As soon as you walk in your treated like a queen or king. Every person at this resort is there to help you. Staff is incredible. Masseuse is superb and holy cow! What an experience. Try the steam room!

It’s a beautiful mountain resort close to everything and s lot of amenities. The staff are all accommodating Marie and Therrie the night manager we’re so helpful in accommodating and upgrading us to beautiful room. Highly recommended and will be back again.

It's a very nice place that doesn't have hot water and doesn't tell you. So go work out, do your thing and then take an ice cold shower. Feeling furious and unable to shave my legs is a great vacation. Maybe I can take a real shower in a few hours. Maybe. Warn people, say something. I would have rather been dirty than a cold shower. Ridiculous.

Mountain views, all your needs are to satisfaction, nice and pleasant people from the employees to the guest. Very peaceful.

Rooms are very well decorated and classy, and I feel as comfortable as I would be at home. Could use a little more sound proofing and maybe a little bit more attention to cleaning details. Overall the room is very clean and nice, but just a little extra dusting in less noticeable areas. Staff has been VERY helpful and friendly. Parking was slightly confusing before check in, but felt very secure once we figured out what we were doing. Haven't used all the rooms features yet. Overall, a great experience.

I had a great time here at west gate resort. I stayed here with my family and we wee treated very well. The rooms are really nice and they have a lot of perks that come with the hotel. They have 3 different pools for different purposes I only used 2 of them. They also have a great work out room (gym) it is not the biggest or the most updated but it is up kept and has many useful machines. All in all the hotel is very nice and quite enjoyable. One more note is that this hotel is near to other places to visit like the Alpine slide.

The appearance of the room is nice, but the check in is incredibly late (4PM) and the check out is 10AM! Poor insulation, you can hear all noise, including their central laundry unit. Everything is basically set up around making you have to wander through miles of hallway, casino style. Spend 10-$20 more and go to Hyatt Place down the road. Their check in is 3 and check out at noon.

Stayed at the resort for a business trip to the area and it was great. Location was by far the best feature. Easy to get anywhere in Park City, and they have a shuttle to Main Street if you need it. Shared a two-bedroom lockoff with my colleague and it was perfect. We each had our privacy but could enjoy the common areas together. Didn't try any of the restaurants, but they looked great and had plenty of guests. Just behind the resort is an incredible outdoor area shared with the other resorts on the mountain. That area was incredible. There were more dining options out there, a mini golf course, a huge green sitting / social area, a bar, loads of activities, and even a fenced in play area for young kids with toys and a sand pit. Amazing for families all around. Would love to return with the family for some fun and wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Westgate again.

Great place to stay! We stayed in a villa and it was spacious and equipped with everything you could need. They have an on-site grocery/liquor store which is really convenient. Staff is friendly and the resort itself offers a lot to do. I think it's definitely worth the money. Wish I could afford to just live there lol!

We we traded a timeshare week we own in order to stay at this Resort, which has a very high rating. Everything has been wonderful here. The staff is highly trained and very capable. The Resort amenities are very nice. We are surrounded by beautiful scenery in a village which contains several high-end hotels along with their nice restaurants and shops. Park city is a short drive all of about 5 minutes from here. We have enjoyed a summer week here in the mountains where it is not too hot. And this is the largest ski resort in the United States I believe in the winter. I highly recommend this destination.

Had a great family reunion while staying at the Westgate. Everyone had a great time and it was nice having the very large rooms. Over 50 in our party and the accommodations were very nice. Plenty of things to do in Park City, great food and drinks. Tanger outlets are 10 min away for shopping and Salt Lake City is only 45 min for airports and anything else you might need.

Wow. Fantastic room. Our room (3610) had just the best amenities, including a full jacuzzi in the master suite. Coffee maker, blender, full kitchen with everything you need. It was perfect.

Don't get conned into buying timeshare or credits. I tried using my already paid Westgate credit at the Westgate Park City Resort and spa for next year in January, but I am being told it's already booked. However, if you try booking online as a new customer, guess what? There's room availabe. They should be ashamed. They know they already have us locked in so they don't care if we get a room or not. They are just thinking about getting new customers (idiot's). Don't be an idiot and stay away.

Horrible customer service. We paid for a weekend package and lost our receipt and called trying to complete our package and have been on the phone for over two hours and have been transferred back and forth between customer service and sales and hospitality the entire time speaking to rude employees who have put in no effort to help us and hung up on us twice after an hour. Do not recommend this place as they clearly do not know how to treat guests. We have had two representatives find our package and as soon as we get transferred to hospitality or customer service they tell us that it doesn’t exist. So we just gave the west gate $150 of our hard earned money for them to screw us over. We will be getting BBB involved.

