We had a great night here on our way out of Texas: clean rooms, fast friendly check-in, and breakfast options that made everyone happy. I forgot my toothbrush and was impressed that the front desk had a real full-size toothbrush for me. Good value for family travelers. We are planning to stay again on our way back.

We visited this hotel a few times before never had a problem until now! The Manager was very rude! They over charged my sister's card they charged her card twice for one night $148.43 "twice" plus additional holding fee of $25 for 72 hours and wouldn't pay her back for the extra money they wasn't even suppose to take. We checked out a hour early at 11:00. When I called to get my sister's money back they had took from her. The manager yelled at me and said it was through booking that was why the money was taken and continue to get loud with me, but my sister never even booked the room through booking I called to the hotel and booked her room myself over the phone. "These people are pulling EXTRA money from peoples card when they swipe. " They told me one price $128 w/tax then pulled $161 plus $25 holding fee for 72 hours which wasn't the problem. "Don't tell me one price and then take more" When I asked the manager what was corporate office number she replied she didn't know it I asked her what was her name and she paused then hung up on me. And wouldn't answer the phone anymore smh… The Pool and pool area was very dirty, the AC wasn't working properly, the breakfast was okay. But we didn't complain until this rude manager yelling at me and the extra charge with my sister's card and the charges to my card more than I was told it was suppose to be. Never Again! Not until they have a new manager, and stop taking money from people's card they aren't suppose to take.

I enjoyed my stay for 2 nights. I was very comfortable and there was no noise what so ever from any sort of traffic in the area. My room was clean and well manicured. The air conditioner operated well and was not very noisy. There is an available pool that is located in doors and has operation hours. All in all my stay was very pleasant.

I usually do not leave any negative reviews if I can help it! Stopped here late on my way to Florida. I so tired I was about to pass out! I have several medical conditions that prevent me from being able to do much. The front desk lady was awesome and quick. The room was clean but the reason for the one star is the next morning the water in the shower would not heat up. I tried everything! So I had to use cold water on a wash cloth to bathe with. When I was checking out I told the manager "Hetal Patel" She said that she would go check it. Comes back and tells me "it's working fine" which made my blood pressure rise. I hate being called a liar. She starting saying over and over that the plug needed to be pulled up and "That's why there was alot of water" I'm like I KNOW that, but that was not the problem, the water would NOT get hot. She stood there and called me a liar in front of other customers. I am surprised she is a manager.

We booked a room a week in advance using our Hilton points, but soon realized we needed to drive straight through instead of stopping along our drive. We called 30 hours in advance, only to find out that this hotel in particular has a 48-hour cancellation policy (every other hotel I’ve stayed in has a 24-hour policy. Worse still, if you don’t show up, instead of just taking the Honors points as though you’d used the room as booked, they charge you the full rate of the room in real dollars. Not points. According to Hilton, the hotel manager has the authority to override that policy as they see fit, but we were told over and over that the manager at this location “is very strict” or “a real stickler” on his/her 48 hour policy, and would not grant us a cancellation. My guess? They don’t get very many bookings, so they make money by screwing people who have to cancel. We ended up driving all the way to the hotel just so that we could check in and check right back out (didn’t even get keys), because we don’t have $115 to waste on a hotel room. Instead, we had to forfeit the last of our hotel points that I’ve accrued over time through my job. No weekend trips anytime soon for us! I’ll be requesting that my company travel group book me in Marriott from now on.

Wow, you get what you pay for. Very nice decor, roomier and cleaner than Days Inn or similar hotels. Wi-Fi is fast enough to stream video. Hot breakfast was good. Bathrooms clean and modern. Laundry was pathetic though.

The first room I checked into had 3 bed bugs on the walls that I spotted within 1 minute upon entry. The hotel clerk walked back to the room with me to take pictures of them. I was put into another room. It looked fine at first sight but upon returning from an event at 215 am, there is a bedbug on the wall in my second room. I'm starting to think this hotel has a pest problem that needs to be addressed.

