AMAZING! This hotel is literally the most beautiful hotel I personally have ever stayed in by far! Upon first entrance, the hotel staff were super accommodating, friendly, and would not let me even think of getting lost on the grounds without trying to step in and help me. Even though I am here with a group, they stayed treating me as if I was here as a single paying guest. The rooms themselves are gorgeous, with me being able to have my own balcony and reading nook with a fireplace. The bed is super comfortable and the bathroom is also super big, elegant, and fit for a queen. I will definitely be coming back! 4/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a fabulous stay! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help us with all of our requests. The heated pools, hot tubs, and game room were just a few of the amenities we took full advantage of. We can’t wait to come back.

One of the best mountain lodges I have ever had the pleasure of patronizing. The service is at the highest level and begins when you pull up at the entrance door to greetings by the wonderful bellmen and the focused front desk staff. Everything else flows from there from the staff in the ski room to the dining room team. I look forward to my next stay.

Absolutely gorgeous place! Highly recommend dining in the alpenglobes. The menu is fantastic and the drinks & desserts are so lovely!

Disney World service in the beautiful mountains of Utah. The staff is truly the friendliest most helpful folks you'd ever want to vacation with. I'm on business… but they made me feel like I was on vacation. Simply the best.

Love the location. 7000 In elevation so nights were very cool and days pleasant. Surrounding area with beauriful with hiking trails close by, down town not too far with a free shuttle. The grounds are immaculate with so many flowers in bloom.

All luxury and unbeatable service. Everything is well maintained. The food was fantastic. The room was spacious and well taken care of. I felt like royalty staying here. The spa is one of the best I’ve ever been to in North America. The altitude of 8200 ft was something to get used to though. Overall, unbelievable stay at the Stein Eriksen.

Our suite was fantastic, our spa appts top notch, and the concierge service is off the charts. We always stay here. Clean, courteous, chill yet very accommodating & friendly. The grounds and architecture stunning. Fireplace, full kitchen & private hot tub overlooking the ski runs on our deck. What’s not to love. 5 stars!

We just spent the weekend at Stein Eriksen! It's such a magical place to stay. It was just my husband and I this time but it would be amazing for our little girl who is 2. The room was so cozy and clean and had an incredible view! We had brunch at the resort and it's the best breakfast with a beautiful view and friendly staff. Couldn't recommend this place more!

Is one of the best places I have ever been services impeccable, and Anthony the manager has so much knowledge about wine in service I had to recommend it if you want to have a nice glass of wine and a nice dinner that’s the place to be and once again Anthony Make my experience at the restaurant totally worth it.

Every member of staff I have encountered has been so friendly and welcoming and cant do enough to make my stay better. The scenery is breathtaking and the rooms amazing, so many little touches that make it above and and beyond my expectations.

Tucked away in the mountains in the corner of Park City, this place is so beautiful! The suites are spacious and cozy, and our own hot tub on the deck was so great!

Awesome night at Stein Ericksen! Had dinner there last night, it was awesome… spent the night, the beds are so comfy and the fireplace was nice to sit in front of and relax after flying in from Boston. Had brunch this morning, and it was just as great with what seemed like endless options of top notch culinary perfection. I wanted to try all the food offered, but there was no way. The early snow was a nice surprise this morning, providing a beautiful scene to look at during brunch. The staff was great, exceeding every expectation we had! We'll be back.

Stein Erickson is amazing. Everyone on their team is friendly and goes out of their way to make your stay wonderful. This weekend we had the Jr. Suite. The bellman turned on the humidifier for us. Staged everything in our room. Had a wonderful dinner at the hotel. Came back to our room and bed was rolled down with chocolate and water.
Plus Image Reborn held their annual fundraising event and it was truly a night of elegance. The Stein is a big supporter for these women going through their cancer journey.
The Stein also upgraded a room for a wonderful woman who was in treatment when I simply asked. I have never experienced the service that they provide at any hotel.
Received my car from the valet and had two bottles waters to go. Simply amazing service.