Bad place, dishonest people! They make things look good until you have to deal with people! They ruined my honeymoon by chasing us with their timeshare presentations. Which eventually we gave up and singed up for the presentation so that they would let us go and enjoy our 1 week of our honeymoon. We went to presentation because we just cannot get rid of them, they force you to go. We didn't like it and attempted to leave 5 times. We were trapped there and they were not letting us go for 6 hours until we bought their timeshare. We paid $40.000 in cash and we felt like there was the only way to get out from there is to buy their timeshare. Now we are stuck with this bad deal, wanted to use it since we bought it anyway, called them 8 times within last two months and they are booked in all of their locations for the next 4 years. They asked if we want to book our one week in 4 years! REALLY!? Ridiculous! On top of that found out there are $2000 fee yearly! What a "wonderful" deal we've got! Now we want to get rid of it and give it back to them as they said at the presentation they are willing to buy it back if we end up not wanting or using it. Sure they would say anything for you to buy it! We called and they said they might want to take it back for for FREE! We even agreed to that, and they still make it complicated. We called numerous times, they said they will call us back with the info what we need to do to give them back this "great" deal, they newer called back!

They offered complimentary valet when we checked in early and provided a clean and spacious room. We stayed in the Bison wing this time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Conference rooms were also very accommodating with great menu options. We love the waterfall in the adult serenity pool. The best part of the stay was the steam shower, you've got to try it!

I actually was worried, because I read quite a few negative reviews, but my guess is management did too because we have found Nothing lacking and all concerns people brought up have been addressed. The rooms we have are beautiful clean and very well supplied. From the moment we checked in bell hops were right there to unload and bring our stuff to our room while we parked our car. Housekeeping was so good and even cleaned our dishes we brought plus everything else. Everyone has been friendly and there is so many amenities available right here I'm very glad we came.

Imaging the most relaxing place and multiply that by 10! My husband and I just booked our second stay at the Westgate resort for our anniversary and it never disappoints. The staff are friendly, the facilities are clean and beautiful, and the food is uncomparable. Bringing more friends next time to share the great times!

I workout at Westgate at least once a week. A couple months ago I was exiting the indoor garage and midway through, the garage door unexpectedly slammed down on the middle on my car roof. I reported the incident to security and filed a claim immediately. Westgate was not apologetic and unresponsive. After hounding them for two weeks, Westgate decided to write me a check to cover my deductible and dispute the incident. The garage doors have been opened and inoperable for months as there was obviously a sensor malfunction, but Westgate would not take responsibility for over $5, 000 in damage to my SUV. Come to find out, two other cars have been damaged from the same garage doors, one being an employee. Stay here at your own risk. There are several better options than this horrible hotel.

A fun time share, condo hotel at the canyons. With Local guide Siobhan O'Connor. Ski in ski out from the property. Highly recommended during peak season when those extra minutes getting on the mountain shouldn't be wasted parking, sherpping, and hiking to the lifts.

Nightmare in Hellgate! To all the guests that would like to book here. Please read for your benefits. I have been going to Park City for skiing for 15 years. What I am about to describe never happened before in any Hotels. We checked-in in one of Westgate's Apartment. The room was really small, the hotel layout is very confusing and the service for the ski valet is just terrible and this is just the begging of our nightmare. (I am not even beginning to mention the customer service and cleaning) We were 6 persons, 3 rooms that stayed at Westgate. After all the advertising they are doing for their “ski valet” and their strict policy not to have any ski and ski boots in the rooms, we gave our belongings to the Ski Valet. However, they ended up losing All 3 Rooms skis + 3 others rooms we did not know. After half a day waiting without knowing where our skis were, they finally found them and as you can understand we were upset about losing half a day of skiing + the money for the lifts. Instead of apologizing for what happened, Westgate resort decided to kick us out of the Westgate, all 3 Rooms. We found out once we came back from skiing. They did not even ask what happened from us by knowing we are The Guest and customer service should be a priority. As everybody know all situation has 2 versions.

My wife and I have been visiting here for many years, before the Vail Resorts Management Group bought out Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort. The rooms and layout are cozy. The decor and furniture see nice, periodic updates. The standard amenities are fantastic with a family and adults-only pools and hot tubs, fitness center, and yoga room. They also have special events throughout the week, like wine and cheese in the lobby. If you come to ski or ride the mountain, then you won't be disappointed. It's a few steps away from the Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble Express Lift. They have lockers for ski / snowboard boots as well as skier services to check in skis, poles and boards. With a call, you can have them bring out your equipment so that you can grab them right as you get ready to hop on the gondola. When you're done for the day, simply drop off your equipment and head back to your room or stop somewhere in the village to grab a bite to eat — bliss!

This is a really nice place to stay during the summer time, if you have a time share here. It's a nice place to do a lot of fun activities and also a great place to see the outdoors. :)

A magical place if you do not know the snow, the mountains are majestic and also has is the opportunity to do sports.