Two many things are off, one, we only had one bath towel, two,. Breakfast:8:30 was not properly set up, very little bread out and no eggs, (I gather there was an early rush). Three, hot water for shower was barely warm. The place wasn't too busy, but maybe these things are on going. Bed was comfortable and clean room. Staff was good. Hopefully things will improve!

Rooms are nice, has lots of plugs for multitude of electronics and quiet. Breakfast is included in the morning, but if you arrive toward the later part of serving it is not fresh from hot items. The staff is nice. The one things I wish they had though would be real cream in room, instead of powder cream. Coffee is served 24/7 in lobby, where they have real cream though, so you can go done and get some.

Hotel room was very nice. Showed some wear in the carpet and such but still Lovely. Hotel staff was awesome. They need someone else to cook breakfast. Some items had way too much salt and others not enough flavor. The pool was very nice but under ventilated so chlorine fumes we're pretty bad in the indoor pool area until we pried a window open.

Nice hotel for a weekend the king suite was nice had some rips in the carpet in the room and there was a stain on the pillow but we brought our own so just used those. The pool area however had the strongest chlorine smell EVER like unbearable! It is a indoor pool do we had to open a window but it really didn't help we stayed in the pool like 20 minutes it was just that bad. Everything else was good tho.

Can tell that they are struggling to make ends meet being in the geographical area they are in. I stay here anyway because it is rarely busy, small town feel, and have a new building. Breakfast staff is great as well. Will continue to stay here even if the drive is 10 more minutes if going into Beaumont.

Comfortable, clean and we'll appointed hotel; reasonably priced; good breakfast.

Amazing breakfast, great staff, emaculate rooms.

Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Several indications that maintenance on this property is lacking and the property in places is falling in to disrepair. Where once a sliding glass shower door stood, now a curtain hangs on a rod within the sliding door frame. TV flickers every time fridge starts up. Air conditioning unit, as with many motels, is loud. Damaged carpet in commune area needs repair / replacing. Carpets, paint, and paper all appear to be tired (worn). To stay at the standard expected of most Hampton Inn properties this property in particular will need some much needed attention in the near future. On a positive note, staff were friendly and professional in this small town motel close to many amenities. Recommend a trip to nearby "Vine to Wine" during your stay.

Nice location, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, sumptuous breakfast (though the chairs in the breakfast area needs some cleaning).

Great place, accommodations were very much pleasing. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

We needed a place to stay over on a long road trip and this property was actually very nice, considering it's in a really small town. It seems to be fairly new. The breakfast was only ok, I have had better at other Hampton Inn's. The room was comfortable and clean.

Great Place to Stay, great price, very convenient to everything.

I love this Hampton it was great. It even had a pool, a fitness center and much more. The breakfast was great to I jut loved the potatoes . The only problem was that I wish it was like this everywhere.

Clean room, desk very helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasty.

It was good I want to say it's one of the best I have been to in a while breakfast was decent the pool was a little too much chlorine but overall it was probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in in a while.

New desk chair. No clock. TV did not operate. Had to get to different remotes to make it work. Phone did not work. Light missing in bathroom. The room was to be handicapped but this room was not handicapped.

Another great Hampton! Although one of the customers was being very rude about supposed coffee not being fresh (even though we watched the lady brew it at 5am) the employees were very nice to the rude customer. I personally couldn't of held my tongue but they did. Hopefully the management sees what awesome employees they have here. Clean, comfy, and friendly faces:)

My wife and I stayed in this location on 12/14/2015. By far the worst customer service at a Hampton inn! We always try to stay at a Hampton inn;but will look elsewhere next time. If you choose to stay at a Hampton inn, I strongly suggest you continue to Baytown or Beaumont!

Discovered bed bugs in my room. Will definitely not be staying at this hotel again.

This hotel is located in the heart of the vibrant city of Winnie lol. The hotel is fine the city is a pap smere at the poop shoot of Texas who cares…
