The bed was very hard. Plus there were issues with the elevator and the pool was closed. Place was clean and breakfast was good.

Hot tub don't work. Pool doesn't have water. Half the equipment in the fitness center doesn't turn on. One washer and dryer for the whole hotel. My very first review and only out of frustration. Staff is nice tho so they get one whole star lol. I guess it's the only hotel in town or something. March 2018

It's a comfortable room for too much money. The rooms are usually clean but the building is starting to show its age.

Clean rooms, hot breakfast, comfortable beds. Very happy with our stay! Highly recommended!

The air conditioner in room 206 was putting out something that caused my tongue to swell and breathing became difficult. I shut it off opened the door to let fresh air in while I attempted to clear my lungs in the hallway. I had to buy Benadryl the next morning. It took three doses before I was back to normal. Lucky we did not need AC but the room was very stuffy. And that I did not suffocate in my sleep. The sink is mounted too high. My daughter and I are 5 feet tall. We had to stand on our toes to brush our teeth in order to be over the sink and not the countertop. People with children would have to hold them or sit them in the sink to use it. The breakfast was good and employees are pleasant and helpful. The room looked and smelled clean and had adequate supplies. Nice shower head, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Pillows were plentiful but not very comfortable.

We have enjoyed this little town Hotel, very clean, good service & reasonable rates. Could improve on the Continental Breakfast though. Other than that I give them a 4

Robert was fully helpful. The place was clean and it is only ten years old. There was a cricket in the hallway, what are you gonna do? It is Texas after all. The cricket was guarded but polite.

Great place good truck parking staff was excellent.

Staff were very friendly. Hotel is fairly new. But not really up to snuff. I think they use some kind of scented product in the rooms, which is very dangerous for people allergic to perfume. But even though there was a scent in the room, when I got home, my clothes smelled musty! The pool was over clorinated. I would not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly. The manager went out of her way to make sure she did all she could.

Comfortable clean rooms with great staff. $. 75 to wash and $1 to dry, can't beat that.

We were stuck in a blizzard looking for a place to stay. Asked the desk clerk if they had any rooms available, he was very rude and said no. Did not offer to tell me of any other hotels in town or neighboring towns. We were hauling a trailer as well. So I asked him if we could park somewhere. He told me no. Horrible customer service. Very rude!

The only chain hotel in town, and it's struggling with the basics. Several stations on the TV not tuned properly. Batteries not working on remote control for heating/cooling unit. Heating/cooling unit periodically turning on when it's set to off due to it's freeze protection not working correctly — noisy and makes it hard to sleep so unit has to be left on all the time. Wi-Fi Internet is intermittent and unreliable, making it hard to be productive. Wired internet not working at all. Reasonably clean but the smell of cleaning products is almost overpowering in the room. Rather stay in Shamrock next time where there's more competition for better quality.