This is the 2nd year in a row we have come to park city for skiing and snowboarding. As a family of 5, Westgate was a wonderful ski in and ski out resort. Our room was perfect for our family, we love the kitchen and all the amenities (from the indoor pool, adult over 18 pool, work out gym, family arcade and ski locker/ski services). Ski services at Westgate is able to bring your checked in ski/snow board and poles to the lift, this way you don't have to bring anything to your room. You can also check your skis/snowboard and poles at the lift too. Boots can be checked in at the locker room so essentially the only thing you would need to bring back to your room after a long day on the mountain is yourself. A big disappointment staying here is the bell service, housekeeping and valet. When you drive up in your rental be prepared to have no one greet you or even provide direction on where to park your car or who to ask to have your car valet (have to go inside and ask for services), I'm not sure why such a highly rated venue has such poor service but it doesn't give you a good first impression after pulling up. Housekeeping should be coming everyday but that was not the case for us, even after calling them and they verifying that someone would come (called at 0800 to make sure, since no one came the day prior), they still somehow missed our room. It really seems like they are understaffed, if it wasn't for these minor yet essential things they would be a 5 star resort.

12/29/2017** STILL NO WORD! **12/22/2017** Been another week. NOT A SINGLE word from Westgate even after many attempts via email and phone. Customer Service is a disgrace. ** Well it's been a week. Time to update. I haven't heard anything back from Westgate. Just more run-around. This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE! I purchased a 2 night stay, and they NEVER have availability. Now I just want my money back, and they give you the biggest run around imaginable. The list of names I have spoke with are: Jack Rogers, John Beck, Poncho Zapata, Michael Glover, Gary, and Sandy, and many more that I don't recall. I'd like to speak to David Siegel, but he is NEVER available. So I will just keep rating and reviewing once in a while. Owner: I've tried to contact the correct department. Been dealing with this since June. Why doesn't Westgate try contacting the correct department for me? Customer service is a JOKE!

This is the only resort that my wife and I stay in in Park City. We have stayed at numerous high end resorts and this one definitely has the best staff. My wife and I stayed in a presidential suite which included two rooms, separate staff room, full kitchen, and hot tub for our 1 year anniversary. The hotel did kind of screw up our reservation but the manager on duty made everything 100% better. I will definitely be coming back and enjoying many more stays here. Thanks Westgate!

Have been here for 2 days so far out of a 7 day trip. So far this place has been great! The staff has been very friendly and helpful. They have a free shuttle that will take you to places around town. The ski storage is a nice touch, they will take your skis to the gondola or shuttle for you. It's a shame the weather is off to a slow start, but that's not Westgate's fault.

Most definitely my favorite place to stay in Park City. We come up here for a week and there is so much to do! Pool, ping pong, wet sauna, dry sauna, AWESOME POOL FOR KIDS, awesome hot tubs for adults, BEST HOTEL GYM I HAVE EVER BEEN TO, spa, and I love the rooms. The workers always are friendly and say hello. Oh yeah! There’s a game room.

Horrible service! Very rude! I can’t believe I am paying for a room with NO hot water. We arrived and drove 7 hours to get here. Trying to have a nice birthday for my husband. Our room has no hot water I called the front desk and was told sorry our boiler is down. When we checked in 2 hours ago they could have told us and they still charged us full price. When I called to ask why there is no hot water all we were told was sorry the boiler is down. I ask for a discount on the room and was told no. There are plenty of nice places to stay in Park City the customer service here is the worst I have ever experienced. Do not stay here ever!

The resort has a gorgeous setting. It is a little outdated but it has a lodge mountain feel to it, and that is what we were expecting. The food was delicious at Drafts sports bar, however, the service wasn't that great. There were two other tables in the entire restaurant, and it still took awhile for us to order and get our food. The food was very good when we got it! The shower was incredible! Two shower heads and very relaxing. Another great thing about the resort was the transportation to and from any place in Park City. I wish I would of known this before coming to the resort, but that was my fault for not researching. They do have a full kitchen in the room, which I could smell the room next to us making a pizza in the oven. It wasn't the end of the world and it only lasted for 15-20 minutes. The gym was very large and had a lot of equipment for a hotel gym. The staff at the front desk and valet were always incredibly nice. The fresh baked cookies that were given to us a few times were delish! I would definitely stay at Westgate again the next time I visit Park City.

