We booked this place because it was the cheapest in town, not expecting much. When we arrived (at 1am, mind you! ) James was super helpful and friendly. The room was neat and tidy, quite clean. Breakfast was great (yogurt, oatmeal, fruit, pastries). Customer service is the best I've had.

Im going to give it a 5/5. Everything was absolutely spotless clean. Cold air conditioning, breakfast was on point, friendly staff, pool is heated Under the circumstances this place is under… its only going to get better. I feel as if the hotel manager is trying his hardest. He shows pride in his work, informative of area and if there is anything you need it's done within seconds or just a few minutes. Loved this experience here and would like to come back on my travels to see how this place changes.

Very impressed with the room size. Large bathtub, which you don't find in hotels. Room is clean and came with microwave and fridge. Glen was very busy and still gave great service. Pizza delivery from pizza hut avaliable! 10 stars-highly recommend!

One In advance, the Price was unbeatable, but what is worth it if you can't sleep. Fan in the Bathroom defective and makes Noise, worse than a Plane. Air Conditioning hardly brought cold Air, but almost as loud as the Fan in the Bathroom. Otherwise very old equipped. Long no tube TV Seen. Cleanliness went just like that, too. Staff were very friendly and want to take Things on.

Super friendly staff, the room was clean and they accommodate dogs which was a huge sell for us. Great price for a last minute book in the middle of the night!

Do not stay here. I found several places with black mold including the entire pool. The bed and counters had bugs. The housekeepers wore inappropriate clothing, and spent more time talking then working. Towels and sheets were stained. I found dirty sheets in the entertainment center/ TV stand. Several things were broken in the room. Mangers didn't stop someone from speeding out of the parking lot. The whole motel looks run down and trashy. (Need to update pictures, that's not what it looks like. ) I also found used syringes in the parking lot.

Rooms surprised me. I was expecting roach motel. Room had fridge, microwave. Clean Bed was comfortable. Pool not open. Good Wi-Fi.

Glenn & James were super nice & helpful I stayed there with my Son for about 3 months the rates are super cheap and Rosa the house keeper does a really good job.

This was an good motel! It worked for our one night stay very well. The beds were nice, but the sheets and pillow cases were very scratchy, like they haven't gotten new ones in a long while. They had a very wide variety of channels on TV. Everything was clean and neat. The location is pretty good, it worked for where we needed to be.

Good price for a room. It took almost 2 hours to warm up the first room, the air units are ancient. I moved room the 3rd noght, so I took the front casing off the air unit and it was SO filthy that the intake couldn't even draw in air, so I cleaned it so it would work better. Doing that caused the dirt to be sucked in through the heater and then the room smelled like burnt hair. It was gross.

I'll give 2 Stars for effort and good customer service. We stayed here in a pinch when there was a race going on and there was no place under $200. The manager was good and willing to do what it takes to make us happy except for comping us for the roof problem. The room was ok, but obviously needed work. They were working on updating room by room so by now it might be more acceptable. The metal on the roof was flapping in the middle of the night keeping me up for most of it so I definitely won't stay there again unless that's fixed.

So my husband, step son, and I came here with our puppy from Vegas to go skiing in Brian Head (Just a quick little getaway) and we decided to stay here due to the very good price. I never write reviews on anything at all but this I felt compelled to because I feel that the manager (James) really deserves recognition for his AMAZING customer service. I’ve stayed at some of the best 5 star hotels and never got any customer service like what James provided. We had an issue with our first room and he was so quick to fix it and anytime after that he just made sure we were okay any chance he got and that we were enjoying our stay. It was so nice to be cared for, for once with management. He did explain they are in the process of fixing the rooms so we weren’t upset in the least because of the amazing service. Travelodge needs to promote him to president of the whole company with this customer service! We are very happy customers because of him! James if you’re reading this, thank you so very much for all your help. Next time we come to town, we will be coming back!

I rented a uhaul from them and the man was very helpful.

We were there for a U-Haul truck. They have a dog and the managers are very helpful.

The hotel is old and it looks that way. The beds were… not dirty, but they looked like they were. The staff was friendly enough. It's located just off the interstate and a little hard to find.

Absolutely loved this place! Staff was wonderful!

We used it as a place to drop off our Uhaul and it was scary. There were cops there for some reason and the people were nice but as soon as we left they started screaming at each other. I know nothing if the hotel itself but it isn't in the best part of town.

