The accommodations are fantastic but the staff has been truly amazing! They are so responsive and helpful and have made our stay PERFECT!

Great hotel, location really good, chef and food excellent. Room has been so nice for our family. Areas for improvement:
1. Booking restaurant times via voicemail is not good, missed both our reservations for our stay.
1.5. Had dinner here both nights, on both occasions the main course came out whilst still eating the appetizers. Tonight I ended up finishing the appetizer on my lap as the main course got dropped onto the table. Need to sort out kitchen timings.
2. Pool access reservation was a complete mess. Booked according to protocol, turn up. M, and it’s overbooked
3. Kids activities in the evening — so keen to play cornhole, but staff don’t know where to find the beanie bags, so kids didn’t get a game.
Overall — seems communication is a big miss at this hotel, shame, was so promising. As the first 8 parking spaces are reserved for the owners, suggests where the focus is… it’s not the customer.

Beautiful, breathtaking scenery. Visited in the summer and will definitely be back for winter.

We held a corporate event here Feb 19-20, 2020 and was blown away. The attention to detail and exemplary staff made our meeting outstanding. Mary Doyle, Jakub/Billy, chef Anthony and Sarah were available at all times, friendly and open to suggestions and made great recommendations. The warmness of all the staff, from the bell team to the front desk staff to the bar and wait staff made our team feel comfortable and confident that all would go well. And it did! Kudos to all for making this event memorable and the best in 35 years. Highly recommend if you need and require an exemplary event in a gorgeous location.

Outstanding boutique resort hotel! Service was excellent with wonderful employees like Alex, Adrian and Kity, who were super friendly and very helpful on things to do including lunch and dinner restaurants as well as fun day trips. We can’t wait to come back again!

My family and I stayed at this wonderful resort a couple of months ago. I have a few autoimmune diseases and can only consume certain things. They were so friendly, inviting and welcoming, literally brought me to tears. The staff at this hotel is beyond amazing and definitely goes above and beyond. Hope to stay again soon.

My husband brought me to the Chateaux to enjoy a night away from the kids and reality itself. We knew where we were going, but when we were driving up to the location, I was in awe with the beautiful colors of the trees changing. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out, our time was very pleasant. The reason for a 4 star is because our water pressure for a shower/hot bath was like the water was shut off to our room. It was the only reason I give it a 4. But everything else was great.

Booked a One Bedroom Suit, the Mattress was old that if you did not stick to the center you would roll off, the springs/ coils seem old. Rooms look like they are dated. Front desk staff is great. Restaurant staff are bad, they added a tip to our bill without us knowing we found out at check out. Breakfast buffet is OK, I like to order off a menu which they said its not possible, we expected a 4 star hotel/residence would offer such a service. The coffee was bad. The Vibe is not good. The Pool is very small. Bar closed at 10 PM. Sheets are not that clean. Ended up paying 400/night not bad for a one bedroom suit but the Mattress & the vibe killed it. Recommend others to stay away.

One of my favorite places to visit in Park City. Usually spend a few nights here in the summer with family. Excellent place for Mt biking. You can take lifts up the mountain or he's down the mountain right from the chateaux. The rooms are top notch. Service is great. And breakfast here should not be missed. All in all beautiful place for a vacation.

The staff is so extraordinarily nice, it’s kind of refreshing to have someone be excited you’re staying with them. And it’s the small things like the house keeping organizing the bathroom for you, and wrapping up the hair straightener cord. The complimentary breakfast buffet was awesome, you can tell it’s house made and no powder eggs here! We come back every year for our anniversary and we’ll keep coming back.

Very nice hotel with underground private parking. Great place to hold a Leadership retreat. Nice meeting rooms for small/mid-sized groups with convenient access to outdoor private courtyard space and fantastic food. It was a treat to be hosted by wonderful people and great accommodations.

The staff at The Chateaux are incredible and amazing, especially Lance at the hotel restaurant. Lance made my kids feel so welcome and special, I can't express my gratitude to him for making the whole trip very special! Don't pass up an opportunity to stay here, it is a wonderful experience I will be repeating often!