Nice luxurious, yet rustic feel. The staff is amazing from the valets to the bell staff. Want to know who famous is within your view? They have details. Great food and a non-traditional layout make it feel secluded and more private than other hotels. Be careful driving the cliff roads and be slow on the turns there. Excellent ballroom space with great food and nice hangout overlook just outside the ballroom. I really like it in the Summer although it seems they are always updating or contructing something better… just like the State it is in.

Great food, great views and great people. Visited in September and during winter it must be magical. Pioneer mining town of Park City has great ambiance. Just make sure that 8200 foot elevation doesn't create a problem for you otherwise highly recommended.

Our experience was better than I ever imagined. They thought of everything and were so polite and kind. The the service was the best I have ever experienced at a hotel or Resort. The facility was immaculately maintained and extremely clean. The pool was being remodeled but was still usable and nice.

This review pertains to the bike shop within the lodge. The employee working there was very helpful and quickly fixed my issue at a fair price. I would also highly recommend renting a bike from the shop as they keep them in good repair.

This was truly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed! My husband and I were continually blown away by the service from all of the staff members. The touches and amenities are endless. I have to say that the housekeeping and the bellhop gentlemen made the entire experience seamless. This hotel is a true gem because of the people that make it so special. WOW! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I hope that we have the opportunity to stay here again.

This place is amazing. The service is great! Right away as soon as you parked your car, you are warmly and immediately greeted and helped by their valet attendant. The warm welcome continues all the way inside this magnificent place. Our lunch was delicious and the service was 5 star. He even packed my left over complete with bottled condiments and would look like when taken out from their hotel signatured bag, it would look like it was still on their table. I would say this… If you want a 5 star food, attention to detail and service… I recommend this place as one to experience. Have fun!

The bellman are rude. I didn't have the cash to tip and this bellman gave me the dirtiest look like I was filth or something. He was foreign with dark brown or black hair. Definitely just a place for the super rich and not middle-class people. And they treat you as such. Disgraceful.

Service was great from the time we walked in. They gave us a full tour of the property on the way to our room. The room was very nicely appointed. Excellent view and great place to stay. I can see why it is a 5 star property.

We come up here about 4 times a year to get away from the city. Love the beautiful scenery and atmosphere. Also they have one of the best restaurants in Park City. Staff is welcoming and attentive to every need. Worth the price.

This is a magnificent property. All staff members are on their best behavior and trying to do their best to please the guests. There were a few glitches with our stay, however. I asked for a room upgrade which was available (for a fee), but turns out I misunderstood we're in fact downgrading from two beds to one. That didn't seem like a problem until we realized our (very fancy) bed is very high off the ground so getting in and out involves semi-acrobatic maneuvers, and you're worried about accidentally falling off the edge while sleeping. However, there wasn't much sleeping either; the air conditioning was making gurgling noise which was subtle, but loud enough to keep you from falling asleep. I fixed it by switching off the AC and opening the balcony doors instead, letting in crisp mountain air… but unfortunately also noise from deconstructing folding chairs from a wedding ceremony. Oh yeah, we were placed right in the middle of someone else's wedding ceremony, which felt a little bit awkward. All these things were probably just bad luck, I'm sure many other guests will have excellent time at this very fancy property.

Secreted away at the top of a smaller lift at the resort, this one is very, very upscale and most of the resort workers won't tell you about it because they don't really want people going in there unless they're actually staying in the lodge. However, the staff inside is very understanding and patient. They know that sometimes, when you need to rest because you've been skiing, the guest status doesn't matter as much as safety.

Amazing views, superb service, and top-notch food! We came for the Sunday buffet and are still amazed at the selection of food. You must try their wild game chili, and their prime rib is one of the best.

Returned for a spa trip this ski season after an amazing summer trip a few years ago. The spa did not disappoint. The staff at the Stein has truly thought of everything. Our group had massages, blow-outs, facials, etc. And every person in our party raved about their service. Arrive early and plan to stay post-service so you can be sure to enjoy the plunge pool, hot tub, steam room, and relaxation space. Can't wait to return again!

