Love love the Best Western in Cedar City! So nearby EVERYTHING and on the main thoroughfare! Clean, quiet and super nice staff! Points are great too! Never a bad night and I will always return! Thank you Best Western!

Loved it! very clean, there is a garden in the courtyard started for veterans to pick from, carter was cooking outside and had a lot of treats for the guests around a fire pit. Lots to do close by. Great place!

Rooms were clean, and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The property was nice even though it was motel style (rooms not attached to lobby). We had a late check in due to long road trip. When we opened the door to our room, we discovered the beds were stripped and the room was not ready for guests. However, the front desk staff was very apologetic and got us another room immediately. As a teacher, I appreciated the government employee discount!

Pretty good motel. Comfy bed, bathroom a bit tight when opening door. Shower head doesn't detach. Has bathtub which is unusual. Good breakfast. Only half mile from theater, easy walk.

Everything was perfekt. Breakfast very good from fresh fruitsalad to waffles and eggs to hashbrowns…

Wonderfully managed hotel. The employees are caring, friendly, and seem to enjoy their job. We received exceptional service and the room was very clean and updated. The business center/library had modern computers and a nice printer. There are relaxing outdoor areas to sit and enjoy conversations. The grounds are very well maintained. Overall a wonderful experience. Its a great value, and worth the money to be centrally located downtown. I highly recommend the Town and Country Inn!

This hotel has been awesome. All of the staff has been wonderful and very helpful. They greet you with a smile every time. The rooms were very cozy and had lots of space. The beds were comfy and we had a great night sleep. The breakfast was a nice hot breakfast that had lots of yummy options. If we are ever back in Cedar City we will definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean, mattress was comfy, internet speeds were above average from my experience and worked just fine for streaming. Breakfast was standard continental, nothing fancy, but no real complaints. I will gladly stay at this location again the next time I am in town for work.

Hotel is very clean and conveniently located. Just walk around the corner and the restaurants and shops are there! The exterior isn't anything special but that shouldn't discourage someone from booking. The parking lot is clean and in good shape. Breakfast is basic but plenty of options.

I had a 3am check-in and the front desk person Tanner was super awesome and got me in my room quick so I could get to bed, he even recommended a great Hispanic restaurant that was open at the time. The rooms are spacious and super quiet. Especially for being on the main Street. The breakfast was great and all the housekeepers and staff were very cordial. I will definitely stay here again.

Best place in town for the price. Friendly staff, great breakfast, excellent rooms, and comfy beds. Came into town under short notice and was able to get a room fast. Talked with the front desk clerk about matching online prices, had to book online to get rate and she worked with us to get us our room.

Very nice location located mid-way between Las Vegas and Salt Lake City. Great as a reasonably priced base for exploring southern Utah parks, The Valley of Fire in Northern Nevada and the petroglyphs at Parowan Gap. Cedar Breaks National Monument is worth taking a look at, too. This property, although a bit older, is clean, comfortable and convenient. The rooms have been updated and have comfortable beds. Staff is professional and friendly. Good, hot breakfast buffet is included in the price. A Sizzler Steakhouse is located on the property, with budget dining choices and fairly good food. Grounds are nicely kept, with interesting artwork. Recommended.

The room was great. It was clean, and smell good, the bathroom facilities were free of hair and dirt. The beds were clean and comfortable, and no sign of rodents or bugs. Place lost two big points because of their breakfast presentation. All of the food was old even the fruit looked old and tired. The breakfast staff looked like they were being put out by being forced to restock breakfast items as guests would show up. The overall feel I got that morning was at the hotel just wanted us to get out and how dare we expect something nice for breakfast? A lot of money research when I look for a hotel room deals with breakfast. It's my favorite meal of the day and if I'm going to pay the kind of money hotel room costs that I am willing to pay extra for a good breakfast. I was disappointed.

Customer service was ok. Room was clean. Pool was fun. Sheets felt like sand paper making for a horrible sleep. TV guide was just scrolling through so we couldn't choose a channel. We had to use the channel up/down button which is not a deal breaker… until the first channel it turned on happen to be porn. Not something a mom wants her 10 & 12yr old sons, her husband, or herself to see or have to yell at everyone to close their eyes. Unacceptable!

