The hotel is very nice and clean. Perfect.

The Grand Staircase Inn is a hidden gem. A little bit further than other hotels near Bryce, it's affordable, but clean and comfortable. The on site gas station is incredibly convenient, as is the mini mart. There was a BBQ food truck outside which was delicious as well. They offer toast and coffee for breakfast, with other reasonably priced snacks available in the mini mart.

These rooms are well-kept and the staff here is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean. There is a store and gas station below the hotel, and it's right outside of Kodachrome State Park. This is the perfect hotel to give you the small-town feel without sacrificing quality. It's very central and I highly recommend it!

Small motel nice with large rooms, very clean and good bedding. Excellently located and very quiet, can be used as drop-off point to visit the parks surrounding it. Warm welcome and tourist information nearby. An address to remember.

Secluded in a hamlet far from the tourist establishments but in the midst of sublime Landscapes. The location was very nice and the hotel was very friendly.

Great hotel with everything you need all at the same place: Gas station Convenience store And hotel It's located close to the parks and has reasonable prices ($59). The bed watching fine and the room has plenty of space. It was a nice place to stay.

Best place you will find close to Bryce Canyon! Huge rooms that are exceptionally clean! Best service and really kind staff. Breakfast is not included, but you get free coffee, hot chocolate and toast in the morning. There's a mini mart downstairs that has frozen food if you are too tired to drive to tropic or Bryce to get food. They have variety of frozen food, drinks and snacks as well as frozen pizzas that the staff will prepare for you by themselves. It doesn't have an elevator, but the rooms have card operated doors and central heating, so you don't have to worry about loud A/C units. The rooms give you a homely feeling, as if you are living in a huge house. I would definitely stay here during all my trips to Bryce canyon and the area. I hope I have convinced how much I love this place!

While it doesn't seem to show up as such… there is a well stocked small market on the ground floor with gas pumps outside. Great place to top-off or grab some supplies before heading out to Kodachrome Basin or Skutumpah Road.

Perfect landing spot for last night of our fall break Adventure to Grand Staircase. Very nice place to stay in Cannonville! Thanks for giving us just what we needed — — a peaceful and restful night after our incredible journey.

Great place to stay! Beds were comfortable. The room was clean. Free toast in the morning was a nice bonus! I would stay here again.

Nice place to stay. Not your normal motor hotel. Most don't also have an on-site convieniance store; or a filling station; This has both! Our room was huge and comfortable. The TV monitor was mounted higher than usual. Watching from the king size beds was very comfortable.

Reception, petrol station with mini-market (in which there is almost everything to buy). Great room, the cleanest bathroom on our 3 1/2 week trip! Even the ground (which was hardly or not the case in the other hotels/motels) was cleaned. Breakfast included, coffee, hot cocoa or tea, toast with misc. Jams.

Comfortable rooms. Very accommodating service. The hotel is above a well stocked store and gas station. Breakfast is not included but fresh toast and coffee and other drinks are complimentary. About 20 minutes from Bryce canyon national park entrance. It's located in place accessible to many parks around the area. The rooms don't have a great view but the location is good.

After staying here 2 nights I think this would be my preferred place to stay! So quiet, large clean rooms. Family feel of the staff.

We stayed here for our trip to Bryce Canyon. It was nice because it was close to the local sights, but far from the tourist hubs. The service was always very helpful and friendly. The room was very large but still felt quaint. We wanted to stay a second night after our reservation ended because we loved it so much, but they were all booked up.

Petrol station, small supermarket, motel and Wi-Fi. Nice operation that likes to help. Restrooms were also allowed to be used.

Huge rooms, very clean, good Wi-Fi, friendly staff and great value for money. Would happily recommend this place if you are visiting Bryce Canyon! There is also a bbq truck in the parking lot, absolutely delicious food and friendly service at a good price.

Love love love this hotel. Great location for bryce/zion, has big spacious rooms with tv, a refrigerator, microwave, nice scenery, and nice pictures on the wall. It also has an awesome convenient store downstars, and an awesome BBQ trailer with yummy food in the parking lot. Very convenient for food, when the nearest restaurant is 4 miles away! 11/10.

Room was spacious and clean. Short drive to Bryce Canyon. Store was convenient to have but selection was lacking. Loved the I d k bar-b-q truck in parking lot — peach cobbler dessert delicious.

Great place to stay if you are going to visit either Bryce Canyon National Park or Kodachrome State Park. Much closer than Panguitch or Cedar City to these parks. The rooms were large and clean. The price is great for what you receive. The hot cocoa and toast in the morning were an added bonus. A short walk from the inn is the visitor's center for the Grand Stair Case-Escalante. The visitor's center was very interesting and we hope to visit the monument in the future (we will stay at the inn again). We highly recommend staying in the inn for families.

We stayed there on our utah-Arizona trip. We reached there around 8 pm and in that remote area nothing was available to eat nearby. The guy who attended us helped us a lot for dinner. The rooms were very clean and spacious. They provide complimentary breakfast. Overall it was great experience. Definitely recommended.

Amazing staff and the room was really nice and clean. Only thing I would of liked is better choices in the store. There was small variety of drink/food items and supplies.

Stayed two nights. Bathroom updated and super clean. Bed okay. Breakfast simple but Inn is also the only grocery in town so easy to buy simple breakfast. If you wanna save a few bucks compared to Tropic this is your place!

You cannot beat the price or the service within an hour of Bryce Canyon. The staff was super helpful and kind to us and our kids. The room was immaculate. It worked out perfectly for us and our two kids. We'll stay here every time we come through from now on.

Definitely recommended! However, have all tummies full before you arrive because nearest restaurant is 6 or 7 miles away in next tiny town and if that restaurant is closed (after 7pm in march) then you might as well travel to the moon, unless you enjoy a filling station menu. Very clean and surprisingly large rooms. NO CELL COVERAGE (with at&t anyway), very peaceful town and friendly staff. Fairly priced.

Perfect motel. Older but my room was perfectly clean and huge. Nice bed. Very nice staff. Check in took 90 seconds. Check out was 10 seconds.

I wasn't expecting a room nearly as nice for the price we paid. The room was super clean with a new bathtub/shower and a new tv. The only thing that could have been better would have been a bigger breakfast option, though my kids loved the hot chocolate. This is a great place for anyone visiting Bryce Canyon.

We were only one day because our trip was previously planned, but we'd stay again for a week! Very good hotel, clean, with many facilities and very friendly staff.

I was here for two days and the location and quality of the hotel was excellent. The rooms are large and clean. The service met all of my needs and the people at the front desk are helpful and friendly. The general store is also a great convenience. The hotel is located near Bryce Canyon national park and the Grand Staircase Monument, both are definitely worth visiting.

Rooms are large; Wi-Fi works well. Our room had a moldy odor and we needed a telescope to see the TV. Interesting, when we called to make our reservation ask the owner if he gave a AAA discount. Then asked if they gave an AARP discount. He said said no to both and before I could say OK we'll take, he hung up! I then made an internet reservation. When you make a direct res the hotel saves a few bucks. Intend to ask why he hung up when we get there.

We stayed here for one night for visiting bryce canyon. The room and bathroom were simple but clean. The genaral store have some basic things to buy. There is a quite good breakfast available. If you need some entertainment in the evening you have to drive some miles to Bryce Canyon City.