My 3 year old child slipped in some water that came from the ceiling leaking near my jetted tub in the room we had rented. I immediately called the front desk and told them what happened and the front desk said they would send someone to come check it out. I waited 10 minutes and no one came so I called the the front desk again and she told me that the guy would be there at any moment but I had let her know that we were going to have to switch rooms because you don’t pay this much to stay somewhere with a ceiling that is leaking everywhere but she was rude and told me there was no other rooms available. The guy showed up and looked at the ceiling dripping everywhere and I let him know that the front desk told me there was no other room available but he said that was unacceptable and called the front desk and said he would be back, so then he comes back about 10 minutes later and told me they found a room and then he helped us move our stuff to the other room. I had to switch rooms with my two kids under the age of three while being pregnant and it took until 12:45 at night to get everything switched over. Not to mention I had to wake up with my kids and then stay up with them for hours until they fell asleep again but if you have kids then you know once you wake them up it’s very difficult to get them to go back to sleep. Anyways fast forward to the morning I call down to the front desk because the housekeeper came and knocked at 8:30 am and said check out was at 9:30 am.

It's a great hotel with extremely professional staff (well yeah, except for the housekeeper who didn't speak English who was knocking on my door at 8 repeatedly). Unfortunately, the hotel is showing its age. The internet is slow, they ran out of hot water, they have only a handful of electrical outlets (and several didn't every work), and I can't remember the last time I stayed somewhere with a 10 o'clock checkout. And their room was so SMALL! Put two people in there and it feels more like a sardine can than a luxury hotel. Despite that, it's got the appeal of being in park city with amenities that will entice guests to get out of those tiny bedrooms.

The amenities are great, location is superb, and the staff was fantastic. The only thing I would say is that the resort (common areas and suites) are looking quite dated and could really use a top to bottom interior renovation. The resort itself is aging and it's beginning to show, both in the decor and the finishings, like the carpets and beds. The mattress had a distinct sag on one side. I just think it needs a complete interior facelift to return it to its former glory. Would be well worth the investment on their part as the location is absolutely amazing.

This was the best mini vacation ever. They had everything for our trip: separate bedrooms, washer and dryer (after mud run, huge perk), big two person jetted tub, steam shower, two 50+ in TVs (one for kids, one for parents), full kitchen so we could get our own food (+plates /bowls, pots/pans, and utensil), games and coloring by huge indoor/outdoor pool w/ 2 Jacuzzis, and discounts for local attractions. If you meet sales people at a fair for Westgate, take them up on their offer.

I am truly amazed with Michelle Hutchens and staff. I recently booked a room at the Westgate and called the Spa to inform them I wanted to purpose to girlfriend at the spa. They were so professional and had open arms to help me with this very special occasion. The team came up with a creative idea and helped me get all setup. They even went above and beyond and accommodated me with Chocolate covered strawberries and Champagne. They were true professionals and genuinely cared. I can't thank them enough for assisting in the most romantic moment in my life. 5 stars and the scenery is absolutely stunning! Highly recommend the spa and staff. Special thanks to Michelle, Lily, Sophie and Amanda!

My fiancee and I ate at the Edge Steakhouse last night, was absolutely delicious. One of the best American Kobe steaks in the state. Compared to true Japanese Wagyu steak, this comes genuinely quite close. Our server Matt (possibly also the manager? ) had a massive knowledge of all their drink selections. We had probably a 10min discussion on whisky alone, very wonderful experience. 5/5, might be one of my favorite restaurants in Utah.

They told me to take my soap and clothes to the pool and shower there in the locker room… My room did not have hot water. The engineers came and verified. The moved me to another room also in building 2, still no hot water and the room is smaller. So I move back. 4 full days and nights no hot water. They never called me back and never tried to help again.

Absolutely amazing! We come here every single year! The best service I have ever had! The staff is friendy, rooms are beautiful, pools are fantastic, and they have an awesome 24 hour fitness room. I highly recommend Westgate!

Just checked in after leaving an amazing resort in Wyoming. My sister in law is an owner at Westgate as we used to be. On the ground level, by the laundry, and no view. For what Westgate Resorts charges for timeshares its a slap, personally I would not accept the space due to location. The space inside is small, we'll see if everything works. Not a good way to start.

We have been going to Park City annually for over 20 years and found this place 5 years ago. It wins for overall offerings and also location, much preferred to accommodations right in Park City. It is our family's favorite place to go on vacation, so we have been owners for over 3 years and have no regrets. We go during July and on Labor Day weekend and enjoy the member's only barbeques offered in the summer. They have always been attentive to my wife's wheelchair accessibility needs and we appreciate their policy of having an "ongoing concierge" who will talk to us via phone or in person (while on-site). Ours is Bret and he has always been very attentive to our needs. They really are a 5-star resort!

I've been to this resort several times over the last 15 years. It's always good. Location is easy to get to. Plenty of rooms. Loft and presidential suites are also very nice for larger groups. Service is best I've experienced compared to everywhere else I've been.

