Nice ambiance! Friendly staff, awesome shuttle service, the restaurant attached is Clutch! Awesome craft cocktails! Hot tubs, pools, steam room and sauna are something to look forward to after A whole day on the mountain.

We abs loved it here! it was our first time staying at this property. We have stayed at other properties in park city before when we travel here for the winter. This is def a gem of a hotel. Beds was comfy and the room was spacious. I would have prob prefeered wood or tile flooring over carpet but it was clean. Even during covid era, the hotel still offered housekeeping which honestly is a perk these days. The shuttle that took us to the mountains to snowboard was a bonus. We usually wait for the public transportation, which was also available at the front of the hotel, but having the shuttle option was excellent. Mickey, our driver, was awesome and took care of us when we needed to get to park city mtn. The shuttle was also available to take us to main street in the evening and we would take an uber back since we were out passed 10pm. As mentioned before, the hotel has all the amenties you need. Rent your skis and shoes onsite and they even have a better deal than legacy rentals. If you have kids and you want them to ice skate, its right in your back yard. We spent an evening in the hot tub. There is an indoor and an outdoor. There is also a sauna and a steam room. We got hot breakfast every morning which was not skimpy at all — eggs, bacon, sausage and potatoes… if you want danishs and cereal it is also available. Every night there is a hot chocolate and cookie happy hr. And the wknd they had someone come in and sing during happy hr.

It was good other than the shuttle service was horrible. We would take the shuttle out and then get stranded without a way home. We have a 3 year old and wouldn’t bring a car seat out with us… thinking the shuttle would bring us back. Instead we had order Uber’s home almost every time WITHOUT a car seat. One of the times we waited 45 minutes in the snow… and when he got there he didn’t have enough room for us. So he left us there with our crying freezing toddler. It was honestly shocking. The hotel itself was actually nice!

The hotel is very quaint and clean. It was just renovated a year ago. Also, the employees are helpful and polite. The Italian restaurant in the lobby is delicious and the gym has all new equipment.

Here today for a DECA conference as a guest speaker. Great venue, staff and amenities. Highly recommend for your next event space needs.

The hotel has made a big upgrade since we were there last. The rooms are really nice clean and modern. There is a really nice work it room, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna and steam room. Great amenities with restaurant attached to the hotel. The location is great for skiing right in Park City, close to main Street and shipping outlets.

My wife and I are spending a few days at the Park City Peaks hotel for our anniversary. We have stayed here in the past and had a great time. The location is great, the food is good, and it's reasonable priced. The only thing that we were disappointed about, was the fact that they closed down the bar on the third floor. Now the only option for a few relaxing drinks, is to go to the restaurant where you have to order food before they will serve you drinks. (thanks ridiculous Utah laws)

Amazing! We were planning a little staycation and I was recommended to stay at The Park City Peaks Hotel. I just have to say this won’t be my last stay there. The hotel has an awesome vibe, is very clean, and has a ton of amenities that we loved with an absolutely amazing staff. We also ate at the restaurant downstairs and the food was also very good. You have to check it out!

The hotel was very nice and the staff were too. Our family loved the fun pool also. The breakfast however was interesting because it wasn't free and it was $15 but it was not good it was a buffet you could find at any hamp. Inn for free. And the restaurant manager had her dog walking around the kitchen which isn't sanitary. The restaurant waitress wasn't helpful at all. So I do not recommend the breakfast or restaurant.

The location of the hotel is perfect for all the activities that we did. Walking through the hallways to get to your room isn't anything special, but the room itself was modern and updated. I loved the soap and lotion! Overall great experience.

Much better than our last stay during the construction. The place has been remodeled now but there's no breakfast at the moment. The new restaurant is nice. We love the indoor outdoor pool/hot tub. The new exercise room & steam room are pretty nice. The room we stayed in only had a drink chiller so no need to buy food. No microwave to cook it anyway.

Nice, clean rooms. Great indoor/outdoor pool w/ 2 hot tubs. Double queen room, on the small side. 55" TV is nice for downtime. Nice shower. No tub. Feels updated. Pricey restaurant w/ good reviews. Great deal on Hotel Tonight. We'll be back.

I love staying here and eating at the restaurant! Everything is so nice! Love the all glass showers, the amazing chairs every where! The staff is so awesome and nice! They will bend over backwards for you!

