I do not recommend staying here I reserved a room on hotels.

The staff is wonderful! I asked the front desk lady if she would be kind enough to take our picture in front of the fireplace, I now have beautiful pictures of us together! Such a treasure to have. The young lady made it a perfect experience and safe too, using gloves and physical distance. My mom and I were staying so we could rest after shopping, we’re both older than the dinosaurs. I didn’t get her name, but I’m so grateful for her today. 12-13-2020

My friend stayed there and I went to see it one time it was so clean and they have coffee all the time and plenty of parking! Plus this hotel is around shopping plaza. You guys are doing great job.

I was there for a recognition event as well as a team meeting. It was a great venue. Everything looked very nice.

Very clean, friendly staff, professional environment. Conference Center / Meeting Rooms are very nice, accommodating, and well maintained. I attend meetings here weekly and am never disappointed!

The work related event I was there for didn't require me to have much contact with the staff or really any employees, so I can't really speak to that, but I can speak to how clean the space we used was and how well maintained the facility was altogether. Fantastic in those areas. And the location is great in terms of being near stores and other businesses.

The location was very convenient, within driving distance of some nice restaurants. There wasn't a lot of traffic, even with the construction. The staff was pleasant enough. The wait staff were not as attentive during breakfast as they should have been. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel waa very clean and comfortable. What made it 5 stars, however, was the kindness and helpfulness of the hotel staff. Thank you for making our stay easier!

Great hotel! No complaints. LaTonya at the front desk was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed. We had drinks at the bar Mia and Michael were the best. If I ever visit Pearland again I'll definitely stay here!

Our stay was nice and comfortable. The staff was very kind and accommodated our family very well. I would recommend this location to anyone. Good customer service is not always easy to find.

I picked one star because it was the lowest that I could! I was so excited about my stay at this place for my birthday weekend. When I got there it was a freaking nightmare! They treated me like trash! I was so embarrassed I just couldn't believe it. When I finally got in the stale smelling room the first thing I see is a ROACH! This has ruined my whole Birthday…

Good for the business traveler — located right off of the freeway in the Shadow Creek Ranch area of Pearland. There is lobby bar which is nice; prices are ridiculous — $27 for one glass of wine and a whiskey sour. We attended a banquet in one of the ballrooms. The food was far from anything I would wire home about. The lasagna consisted of noodle, neat, and sauce. The bread was stale. Rooms are standard. Decor is acceptable. Pool is tiny.

Nice hotel in the middle of Pearland. Around 10 miles from downtown Houston. Service was excellent and rooms were clean and large. The food was excellent. Their gym was spacious and has a ton of equipment. The pool was clean and large enough for family use.

Great staff… terrible room. Pillows some of the worst I've had to use. Very poor sleep! Black mold in bathroom shower… REALLY? Black MOLD! Breakfast was entertaining for all the wrong reasons. About half the tables were left messy greatly limiting where to sit. Set up like a buffet but it wasn't and what they're doing isn't working. Understaffed by 1 or 2, no bus person, waited >5 min. For coffee refills… when we complained all the managers came out to help. They were all very friendly but the breakfast is poorly managed. If I ever return to the area, I'll find another hotel.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. But, I'm still not a big fan of the adjustable foam beds.

Great experience. Rooms were clean and well kept. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Restaurant and bar were top notch. Highly recommend this place.

The staff has been absolutely fantastic, helping with things we forgot at home but needed to care for our 6 month old, and going well above and beyond in bad situations, making the stay just effortless for us.

A very nice clean hotel and we were treated very nicely. Nice bed & room plus good well lit parking. No problems at all except the shower water pressure could've been better.

There for a community celebration with St Mary's UMC, off Scott Street. First time meeting the organization, but good people authentically committed to the work of God in the community. The bit of the hotel I saw was nicely maintained. The lounge/bar looked swanky and nice. The ballroom we attended was reasonably furnished. The sound system was unfortunately below par, making it difficult to hear and understand the guest speakers, but the staff was kind and courteous, and the food was unexpectedly good. I didn't stay at the hotel, but after that brief visit, I would definitely stay if I were a visitor to the area.