We experienceed much disappointment. Went to check in and our reservations were nowhere to be found. The room was tiny, missing molding in the bathroom which my husband stubbed his toe on, blood everywhere. Whistle noise coming from air conditioning. Over priced restaurant's. No balcony. Noise was incredibly loud from commercial vehicles. Ran out of warm water to try and take a bath in a single size tub.
The other couple that came with us with the exact same reservations received a big room with a double jetted tub for 2 and a balcony. When I confronted the resort they said we had to pay $15 extra dollars per night (the other couple was not charged this) and pack up and move after already being here 24 hrs. When checking in for our "90 minute" tour, we were nowhere to be found. We had to give them our "invite" number to be found. We were under the year 2015 (hence why they couldn't find our reservations to check in) and it is 2017.
We will not be coming back and will also share our experience with friends and family.

We have stayed here twice, both times were fun but both times our rooms had issues with fixtures being damaged or not working properly or not working at all also both times we had the pleasure of sitting thru over an hour long sales pitch to become owners, the 1st stay we were prepared for the pitch but had no warning of the second pitch coming on our 2nd stay… If you can handle sales pitches at every turn then this place is for you. After two stays we're thru with WG and we're ready to move on to better places. I'm more of a hotel type not a resort type. The pools at WG are awesome but the coffee bar in the lobby is never open and the in-room TVs don't offer HD but do offer some craptastic standard cable with horrible sound and very noisy picture. Edge is a must to eat at, slow dining experience but amazing food and good service, the marketplace is small and overpriced but is convenient if you need something at that very moment. If you can handle being looked down upon for not being an owner, then this place is for you.

I wish I had a better rating for this place. The room I stayed in was just strangely configured and when we arrived we were greeted with a sales pitch. Just after being on the road for 6+ hrs we were in no mood to listen to it. However, they have a great swimming pool, sauna and rec area for kids and family. Not to mention a wonderful view of the surrounding area. The rooms and facilities are clean and the bed was comfortable which was welcoming.

Love the great service and awesome location! I can't wait to come back! The staff has gone out of their way to accommadate me and my family!

The hotel is very nice, but the layout is a little funny. Kind of inconvenient to get around. Overall was a nice stay. Very close to the outlets, and other fun park city attractions.

The service was great. Only reason this is not 5 stars is cause the bowls are not so great, they are like ice cream dishes (not like cereal bowls) and the room didn't have all post and pans in it when we arrived. It is a very beautiful place however and the staff was very kind.

I'm surprised to see the negative reviews. We just spent spring break week there and overall the resort had excellent service in just about every way. From the front desk, ski valet, pool attendant, shuttle drivers — we were consistently impressed with the service. The resort overall is great — location is excellent, rooms are nice, amenities great. We were very happy with our decision to stay!

The Wi-Fi is atrocious, the ski services office seems to be on a different planet than the rest of the resort, but every other aspect was amazing! Cleaning staff is superb, the guys at Aloha were fantastic, the rooms are incredible, and the dining was awesome! Fix the Wi-Fi and get the ski services on the same page and it would be 5 stars no question.

We went there to visit family. We ate in a restaurant. Everything was very clean, spacious, and beautiful snow. I liked the food.

I feel sorry for the manager having to apologize for every negative review. Why not just clean the place up, stop harassing guests with your timeshare sales pitches, and incorporate some customer service? Just a thought. Oh… and if you're reading this, wondering if you should stay here. You shouldn't. It will ruin your vacation to Park City.

My wife and I had a great time in their Luxury One Bedroom Villa. It has great amenities, including a whirlpool jetted tub in the bedroom and a full kitchen. The staff wrote us a note and put a complimentary plate of cheese and crackers in our fridge after I notified them that this stay was for a special occasion. The location of the hotel is close to the city center, but we did not like the limited underground parking with small parking slots.

I'm not sure which dissapointing moment to share with you first. I'm not quite sure why i'm forced to even allot this hotel a single star, but ohwell. Upon my arrival, I discovered that I have no remotes as well as a broken television. I requested a tech for assistance, he immediately informs me this is a common occurance. The television works for the night and breaks the next day. The tech told me he would bring me a remote, which never arrived. I requested another tech, I get greeted with the same incompetent employee whom fixes my television for another night. The tech informed me he would bring a remote and the remote never arrived. Can you estimate my situation the following day? The television is broken again. I request another tech, whom arrives after 30 minutes to tell me I need a remote to reset the television… He proceeds to give me a remote, issue solved. Next, the shower knob emits freezing cold water when set to a mysterious depiction of the sun, and scolding hot water when set to an image of a snowflake. Sounds appropriate, right? Now, if you want to go and ski you must proceed to take several different elevators and walk about a mile… Yeah, tread through this hot hotel in your ski equipment or carry it and attempt to gear up next to the stoned employees at the "Aloha" ski outlet. Next, the room attendent continues to take all my towels and robes and leave me with nothing, forcing me to order new towels every morning.