This hotel was absolutely beautiful! It was clean, friendly, spacious and a few days before our arrival we were asked what our stay was for and we mentioned it was for my birthday. They left a card and a little box of Macaroons wishing me a Happy Birthday. I couldn't have been more pleased. However the day we were to check out the maid came a little early and I politely asked if she could come back a little later. She asked me when our checkout time, and when I told her 11 she began to mutter to herself "unbelievable! " And "I don't know why they sent me over here… " as she walked away. When we went down to breakfast it was a very cute little spot with a tasty food bar but we had already gotten our food and eaten before we had to ask for some water. Not 10 minutes after being there, food still in front of us, we were brought our check as if being asked to leave. We weren't offered any refills, and we felt a bit offended. It left something to be desired. It was unfortunate, it was such a great start with a sad ending.

My wife and I went there for our anniversary. We were able to request a bath tub with jets beforehand. I wish they made it easier to request it when we made the reservation online. Also, the website didn't make it very clear which picture went with each room. The staff were polite and the hotel was pretty nice.

Room was COMPLETELY out of date. We asked to be moved to another room (even would be willing to pay for an upgrade. ) was told they were "sold out" so they couldn't. However, it was such a dead weekend. There were about 5 other cars in the parking garage with us. They also were redoing their restaurant so that was hard to have the full experience there. Won't be staying here again!

This is a terrible hotel. Can't believe they get 4.5 stars. Every aspect of it was unpleasant. Who is running the show over here? It needs a complete refreshing of the layout.

My family took me out to dinner here for my birthday, and it was terrible. The waiter never checked on us, and all of our food was mediocre for such a high-end place. There are plenty of amazing restaurants in and around Park City, this is definitely not one of them.

Great service, staff are super friendly and helpful. Sumptuous and generous buffet breakfast; delicious dinner (refreshing chopped salad and very tasty steak). Our studio was nicely appointed with rustic yet luxurious furniture and decor, Centrally located right across the street from Silver Lake Village (mid mountain) and lifts. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Over priced and small portions. Fancy Italian names don't make for tasty food. Slow service from the kitchen. Disappointed by the interior of restaurant compared to exterior. Only bright spot was Michelle our server.

Feels like home. Warm and toasty inside, beautiful people working hard to make your stay exceptional. Rooms are so cozy and are full of every amenity you could possibly need. Fireplace in the room adds such a lodge feel. Easy minute walk to the ski valet and then you are right on the slopes. Take the Silver Lake express down to drop the kiddos off at ski school. The Chateaux will always be our number one choice for our yearly ski trip.

Excellent hotel walking distance to the slopes. The free breakfast included with my stay was also excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel. The only issue is the price during peak season but you get what you paid for.

Gorgeous hotel with an amazing staff! The breakfast at Cenas is the best part! Chef John Wilson does an outstanding job every time! Will most definitely be returning multiple times.

This hotel is amazing! I will be staying here as often as I can. The room we were able to take advantage of was absolutely beautiful, it felt large, but cozy. The heated pool was great even though it was a chilly night, we were able to have some time between the two hot tubs on one side and the pool hot tub combo, the latter was preferable for us; with the larger hot tub we were able to relax amazingly. The actual room has an amazing bathroom/kitchenette that we couldn't have had a better experience in. They also have a laundry room right inside the entry way (we didn't have a need for that this time). OH! Our room also had a beautiful glass fireplace that set the perfect mood for our romantic birthday getaway. If I could endorse this hotel any better than a review, I would. Next time I'll be looking for a room with a balcony, but for our first stay, I wouldn't change a moment.

This place is amazing! So beautifully done and perfect timing because we stayed while it was lightly snowing. Comfy bed and super soft sheets, our room was a 1 bedroom suite, it had 2 fireplaces, master bath with jetted tub and a smaller bathroom with a shower. We got a great deal from Groupon, definitely coming back!

I'm here as a part of A Quilt Retreat. So it has been catered as we sew in the huge Ballroom. But this is just a lovely lovely place. Clean and beautiful and full of fun photograph opportunities.