This is a great and convenient hotel to stay at if you're planning on skiing at any of the nearby resorts. The hotel shuttle and the bus stop located right outside the main doors are super convenient for getting to the resorts and Main St. Jacuzzi and sauna areas are really nice, but the outdoor Jacuzzi was not nearly as hot as it should have been. The doors are VERY thin in the rooms! I could hear entire conversations being had next door. I had to sleep with ear plugs every night to get some decent shut eye. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant is also really good. Overall a great experience, I would recommend this place to others for sure.

Pretty good. We stayed here and had no real complaints. The bar downstairs is good and the food is tasty. Maybe a bit over priced, but it’s park city and everything is a bit over priced. I would stay here again on another down to earth vacay. Nothing luxurious or elite, but clean, comfortable, and good service in almost every interaction. Coffee downstairs is good. Dark roast! Hard to get in Utah sometimes.

Love The Peaks. Remodel is beautiful! Love the stone fireplace that's lit all the time in the lobby. Great big room with comfy king bed and large shower. Phone & plug station wth great TV. Restaurant was excellent, they made me veggie dinners not on the menu. Everything was great! Advance&beginner ski rental there off the Lobby. Live music in Lobby too along wth Hot Chocolate & cookies at 4pm. Great place to stay. 4 tram buses stop right out front so easy to get around No Rental car needed! Best place to stay in Park City for the $.

Peaks Hotel Park City For many years, we have enjoyed staying at the Park City Peaks Hotel. The Park City Peaks Hotel has gone through a major upgrading, remodeling, and refurbishment of its 133 rooms and facilities adding more services making it full service and even more enjoyable. The refined mountain decor is a pleasing mixture of mountain comfort and city chic. … You don’t need a car… located right on a major shuttle bus stop that services many of the free shuttle routes makes the Park City Peaks Hotel extremely desirable. From directly in front of the hotel it is easy to get to historic downtown Park City, all three ski resorts (Park City, Dear Valley, and the Canyons), Olympic Park, and even out to major malls for additional entertainment (movies) and dining opportunities. We take Uber from the Salt Lake City Airport. We enjoy the newly refurbished comfortable clean rooms with the very comfortable bed and large warm shower, friendly and helpful staff, large heated indoor and outdoor pool and Jacuzzis with sauna and steam room, free Wi-Fi Internet, and to top things off, the free cookies and hot chocolate at 4pm. We also love the beautiful grand stone fireplace in the lobby, which is kept on to greet you A huge feature of the Park City Peaks Hotel is its very large picturesque indoor/outdoor heated pool with two Jacuzzis, sauna, and steam room! After a day of skiing, hiking, or other activities, this is a wonderful way to relax and plan your nightly activities.

What a fantastic stay. This hotel was recently renovated, and the accommodations are unbelievably comfortable. It's an unbeatable price for the luxury. The beds are high quality, the pool's a dream, and the onsite bar and restaurant is pretty great too. With the customer service and offerings of credits to the onset restaurant you can't beat this place. I'd recommend to any skier.

Stayed here for a couple days this last week. What a great spot! All the staff was super nice and the rooms are updated. We stayed down the road before and that place was nothing like this for almost twice the cost. We will definitly be back! The restaurant in the hotel is some of the best food we had in all of PC. Breakfast Pizzas are for real!

The hotel restaurant had mediocre service. The servers never check on you, if you use the $20 voucher the hotel provides you, they are guaranteed a 20% tip, therefore they do not have an incentive to give you great service. My order came out wrong every time I ate here. Overall, very disappointing. Other than that the ski rental service and front desk were very accommodating and I would stay here again just for them!

Last night I got a room after going out with my friends so I wouldn't have to drive home. I checked in around 3:00 am. Around 6:30 am the fire alarm went off and stayed on for at least 15 min. I finally just got out of bed and went home because I obviously couldn't sleep with it blaring in my ear. Later I found out they billed my card over $420. The room was a standard 2 queen room. I've stayed here before and this was double what I'd ever paid before. Long story short I figured a call asking for some sort of credit or refund or a free night would be reasonable. My call was met with hostility and no concern to help me in any way and then they just hung up on me. Needless to say I was fascinated to see how little they cared about me or the experience I had at their property. Even a $100 credit would have turned me into a lasting customer. Now I'll probably never stay here again after being treated this way.

