Loved our 1 bedroom suite! Gorgeous decor, friendly service, and close to so many activities. Enjoyed the pool, free concerts and mountain vistas. Provide valet parking, spa on site, as well as two great restaurants. Enjoyed the kitchen in our suite and the 'lather' brand soaps and lotion infused with essential oils. Would definitely stay there again!

This was a great place to get away for the weekend. Check in was pretty quick and easy. Self parking is underground and simple. There is valet service available, but we did not use them. Room was nice with a king size bed, large double person shower, TV and balcony. We were not told that exiting out the back of the hotel and toward the south, there are a few shops and restaurants. We found these the next day day after check in. Some of the staff wasn't very courteous, seemed more bothered that you asked them questions. This place is about a 10 minute drive to Park City Historic Main Street. Overall was a good weekend.

Spent the last two nights there for our nieces wedding. Very nice place. They do have some construction going on since this is probably there slower time of year. All the staff was very nice and helpful. Had a great time at the wedding on top of the mountain. We all took gondolas to the top although some people were a little anxious about the ride up and the altitude. Would definitely recommend.

The location was really nice. The view from the hotel was really good. However we we're in a North facing room with no shades on the windows and the sun came straight into the room at 6 am and woke us up. They should add some kind of sun shade. The room was really great we had a kitchen, so I was able to make our own breakfast. The door handle to the bathroom was briken. It kept falling off. My husband got stuck in the bathroom when the door handle fell off while he was in there. The pool was clean and warm.

Recently remodeled and clean. The service was kind and very respectful. The room was comfortable with a full kitchen, a couch, a king size bed, and a dinner table with 4 chairs. The views were beautiful. Overall, a fantastic hotel.

Went during the off season so much was closed and there was a lot of construction. However, the staff was wonderful and the catering there is quite good. Room was nice and the bed was super comfortable.

Super cute hotel/lodge work great rooms and excellent views. I was here for work meetings and the amenities and food were fabulous. There were loud drilling noises that interrupted some of our meetings, but it is off-season (time to get work done around the hotel). I loved the soaps and shampoo/conditioner in the rooms… all natural products!

It's a very nice hotel! The room was a tad bit smaller than I was expecting. But the quality of the room excellent. The bed was nicer than most hotel rooms slept like a baby. We ordered breakfast through room service and the lady that delivered it was very nice.

I went to the Grand Summit Hotel to check out the facilities for a future company event. The staff were very helpful and answering all of our questions and making sure we had the right equipment and audio visual needed to make our event conference go well. There are many conference rooms available to use which should meet our needs for about 300 people that will be attending the conference. There are many local activities available to do including taking the tram up to a Lodge nearby. I'm very hopeful for our event to go well.

Without a doubt, the best ski in/out location at Canyons Village. Complete renovation last summer with beautiful rooms of several configurations and excellent service.

Beautiful! Everything about this hotel was first rate. Loved the ski in-ski out. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Their breakfast was very delicious and provided enough energy for a skiing day. Overall they provided good service but housekeeping service arrived too early that sometimes made getting in and out of the room a little bit difficult.

Great position with back entry literally onto the slopes. Ski valet a little under whelming, only stores skis, no boots or poles which is a little frustrating. Rooms are spacious, we have a 1 bed suite for this stay. Housekeeping leaves a little bit to be desired; too often you come back and small things like refilling to coffee and half and half all missing. No refills on in room water since we arrived 5 days ago. All in all, just takes the edge off what is otherwise a good hotel in a great position. Staff are friendly and welcoming and remember your name which is a nice touch especially the valet parking team, very attentive and helpful. Breakfast buffet is a little on the pricey side vs the quality of food available, no changes to daily offerings from one day to next. Staff in The Cabin are always very pleasant and welcoming. So all in all, a good hotel that has a superb location and with a bit more attention to the small but important details, would get from us, a 4/5 star rating instead of 3.

Great amenities and the views! We eat gluten free so it was a little tricky in that aspect. Great gym and pool. We loved our suite with all the fireplaces and view of the lift. Skiing was fantastic.

The view from our hotel room and the amenities are fantastic, we don't ski but there's access to ski lifts and plentiful ski rental shops just outside, several restaurants within the hotel and within close proximity, and tons of things to do. There's access to a 24 hour fitness center, 3 hot tubs and a pool outside, and a beautiful lobby. There's also access to a free gondola system that takes you down to the bus station where you can pick up a free bus ride to anywhere you would like to go in park city! Our only issue was that housekeeping was a little lackluster for us, several things were forgotten but overall the hotel does maintain a clean atmosphere.

Had to request complimentary robes that were supposed to be in rooms. Asked for replacement humidifier, told they were all broken. One of the worst meals of my life at one of the resorts restaurants. Generally friendly helpful staff.

If you are on the old Canyons/ Park West side of the massive Park City resort this has the best mountain access of all the properties here. Walk outside and you are at the main gondola and the Orange Bubble. Hot tubs and a sauna/ spa for recovery for ski days. Great location for a meeting if you want mountain access since the location is directly on the slopes/ lifts.

Simply a gorgeous location. Stayed in a parlor room and would definitely recommend it. You sacrifice a real bed but having the full kitchen and large dining table was great!

