This place doesn't have laundry. It doesn't have a pool. It doesn't have the free breakfast or coffee. There isn't a kitchen in all the rooms as advertised. There's a creepy black dude that hogs the vacuum. Aka the vacuum troll.

Seriously probably the worst kept place I've ever been to. DO NOT COME HERE! The owners live out of the lobby and it smells HORRIBLE.

Room and hallway floors are nasty and smell bad I understand they pet friendly, but that is why people pays extra for them to maintain the place clean, and you were able to see the urine spots on the floors.

Good place to stay in they have a beach view which is kinda cool I would recommend this place for fishing people since you can get to the back of the hotel and start fishing there itself.

I will give Negative, this place is a trash. Owner should be ashamed.

I've been staying here for over 2 weeks now the take great care of me love the new owners here haven't had any issues at all they even help me fix an issue that was my room immediately love this place thank you.

Dirty bathtub and no hot water. No water at all in lavatory. Room was not clean.

TERRIBLE! Moldy, terrible service, 1 towel per room, no coffee pot, mold in the bath tub, shower head popped off and hit me in the head, was only given half a roll of toilet paper, roaches and spiders! We told them to please fix the shower head and they kicked us out! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!

The room obviously had been flooded. Trash lined the stairs and walkways. Carpet was clean but was old and unraveling in spots plus was badly stained. Bathroom was not ready for guests. Owners should be ashamed to charge the rates they are. Also they should get a copy of the laws pertaining to service animals and hotels.

They get a F, their open for business when they should be condemned or just close until after all renovation. It's should be considered none liveable.

Love it view the beach and cleaning in the room but cold air conditioning real good!

Pass it on by don't stop. Don't waste your money. Rooms are beyond help and they have to go searching for everything. Sheets, trash towels with dark spots. Just don't waste your money. Its in a prime location by the water but still you could pay the same price for a much better room.

The are air conditioned the room was kind of clean. It has a refrigerator, microwave and lamps.

, As they say, you get what you pay for. Seems like they are remodeling, A. C. Works great which is a big plus in this heat. Its musty but what do you expect, right next to the water. Rooms are decent & the staff is great. The views are Beautiful from my room.

Very unorganized I reserved a room a week in advance and they sold it. Me and my 2 kids stayed stuck without a room until the following morning.

The outside appeared a little bit run down but overall nice location next to the water, I did not go inside just visited a friend.

Great low rates. Good for extended stay rental.

Guacala! I stayed there from 16-28 May 2016. And I do not think very high of the hotel, management or staff. Here is why: 1. No Wi-Fi in almost 2 weeks. I complained several times, the front desk lady admitted that other guests had complained, and the Wi-Fi was never fixed. 2. Dirty, rusted doors and roaches. 3. Some furniture is old and falling apart. 4. Carpet is old and stained. 5. Pillows and bed were old. 6. Walkways are filthy. 7. Laundry service is $15 per load. 8. Coffee was rare. Looked like tea. 9. Parking lot has pot holes all over the place. 10. Cleaning lady took the small left over roll of TP and did not leave any TP. 11. Towels had deep stains. I wish I could post pictures! 12. I was not given the 15% discount NOR the room upgrade when I presented my "rewards program" member card (601404395). If you have any additional question, I will be happy to answer if I can.

Price is good for the weekly rate. Room is ok in size. Bathroom is bad and the pillows are old and flat.

Worst place to ever stay even those 2 hour hotels that rent for 2 hours for hookers are way better! By far the worst and I've seen bad.

Not give you less because there are no bad service there are chinchis cockroaches is a disgusting otel.

Should be renamed to Americas WORST Value Inn. Two words, Rust & Mold. The rusted doors should've gave me a hint in the beginning. Carpet is dirty and has a pungent smell. Internet signal sucks. They seem to have a fly problem. Do yourself a favor if you must stay, bring our own Lysol. Only good thing about this motel is the fishing spot.

This hotel is ridiculous. I put an employee in there for a work trip and they sent me a video of bugs on their sheets. I called the front desk and let them know my employee will be checking out early because the room was filthy and asked them to cancel and refund the remaining portion of the reservation. The lady on the phone told me flat out "no" they wouldn't refund it. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. If you want to stay at a filthy place with HORRIBLE customer service, this is a great one!

Nothing to like about this place. Right by the highway. Very noisy. Internet never worked. There was a used condom in my room when I checked in. Roaches. Bugs. The sheets don't fit the bed. The staff is rude and confrontational.

Mold everywhere. Trash also. Rooms had a stench about it. No lock on window. People who cleans the rooms are thieves amd canot be trusted.