I have only good things to say about this place. Cosette at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful when we had problems with our reservation (my fault). Our room was spacious, beautiful, and clean. The location of the Chateaux is great… close to Park City Main, but up and away from all the business. Even breakfast in the morning was great, too. Will definitely be coming back!

I didn't stay in the rooms, so this review is about the conference area and the staff. The hotel is beautiful. There's really nothing else to say. Everything is just pleasant to look at. There's plenty of free garage parking too. The conference area is a bit small, but also very nice. The banquets staff is polite and helpful. The A/V staff id's also knowledgeable and prompt.

We've had 2 visits to this hotel. Each one has been great. The rooms are very well kept and feel a lot nicer than a holiday inn. The beds are very soft and relaxing. Within driving distance of spectacular mountain views and historic Park City.

LOVE it here! My husband & I have stayed here for our honeymoon & our anniversary. Great service. Nice and tucked away in the mountains. Beautiful view. Great HEATED pool, nice in the cold months. We love it here. Great shuttle down to main street! A great weekend getaway for sure :)

Incredible experience. Very helpful and friendly staff. Easy access to biking/skiing runs. Has a shuttle that drives you anywhere around town for free. Pool is a bit small, but you hardly notice with everything else there is to do. Breakfast is typically included with room price, and is very nice. Servers are prompt and kind.

We planned a company retreat at The Chateaux and their team was amazing. We had multiple events over a two day period and everything went off without a hitch. I forgot the converter cord to hook my Mac up to my projector and they had someone there in five minutes with the needed cord. The appetizers and drinks were prompt and delicious. We had them cater a breakfast and a lunch and we were happy with both. Our team loved the rooms and the location. I have to recognize Alex, he assisted with getting everyone checked in and was great. I wanted to put gifts in my teams rooms and he checked everyone in prior to their arrival and then handed me the room keys in an order that made my task much easier. He was pleasant and very on top of it. Overall the retreat was a hit and we were very happy with the Chateaux!

We checked into our room two queen beds, fireplace, jetted tub, fridge, freezer, utensils, coffee pot with many pods of coffee and tea, robes slippers, very comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Shuttles take you into town and pick up every 30 min. Definitely a place I would recommend.

Great location at the Deer Valley base area. Well maintained. Convenient underground parking. We stayed in a "hotel" style room. Good size, comfortable bed, with private patio. Only negative item is the mini refrigerator, microwave, and other kitchen items are located in the bathroom! Not convenient at all.

Stayed at this place after finding it on HotelTonight. A great little area that's secluded, quiet and rather enjoyable. There's a great pool/hot tub, but it closes a little earlier than we would have liked. We then moved to the fire pit, which they also turned off shortly after closing the pool. It was a beautiful area, just a bit bummed things closed so early.

We loved our stay! We have been back multiple times. The room is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The food is excellent. We will be back again!

We got a king room with Jetted tub, it's not a huge room, but it's really nice. I loved that tub I took like 4 baths myself and one with Geoff and it had plenty of room for two. The bed and pillows were like a cloud from heaven. The breakfast buffet is really yummy and free. The restaurant in the Chateaux the Cena Ristorante & Lounge, we had dinner there and it was amazing. The scenery is so beautiful my boyfriend proposed to me here and I'll never forget it. The staff were all so nice and all congratulated us and remembered our names, it was great service. We will be coming here again for sure!

We had a great weekend spending our first anniversary at Chateaux Deer Valley. The service was amazing! They were kind, professional, informative, and friendly. Our room was fantastic. We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite. It was gorgeous. The room was clean, comfortable, upkeep was wonderful. The view out the many windows was awesome. We would love to go back again. The service alone would be a reason to go back. 5 Stars and 2 thumbs up!