Nothing. Service is horrible they lie to you about things being available or open. Food sucks and is overpriced. You have to call multiple times just to get someone up to your room for help. Whoever engineered the hotel is an idiot it's the most confusing building it makes you go through a maze just to get to anything. Only two jacuzzis for an entire hotel of thousands of people? Really. Only two restaurants and they don't take reservations or aren't even open half the time. The way they layout all the rooms is ridiculous their cramped. I would think twice about coming to this hotel it was the worst experience of my life.

We booked a kingsize bed with a kitchenette and sleeper sofa that advertised to sleep 2 additional people. What was not advertised is that there is only heat in the bedroom and no heat in the additional living/sleeping area. The ambient temperature there was below 60 degrees — far from acceptable living situations at a ski resort! When we called down to inquire — numerous staff said “yes, they were aware of that, it was a design flaw”. We were beyond disappointed in the accommodations and misrepresentation of the unit we rented. It was not an acceptable place for more than 2 people. We will never stay there again!

Worst hotel experience ever! The rooms are small and filthy. The staff is incompetent and constantly hitting you over the head about time shares. We just wanted a simple night's stay … this place ruined our weekend. Go somewhere else. Anywhere. Just not here.

The WORST resort I have ever stayed at! Endless lies from employees and broken promises! The Hotel Management is awful and does not want to help you, I had several problems with the Westgate employees and went to speak to the Management about it and was directly told that he will not do anything about it. My entire stay was wasted fighting with them and having them lie to me. DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT TRUST THEM! Do not trust Beau, Paco, Ann, Nathan, Scott, Carlos or any or the sales or Marketing team. Pleasant experience! The Luxury One Bedroom-Villa was beautiful, cozy, warm and romantic. The view was breath taking. The resort is great and well located, and the staff was helpful and nice. Parking can be an issue if you have a big truck, and if you don't mind to go out for dinner (no restaurants on site) you are going to love it.

All we wanted was one, just one, just freaking one one night of relaxing, quiet, and chill night! We got here to check in late enough at 9pm. We didn't care about getting here late it was the fact that all my wife wanted was to sit and chill out spa time shower time with some "steam" etc. Only come to find out there is no bleepin hot water! Really?! Also we had to park a half mile away and walk through a danger zone of saws and construction work! I call about an hour after check in and let them know we are struggling getting "hot water" they rush me off the phone didn't want to answer my questions and then told me he would call me back. You know when people act when they get nervous and say " let me just call you back" type line. That's what I got. So I knew once "it" said this to me that it just set itself up for a shity review. Apparently I'm supposedly at a 4.5 star hotel and I now have NO hot water it's absolutely a luxury to have and it's one luxury each person takes advantage of when they come here. Especially after skiing or mountain biking etc. Thanks for reading it's a very nice place but man they screwed my night up pretty good. Sounds like minor things but it's why we came here period was to soak and chill and steam and that's about it and to not talk to one single person and to order room service which the pages where torn from our guest books.

I'm going back this Sunday with friends to celebrate a birthday at the spa; will update after Sunday! I travel enough to know a gem when I see it. The Westgate Park City Resort far exceeded our expectations last weekend. First, in pulling up to the hotel, gentlemen (valets, bellmen) were expecting us. And I do mean gentlemen; treating us like gold, making the transition from real life to vacation smooth and effortless on our part. Second, the folks at the front desk explained everything clearly, professionally, quickly. They were so friendly and genuine, I felt comfortable asking any silly question. Third, the General Manager found and welcomed our group with a big, warm smile and a desire to make our weekend the best experience. Fourth, the room was not only spectacular (clean, great views, no amenities spared) but personally decorated for the occasion we were celebrating! Balloons floated about, each with a hand-written note from one of many Westgate staff members hanging at the bottom of the string. Fifth, throughout the weekend, Westgate employees who knew nothing of our stay treated us with great regard, kindness, and genuine willingness to help in any way. Sixth, and this is very telling of an organization that has tentacles, the right hand knew what the left hand was doing. When our group desired something poolside, the manager at Drafts (a restaurant next door to and part of Westgate) personally delivered.

We decided on this pricey "luxurious" hotel but we were a bit disappointed when we got there. First the parking garage is insanely narrow and hard to park, they do have complimentary valet though so maybe that was our issue we wanted to park ourselves. Second we got the luxury suite, we felt like we were shoved in the corner. Sure everything inside was very nice and luxurious but it was tiny! The bed was very comfortable and soft. But our room at home is bigger than our bedroom was here. The people were all really friendly and the pools were fun too. It is one of the resorts located in the canyons resort, so it also has a great location with a lot to do. I just don't think I would go back because it wasn't worth the money I would have been just as happy at the local best western with a bigger room and cheaper price.