Great experience. 3 restaurants in the building. Heated pool and hot tubs from 11-7.24 hour gym. The service is great and provides a shuttle to other nearby locations.

Our room was pretty nice overall, with beautiful views of the valley below. Good breakfast cafe, great concierge and valet too. Only complaint were the spa pricing, more than double what other local services charge, so we decided to pass. Would still recommend it!

This is an awesome hotel. Parking is crowded and tight. Everything else is great. The rooms are like a studio apartment at home. Great place.

BEAUTIFUL facility with great beds. Joel Turner at the front desk was PHENOMENAL in assisting me with my accommodation and transportation needs. Great service should be celebrated and he should get a raise!

This rating has everything to do with the room and not the staff or decor. First off, we could hear everything. I am a pretty deep sleeper once I get there, but I could hear our neighbor guests pretty easily. They were not talking loud at all, but the sound was traveling straight to our room. Second, the doors do not have air strips so the light from the hall come right into the room. This makes sleeping in the dark very difficult. The staff and cleanliness we really good. Room amenities were wonderful.

The Grand Summit was, overall, awesome. Attended a sizable multi-day conference there that my company hosted, and the staff was on top of everything — from logistics for the hotel, to logistics for the events. The establishment itself was extremely nice and comfortable with a pleasant, rustic, yet modern, aire, and the food that was provided was thoroughly outstanding. My only reason for docking one star is due to the room itself that I stayed in. I'm not sure if the walls were just thinner than usual, or if the door for the conjoined room was poorly thought-out, but I could hear the neighboring party (who was not affiliated with my event) as clear as if I were in the room with them and their rambunctious children and frequently-screaming newborn. As this was a work event, I was trying to do some work in between meetings and dinners, and the lack of soundproofing made that task quite a challenge. I realize it was just kind of the luck of the draw that I, A, had a conjoined room, and B, that a vacationing family happened to land on the other side, but I would think that such an otherwise outstanding establishment would have a bit better soundproofing in place. Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying at Grand Summit, as it truly is a beaut place with a lot to do nearby and great food; however, if you can request a non-conjoining room, definitely do so, as I'm fairly certain that that was the primary contributor to the noise.

The hotel was clean and orderly. The staff treated us with respect and kindness. The double room we had was filled with amenities. View from the upper floors are outstanding. If in were a skiing I would stay here.

Beautiful place to stay! But on the down side, we were told we could check in by noon that day. Unfortunately our room wasn't ready until the evening. The following morning they were knocking at our door by 11:00 A. M. Asking us if we were ready to leave/check out. Really? Thanks for the customer service. They obviously have more business than they can handle. Good for them.

Excellent Hotel! We went up for a little get away and were treated very well. The Hotel is very nice and very clean. The updates are excellent. Can't wait until we go back.

I attended The Grand Summit for a professional event. The staff was very helpful and the grounds were very well kept. The location is great being so close to the mountain.

The location is great, but for $200+ per night, we were disappointed in our stay. The jets in the tub didn't work, the tub water came out rust colored at first, the coffee and creamer were expired as well as a drink from the vending machine. The fireplace didn't work and our headboard was broken. Luckily we had booked the hotel through a ksl deal so we didn't spend near as much as what is regularly charged. We won't be staying at the Grand Summit Hotel again or recommending it to others.

Our room is nice and spacious. We have a 1br suite on the 5th floor. Plenty of room for me the husband and my 11 year old twin boys. The kitchen is nice and has a coffee pot, stove large fridge. This hotel is more than adequate for our week of skiing. It is still not set up to have the service like a 4seasons but that kind of stuff is easily overlooked by the generous room we have. The housekeeping staff is very pleasant and responsive. I haven't had much interaction with anyone else yet.

They need an update of televisions and Wi-Fi set up, but other than that, awesome experience! The staff is a dream and the accommodations were so comfortable and clean. Love it.

My wife and I got here a few hours ago and We love this place. They must have replaced the whole staff since previous post because they have all been upbeat and informative including Jason the bellman, Lucy at the front desk, the waitress, the guy in the store, and the receptionist at the spa. Can't wait to walk out the door tomorrow and hit the slopes!

The Hotel overall was good. Some Ups and Some Downs. The biggest up overall is the location, ski in & out right next to the "orange bubble express" lift couldn't be better. The free shuttle to main street in park city on the hour was useful as well. The rooms were good and the suite we stayed in was nice, especially with the fireplace! The housekeeping on the other hand was a nightmare. We had three rooms overall for us and friends and none of them were made up once we got back from skiing (despite being on different floors), this was especially annoying as once we got back we wanted to relax but then half and hour later a housekeeper was hoovering under our feet, we contacted the housekeeping manager and asked for our room to be made up for when we got back at around 4 and it was done for the rest of our stay (I would recommend doing this straight away). There was also rubbish, dirty sheets and housekeeping carts making the corridors a bit of a maze to navigate, but that is enough moaning. Skiing was excellent we, visited during the busiest period (over Christmas and new year) and the longest wait for the lift was 4mins which I must say is excellent. When taking your skis out in the morning from the ski valet make sure you do it before breakfast otherwise there can be a queue during peak times. Overall I would stay here again mainly due to its location.
