Sandstone Street Bed and Breakfast Hotel

I stayed at this beautiful B&B this weekend, 7/23 & 7/24 to celebrate my one year old granddaughter, Birdie’s, birthday. My room was perfect. One of the best experiences I’ve had in my travels in a long time. The lovely breakfast was delicious and the owners were so accommodating. On a scale of 1-10, I give this one a 10+. I’ve added this one to my list for future visits. Thank you Mrs. Virginia and Mr. Jack. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will be back!

We used the party room for a baby shower and it was perfect. We had around 31 attend and had plenty of room. It was clean and ready for us when it was time to set up. Virginia was easy to work with and very thoughtful.

What an amazing bed and breakfast! Virginia and Jack gave us a warm welcome and made us feel "at home" and comfortable. The Langford Room was luxurious, and breakfast was fantastic! We had a couple of persnickety dietary requests and Virginia was so accommodating. If you stay during the holiday season like we did, you'll see the house decorated beautifully, which was such a treat. TRAVEL TIP: If you're staying in Llano to see Enchanted Rock nearby, be sure to reserve your spot for that in advance. We were turned away for not having a reservation that day, but the Sandstone B&B and Longhorn Caverns made the trip well worth it!

Beautiful and elegant, this historic home has been loving restored. It has all the modern conveniences but maintains the historic charm. Jack and Virginia are wonderful hosts who are very involved in the community. It is a great place place for wedding and baby showers, birthday parties and just about any event.

This place was beyond lovely! The owners, Virginia & Jack were so gracious and hospitable. The house is gorgeous and well maintained — we are very picky and found this stay to be impeccable — a wonderful weekend in the lovely, Hill Country town of Llano!

Virginia, our host, and owner is wonderful, the BnB is immaculate inside and out. Beautiful garden areas with lots of flowers. The rooms are very clean and well stocked. We sat in the garden area this evening and had coffee after dinner on the town. We will return for another stay.

Loved this place! Virginia and Jack were extremely friendly and accommodating, breakfast was great, rooms were cozy. It felt much more like staying with family than it did staying at some hotel. Would definitely go back.

A delightful B&B for a girls Hillcountry weekend. Only 45 minutes from Fredericksburg, with onsite host whom spoil you. Virginia and Jack are the Hallmark of hosts. They made us feel welcomed with their special breakfasts, area trivia shared, and beautiful decorated rooms. We can't wait to return.

Jack and Virginia were amazing. They had true southern hospitality. Very clean and a gorgeous home in a great location. The beds were super comfy and the homemade breakfast was true Texas cooking. It is a MUST stay!

Love this B&B… probably one of the best we've stayed at. The property is pristine and very well kept. The Virginia and Jack put lots of care into being hosts and it definitely shows. We loved staying in the Walker Room. Would highly recommend!

The house and furnishings are absolutely beautiful. The porches and gardens so relaxing. It was difficult to choose between them and the spacious, gorgeous Langford Room. I wanted to be in both places at once. You will be spoiled by the special attention and the delicious breakfast. None will compare to what you experience in Virginia's grand dining room. You feel so welcomed and at home the minute you step through the front door. We felt like we'd known Virginia and Jack for years, they felt like family! We hated to leave and are already thinking about our next visit.

Sandstone Street B&B is a charming place to stay. It's clean, comfy, and very inviting decorated with beautiful antiques. The gourmet breakfast is always a treat!