Great place to go! Whenever I ski @ Deer Valley, my buddies & I always try to stop here towards the end of our ski day for a warm salted pretzel & a beer. Patio/deck area has a beautiful view overlooking part of the Deer Valley mountain side. Great ambiance. Check out the inside of this hotel & restaurant too. Named after a famous world skier who started this entity, this place is very impressive!

Really amazing experience. The hotel is well located, had incredibly friendly and helpful staff who cater to pet much your every need. The rooms are very comfortable and the house keeping service is just about the best you could experience. The ski valet service is icing on the cake with super helpful staff and a great facility. The downside is the layout of the hotel is a little confusing with the rooms spread out across several outdoor areas and levels which result in you having to spend a little time finding your way around all while being out side and exposed to the elements. Also, the lower quality rooms really are that, with no views, little natural light and small sizes. So make sure you upgrade or ask for a nicer room. All in all between this and the Montage, stay here for the better service and location. Stay there for the better atmosphere.

Great place to get engaged! We took the sleigh ride up the deer vally slopes and I popped the question at a look out point along the way. The staff at the lodge had champagne waiting for us at the table when we got back and Cash was a amazing waiter. Couldn’t be more happy with our engagement pictures and location!

Stein is not only nostalgic for me but every time I visit I create be memories. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service is 5-Star. Food is out of this world, they have the best brunches (and I’m not even a breakfast person) I would be there every Sunday if I could. Staff is amazing, always willing to help, even if it’s not within their ‘job description’. They some of the best Mountain views with the coziest fire pit decks. What else could you ask for?! Not to mention my favorite wedding spot. Flagstaff deck views + a beautiful bride and handsome groom to compliment it.

Always ready to accommodate your needs, no matter what those are. From preparing our suite for a surprise birthday party while we went out to dinner to wrapping your charging cords with a black ribbon so it’s not all tangled up. Attention to every detail in a “home in the woods” type of atmosphere. My favorite!

I love this Lodge. I live and work in Park City and drive for transport services in the winter. I was once approached by a doorman and told that I'm doing a good job. It made me feel really good. Most other hotels treat us as nuisances but I feel like the Stein is home because staff treats everyone in a courteous manner, even us drivers. That means a lot. Thank you Stein Erickson.

Had an amazing stay here for 3 nights for a work conference. Service is as good as it gets and the lodge is gorgeous. If you have the opportunity to stay here I'd highly recommended giving it a try.

This place never disappoints. Stein is the epitome of five star. The staff is always amazing, starting when you first arrive, including the wait staff, and continuing all the way through the ski locker room. Rooms are generally very nice, including fireplaces, heated floors, balcony hot tubs, and plenty of room. The food is amazing too. The wild game chili is too die for. And of course you get immediate direct access to deer valley as well, which is likely the biggest upside of staying here. Don't hesitate, enjoy the ride.

Nice rooms and nice staff but… The third time I have stayed there but maybe the last time I stay there. Got to room and my wife went to take a bath and found hair and a nail or toenail in the bath and decided to take a shower but found a half used soap and shampoo in the shower. I tried to turn the temp down in our suite but one of the two thermostats were broken so I had to keep switching the working thermostat from the bedroom to main room to get temp down. I paid a lot of money for the room and expected more. Asked for a discount and the front desk said there was nothing they could do. Overall not happy and most likely won't be going back.

The lodge itself is wonderful and the guest rooms are amazing. The fireplace, the hot tub on the balcony, the turn down chocolates at night — they were all wonderful. My 3 star review is because the highly touted 5 star restaurant is sub-par. It was not very good and we gave them ample chance to impress us. There is construction equipment all over the deck, supplies interrupting your view, and the view could hardly be seen.

Employees are very welcoming and helpful. Resorts is very nice. Rooms/Suites are well furnished and have lots of space.

Stein eriksen was incredible. Near if not the best hotel we've ever stayed at. Room was incredible. Private hot tub was wonderful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is second to none in terms of mountain resorts. Will definitely be back.