I went to this location to watch a powerlifting meet. It was held in the conference center which was a pretty big room that could hold many different events. The lobby of the hotel was also very nice and had plenty of places to rest.

I attended a competition for weight lifters. My daughter was competing. The staff seemed friendly and accommodating. The room where the event took place was adequate.

Right off the bat, this hotel received 3 stars because of their ventilation! Our bathroom and room smelled of (strong) cigarette smoke the entire time. It started very faint, then increased in strength throughput the day (possibly because more cigarettes we're being lit). If you've ever visited a billiard hall, then that is what it was like in the room. I soon brought it to the attention of the front desk and they seemed concerned, but nothing was done to resolve it and we just had to endure the smell and exhaust a can of febreeze. Other than that, the hotel was actually very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place was very clean. The room itself was nice and the shower pressure was top notch.

Clean and well maintained. Breakfast included decent fruit and featured made to order omlets.

The hotel was nice, as was the room, but ran into the I believe GM (Tony something) and absolutely rude. I do not know if it was his off day, but definitely not ok, especially for a hospitality environment. The location is great, employees helpful, hopefully corporate does something about management.

The Hilton Garden inn was very nice. We had a gala there last week. They have a nice ball and meeting room.

Absolutley beautiful hotel! The lobby was decorated so modern and tasteful. Staff at front desk was very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean and care was definitely shown to make it so. I love the updated shower with the clear glass doors, never liked the old pull curtains! We didn't eat breakfast but it smelled wonderful and we were very impressed with the layout, selections and a chef! As well, the pool area looked like a place I would like to spend some time. We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome place to stay and work! They have a made to order breakfast in the morning and It is wonderful. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They have a very nice pool and jacuzzi!.

Great selection and service for a breakfast buffet less than $13. Very clean, modern and most importantly free parking! I like their free healthy infused water, coffee and tea available in their spacious lobby. Spacious rooms have microwave, coffee maker, neutrogena products and a mattress that adjusts to your firmness needs.

Very nice hotel. Great rate ($97) for a Hilton Garden Inn. Clean and nicely done. Of course an outdoor pool. I ate dinner there and can say great food and service. I would stay here again.

Was at a professional meeting. Conference room next to us was very loud and interrupted our meeting. Otherwise seems to be a nice place.

The staff was very easy to work with and the dinner that was served was prepared very well. Everything went well with the event with no issues. The hotel staff was extremely helpful with the staging of the conference rooms.

I was in the ballroom for a function honoring the top 20 graduates from the class of 2016 at the high school I work. The room was cozy, if a bit tight with so many people. The mic was not working during the first half of the presentations which dampened the effect. The food was subpar. We had chicken, mashed potatoes, and green beans. All was extremely salty.

The location is cool … im from l. A. So im used to more scenery but its fine. There is tape on the back of my remote control for the tv … not too psyched about that. But it is near a lot of food places, cvs and liquor stores.

My go to place when I'm in Houston. Away from the overcrowded galleria and near some good eats.

The staff is what makes this place the best place to stay. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and they even took the time to remember my name. I will always choose to stay here. The only thing I would change is the breakfast options. I wish they had more variety since we stayed one whole week, we got a little tired of the same thing. But the quality of the food is really good.

I got in later than expected and the room I selected with e-checkin had been issued to someone else. They quickly got my family into another room with more space and free breakfast. All of this was offered rather than me asking for it.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The room was immaculate. Everything looked extremely clean and crisp. The room even smelled great. I am definitely going to choose Hilton's in the future!

The manager was wonderful. There is a corporate reservation service and in between our phone call to the front desk and reserving it with the corporate reservation someone walked into the hotel and reserved the room in person. So when we got there the last room in the hotel was taken. The manager spoke with us and told us the situation. He accommodated us very well. Found the nearest hilton and offered one complementary room if we were to come back and stay. He was fantastic and very hospitable. We stayed there the following night and love our stay. Manager is great.
