Nice staff but I wish I got a room like the pics posted online. Traveled by myself to visit a friend in Victoria and left an hour after I got to my motel room. Lots of sketchy people. Even some people sitting outside their rooms. Room never cooled down and door looks like someone had kicked door in. No smoke detector where it should have been. Missing a/c vent in bathroom. Shower was mildew. After eating my dinner in room I decided to leave. Told staff room was not cool and asked for money back. He did offer me another room but I couldnt see it getting any better.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. And I am enjoying my stay.

This place is a good motel to stay at. We moved into this motel due to hurricane Harvey and we've been living here since. Room service is good. Payment Is good. Bedrooms are fine. The sink is a bit small tho in the rooms. And service sucks here so watch out. But other than that, crossroads inns and suites is a good place to stay for a motel.