I own a place here in Park City and have skied and visited here since 2000. Steins is a total wonderful experience. Their buffet is amazing. The service is first rate plus. When you are here its a place you should go to. Only one thing — please make sure there is rooms for my group! :)

I was here for a work event. I cannot really comment on the rooms since I did not stay in one. But the lodge and the surrounding area are gorgeous Also the staff there are extremely friendly. A great experience over all.

It's a really nice place for your event or stay. The staff are very professional and the food is excellent. Views from the lodge are stunning. It's pretty much worth the cost.

This place is an absolute dream! It is obviously a well honed, well organized machine and the staff was wonderful — especially Harris! He was knowledgeable and helpful in every way. The rooms were inviting, clean, and the sights were absolutely remarkable. Would love to visit again!

This place is excellent… I brought a young lady here to go ballooning and then be pampered to show her what I think of her… They hotel is beautiful and staff very on the ball… They acquiesced to all my requests… Watch out tho… The tips add up. Best to do some things yourself… When I can afford it, I'll definitely be coming here again…

A stunning resort with outstanding guest services. Just the driveway with the lighted trees, snow and the roadway covered in snow is beautiful. One of the top 3 resorts in Park City and likely the United States.

New hubby and I spent our first night here on our honeymoon. IT WAS amazing. Room was beyond my expectation. Clean, wonderful view, hot tub, fireplace was going, box of chocolates welcoming us. Valet service was lovely. I highly recommend this lodge and look forward to staying again. Bella and Bart.

A warm, cozy retreat with impressive fireplaces, first class service, and stunning views of Deer Valley. The spa is, without a doubt, one of the finest and most welcoming spas I've ever visited. It's a short 6 minute drive to main street. If you're looking for European lodge retreat, this is an excellent option.

Very nice rooms, very clean. All the staff was very helpful and went out the their way to make sure your experience was the best it could possibly be. Most views are good, though mountain views are much more desirable. Be prepared to have your breath taken away, by the beauty of the lodge and the lack of oxygen.

Oh my goodness. = I stayed here in November at the beginning of the ski season. I had a 1 bedroom suite with hotub located in the west wing. Gorgeous. Being a Venetian/Palazzo Snob from Vegas, I had high expectations. And Stein Eriksen exceeded them in every possible way! forgot my laptop in my car and the friendly bellman said, ill be right back with it. I went out onto the balcony for like 1 minute and he was literally right back with it! This place is rated 5 star 5 diamond for a reason. I cannot wait until my next stay at Stein.

Just got to say — these guys have their act together. The staff took great care of us. Our room had a hot tub on our bedroom deck — looking out on the ski runs of Deer Valley. The furnishings of our guest room were just amazing. Super comfortable bed! The mountain is really green. The staff in the bike rental shop within the hotel were excellent. Thanks for the insight on where to bike on the mountain. We will be back.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, but rooms are not 5 star. Bath tub was grimy and needed a deep clean. There was no ventalation in the bathroom so after taking a shower it was way too hot to get ready for a long time afterwards. Bathroom scale didn't work. The TV kept cutting out and shutting off randomly and wouldn't come back for 15-20 min. The first night I woke up and couldn't sleep because it was so hot. There was no cold air coming out of the vents so I had to open the door until it was too cold and I had to get up again to shut it. In the morning I called the front desk (on a phone that appeared to be from the 80s) to tell them the A/C didn't work. They sent someone up who fixed it. Nobody ever called back to follow up. The next night the air shut off again around 3 AM and I couldn't sleep again. We were checking out that day so I mentioned at as we were leaving. They just smiled and said they were sorry. In my experience a hotel would normally offer to switch you rooms after the first call or at least follow up. I would not recommend this hotel for the price, there are some much better places to stay in Park City.

Food and service was 5 star. Hotel was comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend.

Great location and food. The pool is heated nicely, view if the mountains is wonderful. The rooms were not what I expected for a 5 star lodge. Our first breakfast had good food, but had sour milk. The internet connection in most of the rooms is very poor. It loses connection every 5 minutes and is very slow. Other than that, great place.
