We had our wedding and we stayed at the hotel and several of our guests. We asked about a group rate we were told the rate is what it’s is. I asked to you the conference they said ok with a fee. Even though we had several rooms booked. I said ok they charged us the money. But called about and said no we couldn’t use it The next day we are told we can’t sit it the lobby area to talk to everyone cause they had guest checking in. No one checked in except more of guest. Rude the way they talked to us and treated us Then Saturday a friend staying at the hotel went to the pool at 9:30 and it was locked so she went to the front desk and girls say it closes at 10. She said I realize that but it’s not 10 yet. For the money we paid to stay there makes us upset that we weren’t helped The rooms are nice and clean. The breaks at ladies were so sweet and helpful. Crystal was so nice. So a positive to our stay.
