Very good experience. I have stayed there and will stay there again in the future.

Avoid if at all possible!

The owner and her dog are friendly enough but the place is a dump and the owner tries to rent the worst rooms first.

Very nice staff, clean room, walking distance from McDonald's, Highland restaurant, pharmacy, great burger place (Bill's), and more. Included Wi-Fi but couldn't get that to work. Clean, just fine for what you should expect in a low cost motel.

Run down but clean. Friendly front desk staff and good customer service. We stayed the weekend of spring break and. It was very quiet and pleasant.

This place was the best out of the other three around friendly staff great room newly renovated does not look like the 90's motel as some others I will be returning.

Nasty motel, roaches, very rude and extremely loud people.

I was stayin at this motel last year for the blue bonnet festival it was top notch and im going there this year too th people are very freindly the rooms are clean good service everything is absoulutly perfect and the comment below is completly wrong they are the most freindlyist people we bbqd together and every thin it was a blast.

This owner and family member sell drugs out of the hotel and @ 2am people are coming and going all hours. The owner has even after research had another hotel taken due to amba patel drug trafficking. Rooms have strong mold smells and extremely dirty.
