My daughter and I stayed here for a week while visiting my son who is stationed at Fort Bliss. The suite was clean, comfortable and quiet. It is very affordable too. Located on the East part of the city and easy to get to many stores, restaurants and El Paso locations. We enjoyed our stay. Thank-you. Sincerely, Diana Eubanks.

The room was good but the service sucked. They will not change linens for you. There is never anyone at the front desk. Will not stay here again or recommend it. My daughter got sick and the front desk made me wash the sheets and blanket and said they couldn't exchange for new ones. I'm sorry but are clean towels and linens not an amenity people need. Horrible service!

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. No hot water, rooms are old and gross. They only offer house keeping 1 day a week. They gave us 2 towels for 4 people, after 3 days I asked for new towels they said they don't have any. Also, the whole place smells terrible.

Great staff & clean comfortable rooms! Although, I didn't like that the hallway always smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room.

Worst hotel I've ever visited. Thank goodness I didn't have to stay there, but when I picked up a friend… yikes. Dumpy, they never clean your room, "pet — friendly" but no where to take pets.

Room is small, not much room for storage esp for a extended stay motel. No amenities like any other hotel. The bed was comfortable. You also have to pay by the week in order to get the cheap rate, other wise it's like $80 a night and this hotel is NOT worth that at all. If you don't stay for the full week you book they won't reimburse you either. I'd never stay again.

The place is small and dirty. I found animal feces under the bed. The sheets and blankets were dirty. Someone was smoking on the floor and it made the entire room smell, no one is ever at the front desk to answer or help with questions. Horrible stay!

We asked for a non-smoking room. The room was non-smoking, but it smelled like smoke. Not only did the room smell, the whole floor smells as soon as you got off the elevator. Walls are paper-thin and it is very noisy. You can hear when your neighbor's flush the toilet. There were no pots or pans to use on the stove. It would be helpful if it said that on the website so you can come prepared. If it is on there I might have missed it. The only thing that was okay about it was the bed was pretty comfortable, although there were stains on the comforter.

Clean rooms very affordable helpful staff.

I have not even been here for 3 hours and the dryer didn't work but they did refund my money. And the Wi-Fi is extremely slow. Other than that the room is clean. I have a kitchen in this room but I would have to go buy my own pots and pans and eating utensils.

This place is ok but it is very noisy during the night you have to be very sleepy to get through the noise at night and the Wi-Fi sucks other hotels have better Wi-Fi that is free and fast.

I went to a party. The room was small but nice.

For a weekly rate of a little over $200 this place isn't bad. Much better than other places around El Paso, TX. For anyone that has served in the military this place strongly resembles that of the barracks. My room was clean and didn't have any issues other than having to go out and purchase a pillowcase. Occasionally one may hear some "rumblings" **hint hint** in the hallways, next door, or even upstairs (like the barracks) … esp during the weekend. As for location, Woodspring suites is located right off Joe battle, Montana ave, (main Street going to Fort bliss, downtown El Paso, El Paso airport) and the highway 375. There's a shopping center off of Montana with a Wal-Mart and a host of other stores. There are also a host of restaurants along Joe battle. The location is growing as many new homes are being built in the area. Overall, I have no issues with this place and will comeback again whenever I come back to visit El Paso.

The worst extended stay hotel I’ve stayed at. First no public bathroom. I had to leave and come back since they were taking so long. Also there was a bathroom right inside they didn’t let me use. Second if you want clean towels or sheets you have to pay extra. My room reeked of weed so much I had to air it out most of my stay. I’m one week we seen the police twice there. No dishes provided to use with the stove top. Why have a dam mini kitchen if you have to buy dishes to use it.

Good location right off the highway, quiet, clean, parking lot seems safe and is kept clean.

May have had misplaced expectations. Room smells bad, I notice every time I walk in and unsure the source. Shower head is clogged and water comes out unevenly. There are zero amenities here apart from laundry service. Room service is every 2 weeks I was told. Otherwise the room appears clean and is conveniently located by the hospital.

Seems like a nice hotel. It has a good feel and the price is cheap for an extended stay. But the rooms are exactly what you pay for. Very bare with only the minimum essentials.

Almost get what you pay for. Checked in for one night, no coffee maker, had one bar of facial soap and a tube of lotion. Besides towels, nothing else. Clean enough and quiet enough.

I stayed here for three weeks and the rooms were clean. Good service with the towels room cleaning and safe.

This hotel is HORRIBLE! There is never anyone at the front desk, the elevator reeks like smoke. The room was filthy. I vacuumed with my empty hand held dyson and it was cacked full of dirt. We have all had this terrible vertigo since we checked in. Then when it couldn't get worse a cockroach… Cruising down the hall into our room! Ugh we checked out that day… wouldn't recommend and also I just went shopping for groceries and I threw away all the open food because of the cockroaches… what a waste of money! Don't risk taking your family here!

My room was very clean and organized and the staff was very polite and helpful!

The people working here don't know what they are doing, they charged my government travel card during my pcs to fort bliss and I extended for one night paid with my regular debit card. Looked at my statement and they charged my bank two nights. Then they didn't pull the money out so it put my money on hold due to pending status. Had to jump through hoops to get it back in my account. I stayed here with family and pets paid a pet fee then they charged me an extra 50$ at check out for the floors not being cleaned as they would've liked. Which I swiffered multiple times the night before. I asked what the pet fee was for and they stated that the pet fee was to let my animals stay here. Definitely not staying here again.

Staff was rude, and the room had roaches, the day I moved in. No one came to exterminate, and they would not give me my money back when I try to leave early, because of the roach problem. Don't go!

Clean and comfortable. Had microwave, full sized fridge, stove top.

Rooms were fairly nice and clean and having the kitchen was also nice.

I had a horrible expierence. The general manager said She was giving me a refund back. So this manager has been on break since 12:300. The assistant was only verbally telling me. I would get the refund in 3 to 5 business days. I had paid with my debit card. What an unprofessional assistant and general manager. Every customer recieve a customer copy showing that it was returned to the debit card. Guess what I am still waiting. This Value Place Hotel have been scaming customers. I wonder if corporate knows about this. I don't know how they got this job. Corporate needs to come out and see for themselves. Leticia Duran Room 422

The place felt creepy. You need an access card to go virtually anywhere in the building and it looks like an insane asylum where I volunteered. You have to pay for internet access and there is no coffee maker. It feels like they nickel and dime you with less than impressive rooms. At least they provided one bar of soap and towels.

Do NOT GO! I would rate this 0 stars if it was an option. I am going to make this a quick review. I stayed there after a very long day driving on the road & I have regretted it ever since. The place was horrible & disgusting, it smelled, the bathroom was not clean, the beds were uncomfortable (they might have bed bugs by the way, EWWW)! & in my opinion very overpriced for horrible service & a horrible stay. Again, DO NOT GO!

Friendly staff, neighborhood, awesome price, clean…

My only complaint is the Wi-Fi. I was either having a hard time getting connected or constantly losing connection. The $10/week (good for surfing the Web) was included in my stay but I paid an additional $10 for the faster speed because I had work to do and I was constantly on video chat with some of my associates. Other than the annoying Internet issue, room was clean and spacious, full refrigerator, stove and microwave. The floor was pretty quiet, might here people coming and going (doors are pretty heavy) but otherwise peaceful. Would stay here again.

Love it very safe. Service is wonderful and the price is reasonable been here for almost a week and don't want to leave.

The WORSE hotel in El Paso they charge you for everithing you pay at least 300 a week (if you don't want any extras like clean room towels or internet with all that will pay arround 500) and the manager and the people working there have the worse service they don't even answer the phone wen you need something.