The Westgate is a great hotel! I had my trip planned to stay at the hotel on Saturday night, but come Saturday, I realized I had accidentally booked it for Sunday. You can imagine the panic I felt… However, after explaining my situation with the front desk manager, he was more than happy to adjust the dates and gave me a room for that Saturday at no extra cost! Even though their policy clearly states changes in this short of a notice couldn't be made, they understood my situation and really helped me out! I will definitely be coming back for my next stay!

Extremely disappointing! This hotel has false advertising from what they actually offer. They make the luxury suite sound very appealing. It's horribly small and for the price you pay, it's a complete rip off. Plus they make you pay a $20 per day spa fee, just to use the pool and hot tub. I was blown away at the price we paid. They do not offer room service. Very little food options available. It feels like a glorified motel. This was supposed to be a special occasion and its was ruined because they made it sound and look greater than what is really is. I tried to give feedback to the director of the Hotel and he was extremely rude as well. I would not recommend anyone waste their money here!

Tl;dr It was ok, but there was nothing remarkable enough to make me stay again or recommend it to friends. Me, my wife, and our 2 year old stayed there over the 4th of July weekend. We stayed in a single king villa without balcony. The thermostat controls were directly beneath the air vent (c'mon, this is HVAC 101) so it would shut off after only a couple minutes when set to 70. We had to crank it down to 63 in order to keep in on long enough to cool the room and then it would turn off and on every 10 minutes all night long. There was no vent for the kitchen/sitting area of the room so that remained miserably hot. The steam generator for the shower was nice, I didn't have to go down to the steam room to enjoy a nice steam session. The TVs are far too small to be considered reasonable for a resort this age and the incoming signal was strictly standard definition (first world problems, I know). The cupboards are stocked with basic cooking and eating supplies. The layout of the resort is confusing as hell and we ended up making several mistaken trips down incorrect hallways trying to find our room. As it turns out, our 1234-C villa was behind the closed doors marked "1234 — Presidential Villa. " Surprise, surprise… there are A, B, and C rooms back there. The maps don't have cardinal directions and aren't oriented the way you are facing so good luck trying to figure out if going down the hall on your left is really the hallway on your right.

The best room ever, kitchen with everything you needed already in it and every room was beautifully made and not cheap. Even the pull out bed was very comfortable, full sized refrigerator, washer and dryer. Great service and a fireplace. It comes with a radio and speakers controlled by a remote. Awesome jacuzzi. It's like a house, but way better.

If you've never stayed at the Marriott Resorts in Park City then sure you will probably love this place. We decided to try Westgate this year for a change and will never come back. Everything that is awesome and totally FREE @ Marriott you pay for here including the kids club (nope — your kids can't come down and hang out whenever — you have to pay $15/hr non-member and members are like $12/hr), baggage trollys are not free to use and the layout of the hotel is totally hard to navigate so either pay a valet to cart your stuff to your room or bring a compass and a wagon. Bringing bikes? Sorry! Can't store them in your room — also need to pay to have the hotel store them for you. I've never experienced a hotel stay with a more visable cleaning staff that are constantly utilizing the elevators. I get they are just doing their job and certainly well mannered and pleasant, but it seems usually hotels prefer them to be like ghosts and they aren't here. The hotel itself is rather dark and did I mention that HD TV's have not made it into the rooms yet? Nope. It may sound like I'm a super difficult customer so let me say a few good things: The workout room is great and they have an adult only pool. Both are Free but not enough to make us ever chose to stay here again. I've said a lot, but hopefully by the time you read this there have been some improvements — like they maybe realize what century it is and upgrade the TV's?

I went with my family to this place, and even though its a bit pricy, it was THE BEST hotel ive ever stayed in. Dont listen to the naysayers, because its awesome.

We are family that loves to ski on our vacation. I've traveled to many states and been to many resorts, so when I found the Canyon's (Park City) we were in love with it. Its close to the airport, gets great snow and has a fantastic array of ski runs from groomed cruisers to steep un-groomed super double diamond runs off 9990. As for the Westgate, we had time to spare and did a tour and got the sales pitch, but something seemed to give me red-lights so I passed on the sale. We did take them up on the offer to come back the following year at a great rate. We did — had even more fun and enjoyed the deluxe lodging, and then looked into the timeshares. There is an open market for re-sales locally even with Premier Timeshares in Park city. We were pressured to come to more high pressure sales meetings but blew them off. Finally we told them no, after talking with the local realtor about the resales for over 50% off the resort asking price. Nearly 100% of what the sales guys said was a lie about resales. They try to say you won't get preferred reservation status. You won't get X Y and Z they claim. They are wrong wrong wrong and can't even lie straight in bed. If this "investment" is to be worth anything like they claim, then why would a resale be worth so little on the open market? Ok, the purchase issues aside, we have not had trouble reserving our ski week, and the accommodations are pretty sweet.

