Very friendly staff and efficient with check-in and out process. The hotel was clean. The only reason for 4 stars is due to the beds. The mattress was hard and the sheets were rough and seemed to be well worn.

This hotel is a full of staff that is willing to help you. The breakfast is over at 9:00 which is a reasonable ending Time. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has a family that wants to visit them.

Very satisfied with this hotel. Karen Mobley at the front desk could not have been nicer. She was very professional and courteous. We have never been to a hotel with such a wonderful employee. Was a little hard to find the hotel entrance as you have to drive through another hotel to get to it. Breakfast was good with a large selection of items.

Stayed 3 nights in double room. Asked for extra blanket but they were out. 4th night booked suite after plans to leave town fell through … paid more for suite … no linens on pull out sofa. Told they had a full house and no blankets. Only sheets … front desk could not reach manager … was told to write review or “whatever, but they there were no more blankets because they had a full house”. After threatening to write poor review, received call back that manager was bringing key to upstairs storage room to check for blankets … amazingly he front desk clerk showed up with blankets. Then brought one sheet and one blanket. Had to go downstairs for a bottom sheet. Within 5 minutes front desk clerk called and said their was a noise complaint from directly from below my room … my boys we’re playing uno waiting for their bed to be made … baseball boys running up and down the hall but called mine … just livid! Wish I had booked our room somewhere else.

This a great facility. King suite with a fold out was a great space and a very comfortable rest. Warm continental breakfast was delicious. The hotel was full so there was a shortage of extra blankets and towels. Everything else was great.

The management and staff were great, made new friends. Everything from checking, through breakfast and checking out, it was a great experience. My wife and I would definitely stay there when in the area again! Thanks!

The desk manager is very rude. Refrigerate didnt work gate on pool is missed up you get lock in and have to wait for someone to let you out Handicap left at pool don't work and was told nobody cares the law says they have to have it I will never stay here again.

Clean, and friendly. Beds so hard I couldn't rest. We ask when booking for the softest bed they had. Boy didn't get that this time it was hard, real hard.

Staff was excellent, I arrived late at night and the front desk staff was courteous and understanding. Staff was gracious enough to allow a late check out. The beds were comfortable! Very clean inside and out! The location is difficult to navigate, you really have to pay attention to the street signs. I slept in both days I stayed so I did not get to experience the breakfast.

Place cleaned good service I recommend it.

Karen and the other young lady were great at the desk. I forgot stuff and they even let me stay late when a situation happened. Stay here if your in the area.

Customer service was great thanks to the front girl Kim who went above and beyond to Accommodate me and my wife. The personable and friendly front desk along with the adequate and comfortable accommodations bring us back anytime We are inthe area. Literally been to every hotel up and down 59 over the last few years and I got to say that Kim and the Best Western has my only five Star vote…

Beautiful, clean rooms. Wonderful staff. Whoever is taking care of the breakfast area is doing a truly wonderful job. Everything was clean and stocked every morning… no matter how busy the kitchen was.

For a realatively new facility it could be better. It was clean. But there were minor maintenance issues like toilet water running unless you wiggled flush valve. Chipped paint inadequate bathroom exhaust fan. Definetly needs better sound proofing. Bed was comfortable. I do not recommend the breakfast. The coffee was good. But in consideration for the price. It was acceptable.

Hotel stay was great with a very clean room and comfortable bed. It was quiet overnight which is a real plus for a location so convenient to the Houston freeways. Breakfast was better than most and the staff was super.

Excellent hotel to for the traveler or for someone wishing to spend a few days in the area. The staff is professional, helpful and friendly, and hotel cleanliness is second to none. Great place to stay!

Roachs, smells bad, no Ac! End up in a room with a small couch, poor receptionist did her best but not worth it at all. I ask for my money back and I was going to leave and they say couldn’t be done even if I just got there and seeing a bunch of small roachs running around after turning The room light on. Don’t go.

Older hotel that is well taken care of. Bkf is hot and normal fare. Linens are crisp and clean. Towels are large and fluffy. Housekeeping gets 5 stars. Staff is friendly. Stayed 3 nights.