Great experience. I've stayed here twice driving across several states. — Coffee maker with coffee packets in the room to brew a fresh pot in the morning. — Microwave and fridge in the room! — Both rooms I stayed in were clean and well maintained. No surprises. — The management is stellar! I really appreciate their good attitude especially when I'm worn out from driving and my eyes are burning from being on the road so long. A friendly face goes a really long way! — The price is only slightly higher than the lowest-bid competitor and fairly priced for the extra amenities.

As Cedar City route (Truck Driver) I am glad I found this place. Karen is GREAT she makes sure to go above and beyond her duties to assure you have the best stay ever. Because of that whenever I have a layover I stay there. Truckers discounts love it. Me and my hubby even stayed in the jacuzzi suite which the greatest for the price. And the $5 dollar breakfast is the best.

Bed bugs! I asked for a new room an had to argue to get one that was a way from the room with the bed bugs I have recently come home and have brought the bed bugs into my house with my family and now we all have bed bugs they have not be compensated anything to me and I've asked for the owner and still have not been able to get in touch with him or her. I advise everybody to stay away from this hotel. The pool is nasty and can't even get into the Wi-Fi this by far has been the worst staying in a hotel I have ever had in my life!

Awful service. My husband and I work for a company that travels and remodels Lowes, Walmart, Dollar Generals, ect. We have been doing this since January and he was refusing to give us a room because he doesn't want to fax in the paper work that we sign in order for him to be paid.

The room we got was next to the ice machine which made the room smell bad. Then we discovered what looked like blood that had ran off the side of the bed to the floor. The room was in bad shape but the towels were clean as were the sheets. Oh, the coffee pot was dirty. The outside of the building was in bad shape.

I must say that the night manager on June 5, 2015 was the most arrogant man encountered on my trip from California to Denver co. I had me two SERVICE DOGS with me in my move. I accessed the lobby and right away I was told that " I have no room for dos " I advised that they are service dogs, and may not be denied. I showed all ID for them. The man, night manager replies " I don't have any room for service dogs". I advised that they can not be dined, and that he was going against federal law, that here's dogs are protected by the dept. Of justice, in the united states of America. He replies, I can do anything I want, If you don't like it,? make a complaint! 1 ' This arrogant turned and walked away,, leaving us standing in the lobby! we WENT to another hotel, Motel 8, and were treated with respect and courtesy. We will never stay at a Travelodge again. SHAME ON TRAVELODGE! FOR GOING AGAINST FEDERAL LAW! If I were able to ad no stars I would. I was very humiliated by this mans actions.

I did not stay here. I cashed in my Wyndham points and upon arrival was greeted friendly enough until I declared my pet (Wyndham rewards listed this motel as pet friendly with a $10 fee) I was told to walk the dog in the gravel, not grass before entering the room and then was asked not to allow the pet on the bed. I asked why and he said he did not want fur on the sheets (I assume they wash them, but am unsure after the way I was treated) I then asked what the fee was for if the pet can't sleep with us, he said it was so the dog could stay in the room but not on the bed. (This is a very small dog that has slept with us for her entire 15 year existence) checking in got more and more difficult as I was informed that most people don't sleep with their dogs and the conversation continually went down hill as I was made to feel like a dirty person. So I walked out and called Wyndham they refunded my points and I will never stay there regardless of my dog or not.

Stayed here summer 2014 while driving through Utah. It was a little hard to find, the shower handle was not working properly even though the owner told me this when I checked in but I had payed the full rack rate so this did not help. When I walked in the room, one of the tables was repaired at the legs with some shelves brackets it looked really home made, didn't think much of it. Next, tried to turn on the lamp and it did not work. Next tried to use the remote to turn the TV on and it would not work, had to do it manually. All in all, all kids of things were broken, and I did not like this. There were other hotels in the area including the Holiday Inn Express, the Days Inn which would have charged what I payed for and next time I would try one of them better. The breakfast was ok, a waffle maker, with cereal and bagels with juice, simple.

It was ok the breakfast was lacking but the room was nice and the girl at the desk was hot.

I was really suprised with the hospitality and the breakfast that was ready for me the next day. Which included jimmy dean breakfast sandwhiches. Good progress by the new owners. This is my second time staying here and it is far cleaner then the first time I only spent $44 on my room and I felt like it was a good deal for what I got.

If you are looking for a newer, run of the mill Holiday Inn Express etc, this ain't it. It is very practical, for a late night arrival, and hitting the road early. A little difficult to find, but just off the Interstate (more signs needed). They need new carpet, but bath room was clean. Room is standard size with two queen beds. Beds are not new, but comfortable. Service was great. Young man running the place gets up in the middle of the night to check you in, and greets you in the morning for breakfast. Place needs several upgrades, but for $39 it was a good deal.