I was happily surprised at how nice this place was when we arrived. It was the least expensive, non mountain side hotel (which is what we wanted) when we booked for Christmas week. I booked it about a week in advance with no issues. The bar is open until Midnight, with limited food, which was great because we had been stuck at an airport for about 11 hours. The bed was a king and comfortable as well! I highly recommend hitting up the hot tub (they have an indoor and outdoor! ) while you are here. Closes At 11, so keep that in mind. Super friendly staff! Highly recommend!

Literally one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had! It was soooo cozy, and the perfect location right in between Main Street, and the Tanger Outlets. The restaurant inside was so cute as well, and for breakfast they have complimentary cinnamon rolls. The room was very nice as well and the towels in the bathroom were arranged in triangles (im assuming to resemble “peaks”) Don’t even get me started about the pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi! The indoor pool was perfectly warm, the jacuzzi outside was not too hot, but perfect enough to be able to soak in for a while without shriveling up. Normally my eyes react instantly to chlorine and I can’t stay in the water long, but I didn’t even notice my eyes itch or anything, so it seems as though they really care about having it be enjoyable for their guests. The front desk girls were so nice and we called in for a few extra blankets and they were delivered super quick! It’s a smaller hotel, but it feels cozier than I ever could have imagined, later on in the night there were a few people just wandering in their robes. They also have a well equipped workout room that seemed very nice! Cute little coffee shop in the lobby as well! I will probably stay here every time I need a night out in Park City, and I’m already recommending Park City Peaks to my friends as well!

Ha! ) But it also had an indoor and outdoor hot tub as well. And don't forget the sauna and steam room. Oh, and the TV is enormous! I do wish they had a Blue Ray because we brought movies and treats. They also gave us 20% of the restaurant. Cool place. Love the decor. Fun for families or individuals.

Amazing hotel very modern, midcentury — scandinavian style. In my opinion one of the best hotels that I stayed in! Still dreaming about that comfy mattress and pillows!

This hotel is amazing! I don’t think I’ve seen a more beautiful lobby! All the wood made it feel so nice and cozy. We stayed in the suite and our room was great! Comfiest bed and a huge bathroom! The shower was so amazing with TWO shower heads! Beyond the room, they had an amazing indoor/outdoor pool connected with hot tubs and saunas. Perfect location, not too far from Main Street. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Park City!

Very nice upscale place. Nice rooms and comfy mattress. Close enough and far enough away from town.

The hotel is newly renovated and is really tastefully decorated. As you would expect, there is a small fridge in the room, flatscreen TV, a small coffee maker, air conditioning and a safe. Here and there is still a little refurbished in the hotel, but it does not bother in any way the operation in the hotel and you do not get it from the noise backdrop. We would definitely book the hotel again. I would like to emphasize the complete staff for his friendliness. Keep it up.

The hotel was beautiful and the location was the perfect distance from main street. We loved the pool and the staff was great. Special shout out to Anna, Ester and Betsy — they were so sweet to our little kids and it totally made the trip.

Newly renovated — wonderfully large comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. And an amazing on-site restaurant. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in town.

Just got back from a 4 night stay at Park City Peaks. What a great hotel with such friendly staff. True customer service to really make your stay wonderful. The rooms are great and spacious and the beds are beyond in terms of comfort. Very modern look to it and yet get the home and comfort feeling. The indoor/outdoor pool was nice and could not beat the view. You can't beat the amenity of such a wonderful restaurant Versante Hearth & Bar. The food was amazing and couldn't wait to try all items on the menu. Will be returning and can't wait to see all the future upgrades.

They were under construction. To get to the pool, I had to exit through the lobby walk out the front and though the side to enter. Pool was ice cold. Room had view of a roof. Clean Room. Nice staff. Elevator floor could use a vacuum.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The Hotel is bro g renovated and the newly remodeled spaces are beautiful. Done in the clean, almost European fashion that is balances with a contemporary mountain feel in the lobby. The bonus is a fantastic bar and restaraunt.

A great experience with the Peaks. Super nice staff welcomed us every day. The interior is a bit dated but nothing that takes away from your stay. Free hot chocolate and cookies were offered every day which made for the perfect snack in the afternoon. The free bus stops at the hotel making for a great location.