Came here a few weeks ago when we flooded. Front desk people were awesome room service was awesome and even the kitchen people were awesome and brought us more food and juice out when we were late to breakfast! Definitely recommend this place!

We arrived at the Hotel and the first night we were greeted like we had a very long journey. The front desk had a picture of Johnny Cash and Elvis. We were at home. We love Elivs and the music of Johnny Cash and Elvis. We had more than enough hospitlity and a shoulder to cry on for our worries about our beloved home we lost. The staff was so kind to have dinner and breakfast and the relaxation was the best ive ever recieved.

This is our go to place when we visit our kids in Kingwood. It is clean, quiet and has everything we need to be comfortable when we are away from home. We have rented rooms there for many years for us and our kids and friends. Highly recommend it.

Big Rooms, decent price, kind of hard to find the entrance to the property since it is right next to a La Quinta. Area is safe. Easy access to highway.

Ok I stayed here last night had a great time thank you clean room and pool Karen was great and so was Tony.

We love Best Western Hotels very much. The location of New Caney Texas @ Community Drive is perfect for us. This Hotel has some of the best staff & Room needs, regarding Handicapped Accessible Rooms it ranks Excellent 5 + + + Stars. It has plenty of room for a person in a Power Wheelchair, easy in & out of the restroom, it can't be beat for the size, IE: Bathroom & Sleeping Room. I will & have recommended this location for other future stays & to other individuals who needs a room! Excellent Job Best Western.

Wow! Beautiful hotel, great breakfast buffet, super large rooms, lots of pillows, TWO TVs in the room. I'm sorry I was only there for two nights.

Update: Billy at Best Western New Caney has done it again! He has added a new member (Ryan) to the already awesome staff. We stay there for work quite often. The staff members we mostly get to see are Karen, Tony, and now Ryan. They all go out of their way to make you feel like part of their "family". By far one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The rooms are super nice and clean. The staff is the best they really treat you like family. This hotel deserves way more stars than its been given.

Have been staying at this hotel once a week for months. Most definitely my favorite hotel of any I've ever stayed at. My second time there the manager on duty, Karen, made me feel so at home, SHE IS AMAZING! Definitely recommend this hotel to any and all visitors! The best of any in that area!

OK so I had to drive into spring TEXAS, for a funeral and the closest 4⛤ hotel was this 1, how they became a 4⛤is beyond me. They offer absolutely no help, it smells like sewer, the maid staff is not around, also DO NOT WALK AROUND DURING THE EVENING BECAUSE THEIR IS NO SECURITY, when I was about to finally lay down I pulled the sheets and that was the last straw for me, bugs 3-4 bugs, I go down to the desk @ close to 12am, and they want for me to pack up and move to another room, because they have no maid service. I had to be up and out of the hotel in less than 6hrs, but the assistant manager did not know how to change the sheets, she also told me that they had been having trouble with bugs and a hard time keeping a full staff. People had complained to the manager but he had done nothing about it and this was going on for months, at checkout I told the manager what happened that night and he did nothing I still have pictures of what was in my bed and wld share it at any time.

By far one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The rooms are super nice and clean. The staff is the best they really treat you like family. This hotel deserves way more stars than its been given.

I give this hotel 3 stars because I made a reservation on a Sunday evening for a 2 night stay. Mon and Tues of course, so then we're told that there might be an extra fee due to check in being at 3 pm, (got there at 5am since I work overnight) which for me makes no sense since most Best Western check ins are either at 8 or 12 noon (then again this one is independently owned). The receptionist from the hotel let me know that there would be an extra charge which ended up being 50$ extra plus tax on top of what I was paying for 2 nights plus tax. It aggravated me because then the receptionist has the nerve to tell me that another employee would've just charged me for another night instead as if he was giving me a decent discount. 2nd problem I had was that my room smelled like smoke (btw its a non smoking hotel, period), and my 3rd problem was that the mini fridge didnt work. Other than that, clean, spacious, and quiet.

Simple place to rest your head. Got a deal on it, clean place.

Terrific stay. Not only is the facility very comfortable, but the staff bends over backward to make sure you are taken care of.

Extremely Nice Best Western! Very clean and brand new. People are friendly. Pretty good rates too.
