Clean, simple, dog friendly, nice place to stay in Bicknell. No frills but the essentials. Has a pool and a spa, drinks and snacks for sale in the lobby.

Very clean! Nice people. Great price fort the amenities provided. Stayed one night and slept great, had excellent water pressure in the shower, close to the Capital Reef park and many restaurants. We were very happy and refreshed after our stay.

We stayed here for a weekend so we could visit the National Park. We booked the queen kitchenette room… BIG waste of money! The kitchen didn't have any cookware, glassware or silverware. We've stayed in places with kitchenette rooms before and these items were always provided, so we were extremely disappointed! We decided to buy some frozen pizzas to cook in the oven, the oven smoked the whole time and burned our pizza. Also, they advertise that they are pet friendly, but friendly isn't the right way to describe it. They have one grassy area far away from the rooms, no dog clean up station (so people were not cleaning up after their dogs) and the trash is from away. There are much better places, that are pet friendly, closer to the National Park that we will stay at next time!

We stayed in this motel for seven days in June this year. Wonderful large clean room, wonderful bed, above average heated swimming pool, very top notch staff. This motel is under priced and I would suggest you book this hotel before any other in the area.

Motel simple but very correct for the price. Good location Room large enough, well equipped (coffee maker, fridge) and very clean. Furniture not very recent but correct. Very good bedding.
Beware of restaurant in Bicknell (at the time I was there), you have to take the car. Given the price I would definitely recommend.

Cheap, older and as basic as it gets. I cancelled a night to reschedule 2 weeks before arriving (With email dated 5/14) they charged me last night & added a difference. The room is dated, the heated pool is maybe 70, & I would have rather paid more at Torrey.

Definitely to attract tourists to here (the little village is a wee bit out. ), the managers keep the prices of the rooms really low, much below the average of the motels in the area, which is still in the midst of the big American Parks… from Torrey, where the byway 12 begins, the All American Road, are only 5 min by car… The rooms are large and clean, out of season (I was there in October. ) The services are a little limited, but the comfort remains…

Ok for the night. My rooms lock was broken so I placed a chair in front of the door. I was safe in this little town. You can hear through the walls.

We loved the big, clean rooms! The staff was very friendly. It was a perfect stay for our trip to Capitol Reef. My daughter left her blanket there and they mailed it back to us! We were so thankful.

This place is great for the price. Large rooms, pretty bare bones. Our room had a TV with cable, microwave, and mini fridge. The room has some quirks, such as the bathroom sink is in a separate vanity area from the bathroom. But for the price ($60 in March) it was well worth it.

If I was only sleeping I would give it more stars it was great for the price, but I also needed to answer some work emails and do laundry. Wi-Fi couldn’t even open websites (I’m not asking for miracles in southern Utah with the Internet) and was told the laundry room would open at 8am. Next morning was told it was 3pm which does me no good. I avoid chain hotels when I can but this just didn’t work for me.

Friendly staff and decent place to stay.

This is one of the best breakfast restaurants in southern Utah — the Eggs Benedict with "UTAH" scones could be one of the best things I've ever had. The scones aren't what you usually get (sweet and dense) but rather like my grandma used to make (more like sourdough fry bread). They also have Pinto Bean Pie and a pickle pie that absolutely rocks your world.

Stayed just last night and overall good experience. Not the newest of places but certainly comfortable and suitable for a temporary stay. No breakfast, so heads up. One of the best indoor pool and hot tubs I've seen at a hotel/motel. Other than the really terrible Wi-Fi (none of our phones would connect more than once an hour for a minute at most) the only negative thing that happened occurred while we were swimming. My younger brothers, my wife and I were swimming and there had been a large group of very young teenagers who were not being supervised by any adult from their group. They were playing fine for a while and then all went from the pool to the hot tub very loudly. There had been some adults in the hot tub who didn't appreciate that, left and complained to the manager. The manager (could have just been an employee) comes storming in and kicks all of the kids in that group out. We had been playing in the pool on the furthest side from the hot tub on our own and she threatened, while pointing her finger at us, to kick us out too, yelled at us to behave "end of conversation" and stormed right back out. All in the span of about 15 seconds. She did not even ask us if we were in the same group or anything about anything that took place. Just came in very rudely when we had no association to the problem and my wife and I had been properly supervising our group. She didn't even give us a chance to explain and if we had tried she was CLEARLY not in a listening mood at all!

Great stay. Very spacious room, indoor pool, ice machine, etc. Very good deal for the price.

Snippy person at the desk was a big deduct. Room was ok but small bath towels barely got you dry. Bed was good though. Only one restaurant in this burg so beware.

This motel was awesome. It was a bit older but it was clean and in good repair. The room was huge. The pool was fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Worth the price. Good location if you are planning to visit Canyonland National Park. Wi-Fi in the room was not good. There are not too many breakfast options nearby. Make sure you pack something.

Decent price for the facilities they offer. Indoor heated swimming pool plus sauna, laundermat. Rooms are huge and people were very friendly. Only drawback, their bathrooms are bit smaller and no shower head.

Huge room with microwave, fridge and super comfy beds. Exercise room and large heated indoor pool. We appreciated the friendly owner and quiet night we had here. Value for money on our way to Capital Reef.

One of the few places that is still locally owned by the same family that started the business. Very friendly folks from right there in Bicknell. Good place to stay on the way to Capitol Reef.

Room was big and clean, pool, Wi-Fi — something you don't expect for $55. Excellent.

This place was the only motel with any openings available around the Capitol Reef area. The elderly couple that runs it is super sweet and accommodating, but the problem with the Aquarius Inn was the price. We paid about $109 for one room with two queen beds. No breakfast was provided, Wi-Fi was slow at best, beds were squeaky, and the A/C unit BARELY worked. Not a great deal for a room that was over $100. We could have easily stayed at a nicer hotel for the same price, if not cheaper.

Excellent! I pulled in with my fiancée around 10:15 pm from Bryce Canyon. Everything else was closed or full. The kindly elder couple who run the place were happy to help. They only had a king left, and we snagged it. $69. The room was amazing. Clean, spacious. Free Wi-Fi. Mini fridge and microwave. Coffee maker. Tv. VHS player with over 2000 movies you can borrow from the front desk. A DVD player. Bath and shower in bathroom. I saw a pool and exercise room. Coin laundry next door. Bed was super comfy. Quiet and cozy. Best night's sleep ever. Will definitely return.