This place is a dive. It should be a motel not a hotel. We will not stay here again. Would not recommend this hotel unless it's the last one available.

We had a terrible experience this last weekend at this hotel, and would not recommend it. We got woken up at 2 AM from a noisy neighbor upstairs. Yes the nightly front desk worker did help, but they never once asked us if we wanted to get another room, and we weren't able to fall back asleep until 4:45 AM because of all of the noise. We later found out they had to take action and remove the people above us from the hotel, but we paid for a night without getting ANY sleep. They never brought it up to us when we checked out, and it was by far the worst night we have ever stayed in a hotel. We were very disappointed, and felt it was very unprofessional service.

No pets. No microwaves-anywhere! Got hungry. Potato chips at the desk was… insuficient. Took the heater in the room FOREVER to warm up. Security door didn't lock Total ghetto.

Had a great time with my family here. Enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, and the breakfast buffet. The staff was very kind and helpful.

I'd like to give zero stars but that's not an option. The hotel staff put us next door to a religious revival… which got really fun at 10pm when the drumming kicked in, the chanting was a nice touch. Not to worry, the revival folks chose 8 am as the perfect time to have a loud conversation in the hallway the next morning. Hotel staff was not overly concerned. To make it even more enjoyable the handle to the shower fell off, and the guest before us left their used coffee grounds and coffee in the pot. Clearly, housekeeping and maintenance did a superior job. When we checked out, the front desk girl asked how our stay was, I shared our experience and she said, "Oh Sorry. " That was it. Worst hotel experience ever.

As soon as I walked in the lobby I was great by a friendly and welcoming hello from Robyn. The booking in was painless and the info I received was exceptional. I was offered a king room with a balcony and a great mountain view on the 2nd floor. The room was spotless and bloody huge. I went to the bar got a serve of hot wings and two beers. The customer service from Zach was friendly and extremely professional. This Hotel is far better than a rated 3 star. Huge THANKS from Dave.

Nice breakfast. Great location. Had a few little issues but the staff was helpful in solving them. It's a good value and I would recommend them.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. Our room was quiet and had a fridge, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast room was large enough for a number of guests, and breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Best hotel ever! On our trip from California to Wyoming, we stayed at many places. But this is by far the best. Great rates and even greater service.

Our experience here was just awful. We booked our room two months ago for our 2nd anniversary and were seriously so excited to have a night to ourselves away from our adorable baby, just to relax. I was at work the first half of the day and then cleaned our house for 2 hours straight getting it ready for our overnight babysitters. I desperately needed a shower but figured I could shower at our nice hotel room and get ready for dinner there. I didn't want to waste a minute of our getaway at our run down apartment. When we arrived we got to our room that was supposed to be a Jacuzzi suite and realize it doesn't have a Jacuzzi. My husband goes to get the room switched and the lady says no I'm sure there is a Jacuzzi in your room. So My husband has to come back and make sure there isn't a Jacuzzi. What are we blind? I think I would know if there was a Jacuzzi in my room! My husband then goes back to the front desk where the hotel concierge says "Oh while you were gone I looked into it and there's no Jacuzzi in that room. As a matter of fact we overbooked and there is not a room with a Jacuzzi available tonight! " We booked it two months in advance! Seriously? She then said we can give you a $10 discount if you stay in the room we gave you. I couldn't believe the generosity and customer service. Not. I was so disappointed and furious at how we were treated.

Convenient location, clean, decently priced. I loved the outdoor hot tub and pool. I stayed in the suite and the jacuzzi was just fantastic. My only complaint is that I am pretty sure I heard mice at night (we were at the top floor) and when we got there, I asked if they had breakfast and she said that they did, from 9am-12pm. When I came down in the morning, all they had was coffee, which was all out except for decaf, and the breakfast they referred to was if you wanted to pay for breakfast at the restaurant within the hotel. Overall, it was fine.

It is a very convenient location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. One of the desk clerks was extremely unpleasant, but the other was friendly. Someone from the front desk called our room after check in to make sure everything was ok — which was very nice. The walls were definitely thin and there were several guys staying next to us that weren't exactly quiet, but it wasn't worse than other hotels I have been in. The outdoor hot tub was a major plus and overall the hotel was fine. Not particularly special, but we enjoyed it.
