Very nice place and very private and quiet place.

We come here every year! We love the staff. They are all very helpful and nice.

I booked three nights Labor Day weekend, partly because there were good reviews. As soon as we got into the room, we heard what sounded like a loud vacuum. It never stopped. Others on our side of the resort also complained about the sound. I had a total of three interactions with the front desk. Each was very disappointing and frustrating. The first night, the people at the desk acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. The next morning we tried to move but I was told the sound was throughout the entire resort. Later than night, the manager acted like he was going to make it right. He did nothing but write an email that said the next time I was at the resort to let him know and he would try to make a some sort of vague compensation for our future stay. We checked out a day early.

Nice to stay! Love this place! Too much to do dreaming to go inside the spa and swim but for now. Memories cherished at heart ❤️. Thank you Park plaza.

Kids enjoyed the use of the free video games. Rooms are nice and accommodate a family of 5 nicely with room to spare.

Lovely room. Took four hours past check-in to get into our room. Frustrating. I called the third time to check on the room and was left on hold for over 15 minuets. No one ever came back to my phone.

The staff is incredibly friendly and accomodated my needs fully. There is a very nice back patio area with 2 fantastic grills to cook with. The rooms are very clean and the location is great. It’s also close to the trail and to some great hikes.

Love this place, been coming here for over 20 years and I love it. The rooms have everything you need for a weeklong vacation. The only downside is the beds feel terrible.

Spent last night in a oven. The $135 studio has a great bed and was exceptionally clean but the room has an inadequate cooling system and a window that only opens 2 inches. With outside temps in the 90's the room was extremely hot and miserable. Never again.

I liked our room but there was no air conditioning. Clean facility and the staff was nice but could have been more friendly and helpful.

Very nice accommodations. Weekly activities, wine and cheese night, Mexican night, welcome breakfast. Enjoyed our stay.

The suites are lovely & roomy with full kitchen & full opening sliding doors, so you can have fresh air. Heated Pool & Spa lovely… enjoyed a lovely week + the company of fellow traveller. Aslo Complimentary Laundry Facilities too which was nice.

We upgraded from the studio (which felt pretty small) to the mini suite and loved it! Remote control fireplace in the room with a balcony and full kitchen. Shower and tub, two sinks in the bathroom. Vaulted ceilings, tile and carpet throughout. Indoor pool and hot tub in the center of the boutique resort. It was slow season so it was quiet and nice. They had a game room and a ping pong table. Nice service. It was definitely worth the upgrade and made it feel like a nice getaway! We will go again.

The room was beautiful. Everything worked so no complaints there. Only issue my wife and I have was when we were in the bedroom around 9 pm we heard the door bell followed by a knock. Before I could walk out of my room to answer the door the front desk guy walked in and after a few seconds of awkwardness he said wrong room and walked out. My wife and I did not feel comfortable after that. Why did he walk into our room? If there was an issue how come he didn’t call our phone or wait until I answered the door? He literally rang the door bell then knocked then walked in within 2 seconds. They do need to work on that.

We had a great time staying here for my bachelor party. Staff nice good facilities.

Very clean. Very comfortable. Very enjoyable. Arrived in time for Marguerite night. Met some very nice people at the cocktail (free) hour. Convenient location, within walking distance of very good restaurants. Nicely appointed rooms with kitchens and fireplaces. Nicer than the nearby Marriott. Secure garage parking. Indoor pool. Park City is a ski Utopia, but much more. Well away from the bustle of Salt Lake City, but the city is easily accessible, though perhaps not in a snowstorm. We enjoyed our stay and would return without hesitation.

Our family stays here at least once a year. We love having the exercise room, indoor pool and spa. The grandkids love the game room and ping pong table. The rooms are clean and kept up. We have been coming for Thanksgiving for a number of years. Always a pleasant experience.

Overall very pleased. Underground parking accessed with your room key so it's very secure. Room was nice and clean and very comfortable. The thermostat didn't let us adjust cooler than 72 but we just turned it off and opened up the deck door. The pool and hot tub were nice and refreshing. Didn't love that we had to check out towels from the front desk for the pool and return them when we were done. But it was a nice place for our 2 night stay.

