Booked for one price online. Charged me a different price at check in. Manager was very rude.

This motel is the worst of all motel in town. I will not recommend any human being here the treatment awful. Their room is dirty with bugs all over the floors, bedding are old and stained, towels and torn and stained. The shower head is rusted. The owner is so rude. I will not return here for sure. This Motel doesn’t even change the sheets! Their rooms are soooo dusty.

It's okay but it could stand a real good cleaning.

It is comfortable but not yet lacking to improve. It's a good place with good access for the handicapped. It's economical. They have Wi-Fi. Good place to spend a single night but not a whole weekend I hope I understand.

Rooms smelled musty and the service wasn't that great. Won't stay there again.

Due to the hurricane harvey and no electric and water where we live… We came here cause no other hotel was available… Not really worth $99 a night and thinking they went up on the prices because they knew people are looking for a place to stay. So sad. But it is a place to stay.

Great hotel. No idea what any of the negative reviews are about. Cell phone reception is fine, the lady who said bad cellphone reception obviously has metro pcs. Any who, friendly staff, clean rooms, & great service! Highly recommended. The beds are a little hard, but its on how you prefer your stiffness. Definitely not comparable to the floor. People over exaggerate too much.

The desk clerk was awesome. The rooms were great. Nice colors and clean bed and bathrooms. I would recommend this motel to any travelers coming into wharton or even passing through.

Clean, easy access to highway. Quiet! Nice facility.

Clean rooms. Friendly front desk staff. Disappointed in the Continental breakfast, however. No butter, fruit and was almost empty at 7:30 a. M. No one monitoring. Worth the $57 though.

Check in and Check out was a very easy and fast process. My family and I were traveling to south padre for the weekend I have to say it was a great stay for a good price. Another great addition to the room was that it had direct TV with over 200 channels, so my kids always had something to watch.

Rooms were great and staff was very helpful. Rooms seemed to be recently renovated.

We stayed at this hotel this past week because in the past it has always been a decent establishment. I am sorry to say, time has not been kind. What is left of the pool is now a dirt filled patch that looked like an incomplete attempt at a garden. The room itself seemed clean, but the floors were slippery to walk on. Not sure if this was because of the cleaning products used or the high humidity. Regardless, we were not about to walk on it barefoot. Our biggest concern was the safety of the room. The outside of the door was visibly damaged & looked like it had been rammed open. Upon closer inspection, you could see where the doorjamb had been broken at some point. The inside security latch was completely missing & looked like it had been ripped off the door. Against better judgment, we did go ahead & stay the night, but with a chair jammed under the door handle just as extra precaution. The next morning, two staff members were outside sweeping the exterior of the hotel & seemed friendly enough, but the lady that finally came in to greet us at the front desk was rude, at best. We asked for a receipt for the bill & said thank you, but got nothing but stone cold silence in return. Not a thank you for your stay, go to hell, nothing. Now we understand why the rates were half that of the Holiday Express Inn, which was less than a mile away. I would rather pay a higher rate to ensure my family's well being & where the staff understands basic civility.

Great price. Nice room free Wi-Fi. Restaurant real close.