Beds were really nice. I sleep there better than at my own house. Breakfast was good. I was impressed.

Very nice hotel, nice, helpful and competent staff. Pool Unfortunately only accessible via parking. It was not inviting for ice and snow. Breakfast very good, proper crockery and cutlery would be nice and environmentally friendly, but this is not common in us, very good location, good value for money.

Awesome quiet hotel with the best breakfast we have had at a Best Western so far. Our room recently decorated and our suite was large and comfy. We have been to several Best Westerns in the past 2 weeks and every one was updated, comfy. Safe and quiet.

Front desk staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Hot tub wasn’t hot, ant infestation in the room. Maintenance came with a spray bottle of ant barrier, but really what was needed was an entire building pest control spray. I doubt it was just my room with the problem. Besides the ants, the room and pool were in fairly good condition considering the age of the hotel. Breakfast was good with a good selection, but staff couldn’t keep up with demand on the busy holiday weekend (plus a snow storm). Because of the cheap rate, I would be willing to try again if they had a professional full-building spray and guaranteed no ants or bugs. Also make sure the hot tub was hot.

The place to stay if you are in Cedar City. Pleasant and very clean rooms, courteous and efficient staff. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Easy access to the freeway going south or north.

We had booked through Priceline and on our way from California we had a kid who was throwing up. We had to stop several times and were trying to cancel our reservation and were even willing to book another Best Western close to us. However the hotel denied our request due to our agreement. I understand, but I was upset with the way I was treated and talked to. Absolutely no compassion at all. When we got to the hotel we had 2 other kids who wanted to swim. But it was 9:45 and it closed at 10. The attendant told us they have been leaving the pool open pretty late and if the light was on we were fine. So we got the kids changed and just as my husband walked out the door they closed the pool. Which obviously resulted in crying meltdowns. Our room was freezing cold upon arrival. The bathroom was so cold the whole time it felt like you were outside when you went in it. You could see outside light coming in around the outside door, so I’m sure that contributes to the room being cold. And the hot water in the room was barely hot. When turned all the way up, it was barely hot enough for a shower. Breakfast was fine except the eggs were gross and mushy. Undercooked maybe? We woke up early to take the kids swimming and the pool room needs ventilated or something. The chlorine was so strong that both mine and my husbands eyes were burning and watering. Even my 11 year old couldn’t stand it. The decent thing is that the room appeared to be cleaned well.

Clean and friendly Best Western Town and Country hotel. 45 minutes from Brian Head and about 1.5 hours from Zion. Breakfast is the best. Plenty of parking. Indoor Pool and Jacuzzi. About one mile off 15 freeway.

We reserved the Jacuzzi Suite and it was worth the money! Room was bigger than I thought it would be, the tub was big enough for 2 people, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the breakfast buffet had everything you would expect and then some. This is were I will be staying from now on.

Great place to stay and rest after a long day traveling. The breakfast spread the next morning was great to get you going again. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. It has a simple pool with excellent natural lighting, INDOOR and I was very satisfied with the breakfast. Supplied iron, ironing board, blow-dryer, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, Full body closet mirror, and fridge.

We stayed one night and had a wonderful experience. The staff were exception. We requested a crib for a toddler and they promptly delivered one to our room. We also asked for some extra blankets and got those promptly as well. The room we stayed in (226) was clean and exceeded our expectations. The included breakfast was really good! By far one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. We also used the pool and it was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend Best Western in Cedar City anytime!

For a 2.5 star hotel that is older looking on the outside, this exceeded my expectations. It was clean and well updated to keep up with other newer hotels. The carpet seemed new too which was a plus. The beds were really comfortable and the indoor pool was very clean and nice.

May look a little dated on the outside but the room was updated, sparkling clean and the bed was really comfortable. The free breakfast was the best I've had on this road trip. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Room was covered in mud. Took a day for anyone to respond and I had to keep asking. We had to wear our shoes to bed so we wouldn't get our feet covered in dirt. Response was slow. There were over 100 muddy footprints from the previous guest. The front desk just said they were construction workers. And that is fine, but no one came to even try to clean this for a day. We tried all the vacuums the night clerk could find. But those didn't help. He said they don't have carpet cleaners on site.

