My husband and I stayed while attending a family get together and our experience was so good that we stayed again the next weekend due to a family emergency. The staff was very nice, the Parrot was super cute and the room was exactly as pictured. If you're looking for a five star hotel with five star rates then this is not the place for you; however, if you're looking for a nice place to sleep, shower and eat with affordable rates, I highly recommend this hotel. Also, the Internet went down at midnight, the management had it back up and going within 10 minutes. This will definitely be our place going forward!

Horrible staff members, dirty rooms, drug dealing in the parking lot, my son picked up a bag of marijuana in the parking lot. We will never return again.

Torn and dirty lampshades. Posted pics were after cleaning our room during a 2 day stay. Booked a king with a kitchenette and couch for 3 people. Got a queen. With a mini fridge and mini microwave. Spoke to front desk and was argued with over size of bed. At check out the rooms were open. All beds were same size.

Hotel Management told me that I cannot leave my no disturb sign on door past two days. She also said that the towels are not to be used to get dirty in such manner as they are. She cannot tell people that when it's being paid for.

My brother and his friend stayed at this America's Best Inn and Suites during Hurricane Harvey. They almost denied him entry because they had dogs, even though they told them their ride had left and they had nowhere to go. They said it would be "too much to clean up", as if their cleaning was anywhere on the priorities of the city at that moment. Eventually they said they would give them ONE night in a one bed room. The next morning they went to the breakfast they had (stale danishes and cereal). They also requested another night stay, the hotel manager denied them. Luckily they got a ride out amongst the flood and they are safe now with our family in dallas. This business will be reported to the proper authorities. All hotels were required to allow pets during the disaster. This hotel was basically an island. Nobody could get in or out of here without a BOAT. Shame on this hotel!

Terrible! Mean owners, terrible breakfast, and bug infestations! Definitely don't stay here! Worst experience, they just want your money.

Management. Room was ok. Front desk lady was polite. Parrot kept us up all night so that sucked. But mgt. Sucked.

For our friends and family that come from out of town, many have stayed here. BUT, yesterday, as family arrived to plan a funeral for their mother… the motel REFUSED to honor the price on the website. The price was a $20 increase. Shame on this establishment. Your competitor gladly booked them for the 5 nights. — local that won"t be referring anymore your way!

If you need somewhere to stay in the area and you're trying not to spend much this place is a good option. Though having said that, you are basically getting what you pay for. My room was pretty nice and comfortable but there are things to nitpick. Cosmetically there's a bunch of little things throughout the building that could use some attending to and upon closer inspection cleaning rooms doesn't appear to go too far beyond changing linens and removing trash.

Clean… full size icebox… cooktop… quiet. They were out of smoking rooms. Made one for us. Reasonable rates.

The Wi-Fi is the worst I've ever had.

Management is RUDE. The guy that works The night is awesome and The rooms are clean. However after my experience with my special needs so who is sick. I wouldn't let my worse enemy stay here.

This hotel SAVED us! My husband and I are out of state transplants and stumbled upon this hotel one week after arriving in Texas. With reasonable rates and an ideal (safe/family oriented) location, we thought we would give them a try while scouting the area for a home. When I initially called to book a reservation, they were all booked up (which I completely understand now having stayed there). So Tina took down my name and number just in case a room became available. To my surprise, she called me that same day with great news that a room just opened up; I was relieved (and thought she was very considerate). Because of our comfortable and safe location, we ended up staying for 5 weeks before we moved into our permanent residence. Everyday our room was fully serviced. The guests staying in the hotel were very respectful. Like us, they were business people staying for business purposes/for their work. Nights and weekends were reasonably quiet. Parking was safe and convenient. Guests respected each-others spot and cars. There are at least 3 gas stations in the general vicinity which rival the prices of inner Houston gas prices (down towards Louetta). This hotel actually saved us money by providing a hospital environment that felt like home. We had the option of eating out at the many restaurants/bars in the area or buy groceries to keep in the fridge and microwave our meals.

Besides the fact of the room being very clean and spacious, the manager is a crooked thief and a very rood individual. After checking in I informed the manager that I have a service animal with me and he attempted to charge me a $100 deposit because she is not wearing a service jacket. Then refused to refund my money after telling me and my family that we had to leave. After calling the local police department to intervene was I able to stay with my 12 year old daughters service animal. I would not let my worse enemy stay at this hotel. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Great hotel, Nice manager. Laundry services available (for a fee), really wonderful environment, fridge, iron, kettle al provided with the room. Wi-Fi was kinda slow, but overall, I rate them a 4.7/5

I stayed that this hotel with my girls for a week while my daughter attended camp. The room was huge! The room was clean and nice. The management was very nice and the price was perfect! The location is just a few minutes from everything in Tomball but in a quiet nice area. The overall hotel is quiet and private. I really can't say enough good things about our stay, and I am not easy to please.
