Nice guy checked me in, knowledgeable about the area. Room wasn't too bad. There was a hole in the carpet and the bathroom fan was loud. Couldn't get comfortable in the bed, all the pillows were too soft, and it felt like there was a egg crate mattress going on. Honestly probably won't stay here again if I can avoid it, but desperate times call for desperate hotel stops, and they allow dogs.

The rooms we're comfy and cozy. There spa was relaxing even on a hot day in the summer. Had booked my room and was like six hours early and for an additional fee was able to get in at 7:30 a. M. And not pay for two nights.

Friendly service & very clean place to stay! They are the only place in the area with the best clean smell. And you would not know it but they have smoking rooms while other places near do not :) Really Nice Hot Tub!

Outside of the toilet that did not flush, and the shower rack that was falling out, it was fine. : — (

Clean and friendly customer service. I suggest you bring alcohol wipes for remote to TV as well as switches. Found bodily fluids on remote, sticky bathroom floor otherwise pretty clean.

Place saved my life. My truck broke down in sub freezi v temps. And they had a warm room and a comfortable bed for me to sleep in. Price was decent. Thank you…

Exterior light in front of my door did not work properly. The entrance from the hallway inside the building would not close properly. And the mattress was really bad. On the good side it was inexpensive, the place next to it was almost $20 more. It was handy to the freeway and handy to food and gas.

Located adjacent to the I10 fwy next to a Denny's and another restaurant and sizeable service station. Just spent the night there but the price was right, the room was clean and the bed comfortable! The continental breakfast was a great start to the day to resume our travels.

Gross don't stay here. The first room had drugs and food on the floor. So we switch rooms and come to find out the door doesn't lock and the door key doesn't work. The TV remotes were dead in both rooms. Take my advice.

This is the second time we've stay here. Both times we were put on the East side. Constant interstate noise. Our room is right by the exit. Semis gearing down. Desk personal was great. Room was clean. Just didn't get the sleep we'd hoped for. UGH 1 star for the front desk, 1 for the room.

Beds suck! AC Smells like mildew, water coming out of bathroom sink smells like funk. Stay at one of the newer places in town if possible! It is what it is for a Super 8 but this one seems a bit more less quality than most. The good is: easy parking with wide spaces, next to a new Denny's (don't eat at Timberline restaurant please choose Denny's over that horrible restaurant). Next to gas station slash truck stop with a convenient store that has a good selection and decent fuel prices as well as Mexican food. Also next to a Wendy's.

The service was great. Unfortunately my room was infested with bed bugs! I calmly discussed the issue with the manager he acted like it was no big! No refund was offered or any kind of compensation. Book here at your own risk!

The kid at the front desk was cool and the rooms were pretty cheap. Everything was clean and the AC worked really well. The vending machine took my money though, and it didn't give me anything. So just don't use the vending machine and you're good.

Rooms were decent, no bugs. Looked like dehydrated cucumber was stuck to sink wall. Unidentifiable crispy spots on carpet near sink as well. We got 2 rooms because there were 6 in our group. My room was the iffy one, husband said his room was fine. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast… there were ants on the counter by the coffee bar, prepackaged food mostly. I don't feel like I need to stay at a Super 8 again.

For the price, it was spectacular. The rooms were mostly filled with families passing through. There is a pool and complimentary breakfast, but I didn't like the waffles as much… they tasted a bit funky. There is coffee though, and that was good. They had a coffee machine in the room as well as a hair dryer and TV with popular channels. The bed was okay, but there was a stain on the corner of the mattress. Other than that, staff was friendly and the place was accommodating. It's a great place to stay when passing through.

Room was dirty. Carpet wasn't vacuumed. There was hair in the bath tub. Electrical outlets were loose and some of the covers to them were broken. Wifi service was very slow. When my wife asked for extra pillows, she was told. I'm sorry but we don't have extra pillows. The linen was dirty. When we used the batter machine for the waffles in the morning, the machine broke and batter went all over my clothes. When we tried to locate a front desk person to let them know of the machine, all we could find was a phone number to call. We called three times and left a message each time that we needed assistance asap! No one ever called back. We left in disgust. We got the hotel at a decent price, but lesson learned, I guess you get what you pay for. You couldn't even pay me enough to stay here again. Will never stay at a Super 8 ever again.

Not strong enough Wi-Fi signal. Breakfast is ok and the heater works well.

This place is a rat hole! The rooms stink, the Wi-Fi is useless, there is no security, and my car was broken into! If you value you life — Go someplace else.

Mattress was lumpy and concave in the middle. Two pillows for queen bed and both were no better than a rolled up hand towel. Poor choice.

Room phone was inoperable, shower head sprayed water back at the wall and the peeled and flaking paint indicates that it has been doing this for some time. Also, the side exit door was locked at 7am, which wouldn't have been a problem except for the fire alarm that was urging me out of the hotel at the time. The lack of an employee at the front to ease the concerns of the guests was also a negative. But the room was clean. Oh, the lock on the side door was removed by the time we checked out. EDIT: Turns out someone had unplugged the phone jack. Once discovered and corrected, the phone was again operational.

1st time here. Great rooms and very comfortable. Room rate is acceptable and amenities were nice. Staff is very nice.
