a great deal through hot wire so it was well worth the money.

The hotel didn't really feel like a typical Hampton. Wasn't greeted in the typical friendly way and their snack area was really lacking. Aside from the vibe itself, everything was fine. Room was pretty cheap and clean.

Front desk employee was very nice, seen that we had kids and put us Right by the pool. Awesome night.

We used it as a base to go to Bryce and Zion. Breakfast included.

Hotel looks new. It was very clean. Breakfast wasn't the best. But, still better than some other hotels in the area. It's near downtown.

Clean and comfortable but air conditioning was not working properly. Regardless of what temp I set it was too hot and as per front desk AC is fine but we are trying to set it too low and their system does not allow that.

Due to a mishap at a sister hotel, we were given room here, on the 4th floor. Very nice desk personnel, really an updated feel and look to the place, to include Exit signs at floor level! Spacious room, TREMENDOUSLY CAPABLE shower, nice size TV and pretty good offerings for the FREE breakfast we had each morning. Highly recommend you book at this hotel.

Great hotel. Good breakfast. Not a lot of variety but enough not to be totally bored. Staff is friendly and helpful and it's got a great location. Talking with locals we found out it's the newest in town and doesn't have some of the issues other older hotels do.

Nice room. Good included breakfast, nice indoor pool and hot tub. Plenty of parking, lots to do nearby. A bit pricey for what you get, but it's a tourist town. 3 stars due to a pool issue. Electrical circuit failed creating a hazard condition and all they did was put a note on one of the entry doors. Did not put a note on BOTH entry doors, or lock the pool access, or notify guests. We discovered this while my children were in the pool and the staff turned the lights off. A bit concerning.

New, clean rooms. Helpful employees. Located in the middle of town within walking distance to a western style steakhouse and ice cream shop.

Nice and clean. The rooms are comfortable. Pool and exercise room is nice. The breakfast is good. Kid friendly! I highly recommend this place.

Overall very nice hotel. Rooms were comfy and clean. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. There wasn't much variety but what do you expect for a free breakfast.

Rooms were modern and well kept. Hotel was organized and treated guests well. My only complaint would be the awkward barn doors on the bathroom.

I stayed here over the Thanksgiving holidays. It was a really good comfortable stay with a very hearty breakfast. The service was great and the beds were super comfortable.

We stayed at the Hampton for four nights while we hiked in Zion and Bryce Canyon. The beds were very comfortable! The room had a microwave, a mini fridge and a desk area. The charging station between the beds even had USB plug ins! The breakfast options were hearty and the food was a great start for our adventures!

I loved the comforter on the bed, and the softness of the pillows. Breakfast hours are longer than most, and the banana bread was especially tasty. I also took advantage of the hot tub. Would definitely recommend. Sound dampening in the rooms could use a little improvement, however.

It was a nice hotel with a decent breakfast. The pool had a heavy amount of chlorine so don't stay in too long! Staff is friendly and helpful.
