Very good place. I was surprised at how clean it was for our short stay. If you have to stay in a motel, this is the only one I would stay at. If there are no Air B&Bs, this place is decent for your stay and is close to food places. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly, house keeping came every morning.

The staff was very helpful during our evacuation stay there. Friendly and hospitable. Love to go back on a vacation stay.

Stayed here while in town buying property, doesnt have smoking rooms but only hotel in town. Desk girl was very nice, but there were kids running all over while adults were hostinh babyshower. Desk apologized tho. Went to enjoy pool and HOTtub thats advertized only to find very cold wayer in both. Girl at desk said heater didnt work, I saw earlier comment that it also didnt work several months ago. I step outside to have smoke before going to bed around 9:30 to find people hanging out that were not guest at hotel with little kids running and screaming and someone screaming for them to shut the F up. Not a good thinh for guest to see pulling up. I think if things that are amenities dont work such as hot tub and cold pool they should cut the price of $93 some. Plus was told the charge of the room safe is added on and if you dont use it the $1.50 will be reimbursed when you leave. I know its not alot but wonder how many $1.50's they get because people forget to get it back. Adds up. Should ask if you need use of safe 1st. I do have to admit, friendly staff and clean, just not worth the price. You cant blame the help for the things that dont work or the outside problems, the management should get things under control.

You get what you pay for here if your in a pinch it's not super bad but if you can go some were else I recommend to try college station area or Brenham.

You get what you pay for not awful also not a 5 star truck parking is a huge plus if you drive a semi.

Love this place! Rooms are nice and clean but it's the staff that makes it just awesome! Looking forward to coming back.

Best staff I have ever seen, especially the manager Stacie. We stayed for 2 weeks on a family business trip. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, both very clean and well maintained. Sheets changed every other day. In room safe available. Rooms clean and in very good shape. We were there when there was many guest and all the staff went above and beyond with guest to make them comfortable and happy. Will definitely be staying there anytime we are even close to the area!

Excellent place to stay. The prices are great. It's located just down the road from the lake. You can get to anything in town in a matter of minutes. The staff is very polite and tends to your every need. Within walking distance to an awesome Steak and Seafood place with a 24 hour gas station with a subway. I would strongly recommend this hotel but you better book fast and early they are full a lot due to the location and the type of employees the have. Also the indoor pool is nice and quiet for rest and relaxation. Thank You to the girls at Americas Best Value Inn.
