To begin with the room was dirty, not only that but dirty towels, there was trash left in the room and showers. Pretty much seemed like it wasn’t cleaned properly. Than the next encounter we dealt with was about 4 hrs after check-in all our food got spoiled due to the refrigerator not working. Ruined our birthday cake as well as other food items.
Than the staff was really rude In regards to the pool.
Than the big kicker is our A/C went out and it nearly took them from around 3 am when it went out till 3pm the following day to fix the issue. (We waited around because we had valuables and you can never be to safe).
Our whole day was ruined due to staff not coming to address the issues mind you it got over 85 degrees inside our condo. We had to call 3 times to get someone over to fix it, because front desk said the guy who takes care of it was in the tractor. Which is completely unexceptional! We paid good money for not having immediate service to our issues. Finally they maintenance supervisor Names Jeremy who was actually nice & honest, but he did give a list of excuses as to why the A/C & Refrigerator had issues. He pretty much told us it happens often (which I have on video). If that’s the case why do the keep renting the condos if there not working properly.
Also not to mention the rooms are very dated even to the fact that there’s a hole in the floor but it was covers with flooring and you can’t definitely feel it when you walk over it and it feels as if your gonna fall through the subfloor.
I will peruse this matter and expect some kind of credit (which the said I would get $100 credit and we paid $1, 000 a night. So you tell me is this customer service and taking care of your valued customer. I think not! We were in 321/321