Excellent hotel very nice atmosphere.

Rooms are comfortable, quiet, has a full kitchen. There is a pool and gym. The layout of the property feels a bit strange, but overall it's a good place to stay while in Park City.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Kids loved the pool. So much room for our family of 6. Great experience.

The resort is nice. Indoor pool and hot tub, underground parking, they have newer movies you can take up to your room and watch. The kitchen is nice and the bed is comfy.

Room was awesome, two TV's. A kitchen with full sized fridge. Two bathrooms. Free movies to check out at the front desk. Great place to stay.

They matched the online rate we showed them online, the room was beautiful and the bed was very comfortable.

We walked up and showed an on line rate. They honored it and upgraded the room because the rooms for that rate were gone. The room was very good and the bed met my high standards for comfort. The staff were very nice. I recommend this place.

Comfortable rooms and very helpful staff. We were put in a room next to a group of loud partiers and the manager moved us and upgraded our room. The location is great — it's close to lots of shopping and dining but it's in a quiet area while only being a few minutes from downtown Park City.

Park Plaza employees are always kind and accommodating. The building is always clean and comfortable to be in.

Great little boutique hotel. Indoor pool is a great size, fun events throughout the week. Very family friendly.

I've been coming up here every year since I was just a kid and I've always enjoyed it here. It's in a great spot location wise for staying out of the main stream but being close enough for activities and shopping. My only complaint would be some of the beds being old, and some of the benefits aren't all that great like the Wi-Fi and the continental breakfast on Sunday not being up to snuff.

Very nice efficiency room and other amenities, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, and modest fitness room. The resort had DVD players in the rooms and you could check out DVDs at the front desk. There were also themed evenings, like wine and cheese or margaritas during the week, which was a nice touch.

Great place to stay for an extended trip to Park City. Stayed in the summer and really enjoyed it. The room was great, clean and relaxing. Quiet environment.

This place was awful. We actually moved to another facility. The air conditioning was out, it was incredibly hot, out dated. If you want to stay in a throw back from the 80's then this your retreat. Never would I go here again. And for the air conditioning to be out mid summer with NO alert or update of when it would be repaired is unacceptable.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at in Park City. They have an indoor pool which is great for kids. The rooms are very clean. The staff (Michael) is amazing! The staff was very friendly and nice from the second we walked in the door. The parking garage is right below the rooms so you don't have to walk far with your luggage. They have a nice patio outside that is great for BBQ's. The Studio room has a small kitchen and fridge. The room was stocked with plates, cups, utensils and a coffee maker.

Very comfortable, great place to stay.

I spent last week (Dec 12-19) with my wife and children at Park Plaza. We loved it! Loved it! The rooms are set up great and I couldn't have been more pleased with the staff. Kwadwo personally saw to our every need and treated my children as his own. We enjoyed the activities including Mexican night and movie night were our favorite. It is in a great location a few minutes away from Park City, Canyons, Ice skating, tubing etc and about 5 from the outlets. We'll be back soon.

The reason I am giving this place 2 stars, and not 1, is because we enjoyed the pool and game room. We bought a time share, so that we wouldn't be charged for every small thing. A family member wanted to stay for one night, so we asked for a cot to be brought up, and they wanted to charge us $16! I have never experienced that, and I have stayed at many different hotels and resorts. Also, in the past, I have accidentally left small items at other hotels/resorts, and they have happily sent them to me, free of charge. However, this time, I forgot my 18 month olds favorite stuffed animal, and quickly called and asked that they kindly send it to us. They told me that they will charge our credit card, in doing so. I wont be shocked if they charge us for their time and effort. Just so disappointing all around. Lastly, another thing that I haven't seen before, they don't refresh the room, except for ONCE during your stay, not even towels, or emptying trashes. We had to ask for them to bring us more towels, after three days (who knows, maybe they charged us for that as well). Again, because we liked the pool, and game room, we will give it a 2, but other than that, the room itself was alright nothing special, especially for what they want to charge you. I don't mind spending our timeshare week at this place, if the "resort" is going to clean my room, and not charge us for silly things like a cot and to return a small stuffed animal.