I absolutely LOVE going to Westgate in Park City, UT! I went for the first time with my family when I was a young teen. We went during the summer and had a great time together! I have now gone for my wedding anniversary for the last couple of years. Things To Do The thing that I love most about Westgate is that there is SO much to do! I don't feel like we have to leave the hotel at all if we don't want to which means we can avoid a lot of additional cost. We love the food, arcade (pool/air hockey/racing), ping pong, swimming, hot tubs, tennis, and who knows if I'm forgetting anything else! There is also a lot to do in Park City during the summer:hiking/biking/walking trails, outlet mall, lake not too far, horseback riding, alpine slide, etc. The weather is also great during the summer. It is warm but not too hot and an occasional sprinkle in the afternoon. Good For All Ages When going as a family it was great because of everything to do and the size of the condos. When going as a couple, I didn't want to be bothered by kids so we went to the adult only indoor pool/hot tub and avoided the families at the main pool. It was so peaceful/relaxing! Rooms I love the luxury rooms! They are so nice! I also love the size of the rooms. You can get a room that is quite large with a full kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, bathroom, etc. It makes it so convenient if you want to do some cooking or even if you just want to be able to bring food and hangout in the hotel.

Don't let the four stars fool you. We were invited to attend a time-share meeting and in return were offered a room, which was supposed to sleep four comfortably, for three days and two nights. From the moment we entered the room we knew it was excessively small. When the extra couch bed, that the kids would be sharing, was pulled out, you could not even exit the room safely. There was a mini fridge, a dishwasher, a sink, a microwave and hot plate but there was no table to eat at. Why would there be? There was no room for one. The space was cramped and dark. This probably was just our room, but every time the toilet flushed, it sounded like a moaning ghost was stuck in the pipes. No good when you have to use it during the night. We went to the game room with the kids and the first game they put their money in ate their tokens without giving them a game. The vending machines near the pool did not accept any money either. So much for treats at the pool. We got lost several times trying to navigate the go up one to go down two lay out of the resort. When we went to our 90 minute presentation which became a 3 hour high pressure sales experience. They wanted us to buy a week of property for $50, 000.00. At that rate they over value each room and any owner would be upside down with negative equity for generations to come. Then they had the nerve to show us the other side of the suite, which we know no one was using.

Overpriced and didn't deliver. **The bad. Room — nice enough, but on the second day they were cleaning it at 5pm when we returned from the slopes; couldn't that have been done earlier. Layout — a maze, literally a maze. Skiing — probably my biggest gripe; BEWARE, this resort is not Park City (as I was led to believe when I booked), so when I bought a 3 day pass for PC, it wasn't valid at this resort, Canyons. They failed to mention that little beauty when I checked in. **The good. Facilities — drafts (the restaurant/bar), was very nice. Also the adult pool/steam room etc was great post skiing.

This resort is awesome! I loved the skiing and valet ski service, bringing our boards/skis to the gondola for us, and picking them up at the end of the day. The parking was good, as we used the free valet parking. The condo we stayed in was also great and very comfortable. The actual layout is a little confusing but that isn't the reason for a 3 star. The worst thing was the Wi-Fi. It is disgustingly horrible. i tried a speed test online, and it was so slow it wouldn't even register. Im not a HUGE internet user, but I enjoy streaming netflix in the room after a long day of riding. I know this seems pretty minor, but it really put a damper on the time in the room. This is the 21st century, get with it.

Just spent my 56th Birthday at Westgate in Park City. Utah with my daughter. The room was beautiful but I was so disappointed that our stay was ruined by such a minor thing like the horrible parking, It was so small that even in a small car you risk damage You need a tour guide to find the spa or the restaurant, even your room (the first # is the building second the floor then the room) but you have to know what # the building is because if you get lost then your in the wrong place). Go over to level this then up to that. If you find your way your lucky we gave up and just went to town. So at check out I told them about the parking. "we hear that alot but that is owners parking you should have parked ON THE OTHER-SIDE its better, " we parked where you told us. And we could not find the spa!, " ya there are maps all over to help. Sorry it takes a few times to get use to the lay out " all this while charging my credit card the resort fee. Hummm. Just very disappointed with all the great places to stay in Park City pick some place besides Westgate. They did not seem very concerned and have a pat answer because they hear it all the time.

One thing that really bothers me about Westgate is that they take an imprint of your credit card! Who does that these days? Our week was pre-paid so it's not like we're going to skip out on paying. Plus they put a $250 hold on your credit card that doesn't get released for 10 days after you leave. When I was checking out I asked when they were going to shred the imprint of my card. I was told "never. " It's kept on file in their basement. Wow! So, not only was it sitting in a file in the reception area with everyone else's credit card for a week, a place where any employee could easily access it, but they keep on file in their basement forever? WHY.