NOT worth the money. We could have stayed in a condo in the main town that actually had the amenities that this resort claimed to have but did not for less and the customer service was horrible! The room was closet sized, not a suite as the pictures showed, house keeping just walks in, doesn't bother to knock, hot tub was closed during regular hours so we had to go back in and ask them to open them then couldn't dry off because the towels provided were in a big container and there was about an inch of water on the bottom and the towels were soaked! Towel rack that was supposed too warm up did not. Bathroom was tiny (not like the photos they show on the groupon) the room didn't even have a table to eat at. There was no where to put one. Room was too small! The sheet on the bed was stained. Coffee maker put out cold water. Their truck was parked right behind our car so we had to go back in and ask them to move it. Spa was closed, and no breakfast as it advertises. Worst hotel experience I've ever had and what's sad is that we paid 140 a night for something we could have had a better experience for 50.

We visited some friends who were staying here. My husband and I were very impressed with the place. Very well taken care of, nice and cozy rooms and we loved the outdoor hot tubs. My husband and I know where we'll be staying next when we are in Park City.

Amazing place. Great views of the snow covered mountains. The best thing was the heated out door pool and hot tub was perfect with snow falling all around.

I was there for a birthday party. Management got after us for being loud. It was fine other than them being jerks about it. We tried to be reasonable but the guy really wanted to throw his weight around.

Spent the night in a king bed room. The room was clean, well decorated, large, and cozy. We had more than enough accommodation provided (mini fridge, sink, microwave, dishes, utensils, soaps, towels, books, and humidifier) for a one night stay. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was accommodating. My only complaints were that the curtains didn't black out the light from the lit trees outside the widow and the widows didn't seal shut entirely and the night wind blew the blind cords around causing them to knock. These caused some minor sleep interruptions but weren't a huge issue. This was our second time at the hotel and we will absolutely go back.

We stayed for 3 days at the hotel and were pleasantly amazed at the quality and service. The rooms were of the utmost quality. The staff went out of their way to make out stay the best we've ever experienced. What made our stay the best was dining at Sena the restaurant. Every meal we had was great the quality, flavor, presentation was if exemplary. The ambience was perfect even the executive chef Chris Wellmon Took time out of his busy routine to come and check personally to see if our dinner and experience was going well. If you're ever in the Park city area I highly recommend you visiting the Château.

We have stayed at the Chateaux several times now. We love it every time we come here! The rooms are gorgeous, the staff is friendly, and its a 5 minute drive to Park City main. This last time we booked our reservation through a 3rd party and they messed our reservation up. The Chateaux went above and beyond to fix the error. They even upgraded our room. I highly recommend this place.

My husband and I stayed at The Chateaux Deer Valley in Park City last week for 3 days/2 nights. It was not clean. The room was decorated beautifully (European design) but the pillows were dirty and had a very strong, unpleasant odor – as if they had never been washed. (Old man smell). The smell was so strong I had to use my own pillow that I had brought in the car for travel. At least one of the Euro Shams had an obvious stain on it. The sheets and pillowcases did not smell fresh so I wondered if they had been washed. They were not rumpled but I still wasn’t sure. Other than the smell, the bed was very comfortable. The rest of the room was dirty too. The obvious places had been dusted but every time we moved anything there was a thick layer of dust behind it. The carpet had been vacuumed but it looked and felt dirty and was stained. The drapes and the shower curtain were off several of their hooks. An overhead light bulb had burned out and the room was too dark already. We did have a large window so we opened the drapes sometimes but since we overlooked the pool we often closed them for privacy. The staff (including the receptionist/front desk personnel) did the bare minimum and were only as helpful as they had to be — except for the maintenance man who had to come replace our DVD player because it was broken. We had already trouble-shooted and he was very polite and listened to us instead of insisting on wasting our time by testing it all over again.

The beds were so bad. I couldn't even sleep. The pillows were worse. The spa is closed in the summer. So be aware if you are wanting some relaxation it may not be your best pick. There was a bar of soap on top of our shower door that had been there for quite awhile. The room was cramped. The layout of the hotel was terrible. I had to go through a garage to get to the fitness center. It's not that it was the worst place I have ever stayed. In fact it was borderline okay but it is listed as 41/2 stars and I have no clue how they made that happen. I have stayed in Marriotts that were way nicer. Save your money and stay in something cheaper.