Ok im it's been enjoyable but the oven doesn't cook very well because it takes 3 hours to cook a big plate of potatoes and some of the stuff is not hope you like the fireplace and the bathrooms are kept up what toilet paper Kleenex is and the holder broke the plate on the back patio door fell off for the light switch.

The the rooms are nice but the helpfulness of the staff is a little lacking. In the past they had many free amenities and they were glad to give them to you. The housekeeping staff is nice and helpful. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the front desk workers. I've only dealt with two of them at night so I'm hoping that the daytime staff is a lot more friendly.

The room was nice however, it sounded like elephants were above us. There was no control over the temperature in the room. The bedroom was freezing and the living room was like a sauna. This resort is definitely NOT worth the $20 per day they charge as a resort fee! This was in addition to our exchange fee. The game room is a complete joke! It contained one game system which they charged you $7 per hour to rent. We didn't find out about the resort fee until checkout. The place would have been nice if there wasn't a resort fee. The place is worth the exchange fee only! Anymore than that is outrageous.

My husband and three sons and I are staying here this week and are very comfortable. The location is centrally located to ski resorts and within walking distance of local shops. My kids love the pool and hot tub. They've also enjoyed the ping pong table. The front desk helped me order a huge gift basket of food for my husband on our anniversary. The walls emit a little noise from other guests but that isn't too bothersome.

My wife and I have traveled extensively over the past 10 years. I can say without a doubt this was the worst resort stay we have experienced. We have 2 timeshares and know what to expect. This resort was boasted to be a family friendly environment. We brought 3 year old twins and a 2 month old. The first thing we noticed is that the resort is extremely old in condition. We were notified a month prior to check-in that we would be charged a $25 fee for internet and other accommodations. The internet was not adequate and kept logging us out of the server. The warm water in the bathrooms always took more than 5 minutes to become warm. The pool is located in the center of the rooms so that everyone can look down on you. There is nothing for kids to do, in fact, they served wine on family night and the children’s movie night was rated R. Our son wet the bed and they wanted to charge us for the sheet replacement. Everything seemed to have a fee associated with it. They did not have any activities. Also the thermostat was a general control for the building and the individual rooms could not be changed. I know this all seems nitpicky, but we would not recommend this resort to anybody… especially with kids.

Very average resort, very average service and amenities. Clicking sound from fan going off all night. Apparently no one works the night shift to handle problems of this kind; you have to wait until morning. You must sign in for towels, pay for coffee, and clean your own room unless you have a week stay. Some staff members are dismissive so you find yourself on vacation having to deal with difficult people. Doesn't feel like vacation, more like work.

I have been going here for the past 15+ years and this is a great place for a weekend getaway. I have seen the evolution of the hotel over the years and they have done a complete renovation and the rooms are very nice. They also have great beds, which is a sign of the quality of the hotel in my opinion. The pool is indoor and in the middle of the hotel, I like this and never feel as if people from above are spying on me as other have stated in their reviews. The outdoor grills and seating area is great. The rooms come with full kitchens and have 1, 2 or 3 bedroom suites. I will be returning over and over again.

I visit and stay at the resort once a month for work. Typically stay in a one bedroom that has a very comfy king bed, balcony, my own bathroom and flatscreen TV. In the living room is a fireplace, balcony, flatscreen, DVD player and the sofa converts to a bed for guests. There's a dining table, fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom. It's got a great location. I'm close to the rail trail so I can jog or walk either before or after I start my day. Main Street is a little over a mile away. The resort is going through a renovation in the rooms which is giving it a very nice new look and feel. I enjoy the staff here — I always feel welcome each time I come back for business.

Exchanged my credits from Worldmark to RCI to come here. Not exactly Worldmark quality but it's fair. Nice that they clean your room a few times a week without an extract charge. They have a shuttle service at no charge. Rooms are a bit dated but in good repair. Strange that they want to charge you $7 per hour to use the Wii or Xbox. Pool in the middle of the courtyard intimidating for my teen girls to enjoy as it feels like you are in a fish bowl. Don't plan on the continental breakfast filling you up and get there early. Parking is covered and fantastic! Desk help could be a bit more invested, but nothing horrible. Not a bad place. I'm just a tad spoiled by the nicer resorts in the RCI pool.