Clean comfortable rooms, great set up for families. Wonderful pool and weight room. Breakfast was amazing. Several delicious options. I look forward to staying here again.

Have stayed here 5 times most were good experiences last one was horrible. We will not be back. Front desk clerk had no idea how to do her job. On checking in she authorized my card twice so I was billed twice. When I brought it to her attention she said nothing she could do about it. After many phone calls front desk claimed to fix the problem. But instead I was charged a 3rd time. Luckily my bank will fix it all. But as it stands I was charged almost $600 for a one night stay and barely an apology.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast had a lot of variety but not very good quality (which I find typical for hotel continental breakfast and this was nothing worse than normal). Fun pool. Staff was quick to respond to needs. Only complaint I had was the cramped bathroom and shower needed caulking so appeared unkempt. Overall stay was good.

I have never had a bad experience at a Best Western. Once again, I was not disappointed. Staff were friendly, grounds, rooms, and pool area were extremely clean. Thank you from "Summer" who cleaned our room. We appreciated the extra little card and mints from her.

Overall a very nice stay, they have a nice pool area and hot tub, rooms are very clean and breakfast is a full one. The only issue I experienced was inoperable A/C, and blinds that would not seal out the light. Overall it was a good experience, and It was over 100 degrees that day so maybe the AC just gave out. I would probably stay there again. I have stayed at the abbey inn in the area and always enjoyed it there so that is another choice if you are Best Western faithful.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. This was one of the nicest Best Western motels that we have stayed in. And, we are diamond rewards members, so we have stayed in a lot if them.

The Best Western buffet has been a part of my life since I was little. I literally always had it for my birthday breakfast. It hasn't let me down over the years. :)

Staff are nice and friendly and helpful out with anything you need. I left my glasses after I checked out and they had them when I went back. Very professional.

Located in the very small town of Cedar City, this inn is very hospitable. Service is fantastic and the morning breakfast is nice.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The hotel was easy to find in historic downtown. My room was incredibly clean. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel like part of their family and they gave me great recommendations for ways to experience Cedar City during my first visit here. I couldn't be happier.

Stayed the night on our way from Salt Lake to San Diego. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were surprisingly large and very clean. The AC worked wonderfully as I like to sleep at cooler temps. The bed was a little firm for me, but was okay. Bathroom was midsized with a tub/shower with plenty of hot water. The small personal hygiene items were a very nice quality. Would recommend the stay.

I stayed over night at a Best Western. It was on the way to my destination. It was a pleasant stay. They room was very clean, it was better than I expected. We had a good night's sleep. I especially loved the express check out because I was able to leave and get on the road without having to worry about going into the office.

It's a good, affordable place to stay. They serve breakfast, it's great for ski trips on a budget. The staff is friendly as well!

The only con about this place was with the indoor pool. We were excited to take our 1 year old swimming since it's been so cold lately. But the "indoor pool" had all its windows open so it was freezing in the room.

Rude and dismissive staff. Did not inform guests that there are no elevators and then accuses guest that it is the guests fault that they didn't ask for a 1st level. Then claims there are no 1st level rooms. We are seniors and they knew that. Terrible service. Dark rooms with poor lighting. Extremely overpriced for the quality of the rooms. You check in on one side of the street and then you have to turn left across a busy 4 lane street with no signal to get to your room. Next time we are staying at the Motel 8 which is just off the freeway for 1/2 the price and a better experience.

Hotel and staff were excellent! The property was very nice and well kept up. Flowers were everywhere and it was a great atmosphere. Breakfast was great and room was very nice and clean. Definitely the best place to stay in Cedar City! Will stay here again and again.

Wonderful staff, rooms, & amenities. After realizing how sketchy, dirty, and run down our original booked motel was, we drove around looking for other options. We got the last room available for the night. The price was steep, but compared with our previous option, it was very worth it. Also considering we booked this room after 11pm and on a Friday night we were very lucky. I WOULD stay at Best Western again for sure!
