Could use an update. The guy at the desk that checked me in was very personable. Probably the best I've had since Monday. I've been in hotels for a week. Its clean but older.

I liked it very much, very clean and good attention.

Spent one night here and had a great experience rooms were nice and clean and very friendly/helpful staff everything worked except the vending machines. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there was a vending machine conveniently close by but unfortunately it was not stocked.

One of the waitresses there she's really pretty and Laura she's got an adorable smile and those eyes so Laura if you're reading this hook me up with a girl in the morning that makes the breakfast.

The staff is terrible. I never write bad reviews. This is the first ever. When I called and told her I was a platinum member, she immediately told me I couldn’t stay. I went on BW site (not Expedia or Travelocity etc… and they had regular and upgraded rooms). I asked her to honor the program and she declined. This is a program for your most loyal customers and we are the ones treated the worst. I was wanting to rent them both and just be given my upgrade and Laura Gomez told me that she refused to give me her last room. It would have been less than a $40 discount. And I would’ve paid for both. I just wish that loyalty ran both ways.

I pulled the covers back, found hair on the fitted sheet and the top sheet. The clerk was not about to change my sheets which I didn't ask her too. Which made her attitude oblivious. I asked for a set of clean sheets. The sheets she brought had hair on them as well. And I took pics to prove it, after the clerk came to my room to see for herself. Plus she tried to over charge me for my room. Hotels. Com solved that problem for me.

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast excellent with lots of choices.

This was a fairly new hotel, so everything was in great condition. It is located in the center of town and conveniently near food choices. It has an indoor pool.

We had booked a room for a family reunion, it was a totally nightmare! We booked directly with the hotel and book for 2nights hotel ended up calling us while we were out once we talk to them on the phone they apologized for the confusion when they thought we were only staying one night. Once we got back they had completely removed all are items from the room put stuff in trash bags. Bad enough they packed our stuff up but they did a horrible job! Stuff was damaged. Girl at front desk gave 3 different stories as to why this happen, 1st story she came to work ask what with this stuff in back office was told customer will come and get. 2 nd story we had been contacted and that the person who called us confrim we only wanted one night and will come by and pick up stuff. 3rd story we never answer Phn so they removed our stuff. Than she said if we would have came earlier than she wouldn’t have check some People in. Girl at the desk wouldn’t give her name she just keep excusing herself to go cry in back room (hope she not ahope she not a assistant manager) her behavior was so unprofessional she didn’t know how to print any receipts out, she keep crying, she didn’t know how to conduct herself, she keep saying she called a manager and was told to get info the manger would call us back on Monday. Like really you are leaving us with out a room and not at all willing to get on the phone? The manager having some kid relay info instead of coming to the hotel or getting on the phone?

Great hotel. Good breakfast. Terrible pillows. Half sized and rock hard.

The staff was awesome… I always stay there when I visit family.

We stayed at this location for about a week while waiting on our house to close, and I have to say what a friendly staff and very helpful as well. We arrived on one of there customer appreciation days and received great food and free beer. Had an amazing time in the pool with my daughters. Would defiantly recommend a stay here.

Pleasantly surprised! If staying in Seminole stay at the hotel! Breakfast is wonderful, staff is hospitable and the rooms are fantastic!

I slept very well in this hotel. The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean. I'll be staying here again should work bring me back this way.

Decent for a one day stay. Noisy thin walls but very clean and fantastic full free breakfast.

The hotel itself is decent however out of the 11 people I work with that all had rooms here THREE of us had property stolen from our rooms over a 9 day stay. I travel a LOT and stay in hotels 6 months out if the year or more. This is the ONLY hotel cleaning staff I have had that consistently messed with/moved my private property (laptop, tablet, clothing, address book, headphones ect ect) while cleaning our rooms. Management still hasn't resolved or really even addressed the issue so its time to get the corporate office involved.

Staff was very friendly from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Rooms were very nice and clean. Pool was well kept and clean as well. Overall a great experience.

The manager is extremely unprofessional and rude to say the very least. I worked here a little and decided it wasn't for me. I very politely thanked her for the opportunity and apologized, however she refused to give me my check for the days I worked. After she was rude to me and ignored me, my brother contacted her, she avoided him for days.   Finally she responded and then threatened to call the cops for harrassment.  I have reported her to corporate and I will never recommend this hotel to my friends and family out of state. I'm still in disbelief how childish and unprofessional the manager is.

Hotel facilities were very nice/new. Television did not work in room and staff made no attempt to fix it outside of stating it was the HDMI cable and they did not have a replacement. How does a hotel not have a replacement HDMI cable… unless the rooms were 100% booked, a cable could have been taken from an unoccupied room if nothing else. It’s the little things that make all the difference.

Great breakfast! Very nice rooms, beds and staff.

This was a very short advanced booking. My high school team was traveling for a playoff game and we needed 7 rooms. From booking to checkout, the service was impeccable. The staff was extremely helpful, and friendly and it clearly was authentic. It is clear that they love their jobs and that they love to make you feel cared for. Prior to arrival we were checked in with room keys ready, making establishing room arrangements simplistic and efficient. The provided us a room for study hall and walk through and a late checkout to accommodate our schedule. The Best Western chain needs to give each member of this staff a raise, they definitely make the face of the hotel look great!

Plus? Ain't nothing plus about it. Only had sausage for breakfast they didn't make anything else that was on the menu. The Breakfast room floors are dirty the counter tops were dirty. And the a. C. Wouldn't even stay on. No "plus" rating here.

Everything about this place is absolutely amazing! From nice smiling faces, to food, the swimming pool, and nice rooms I would definitely highly recommend staying here!

Very clean and friendly staff. They offer a crib when they found out we had a little one. Definitely the best place to stay at. Also very thankful for all the breakfast options they give!

This location is great. Cooked to order eggs with all the other breakfast items is a great way to start the day. Comfortable bed and linens make for a great night's sleep. My expectations were exceeded.

Bed had hair, toliet had blood, tub had hair, front desk gave key twice to new guest when we were already checked in that room, front desk didnt have uniform or name tages, tried checking out at 3 am but fd clerk was asleep. Missing wallet and tried to contact gm for 3 days and when I did she said I should understand things like this happen. Never again.

Met a coworker there. Nice, clean entrance and hallways. Room looked nice. Internet worked fine.

Very clean and flexible/competitive on pricing. Pet friendly and very professional staff. Honestly one of the best stays I've had in a Texas hotel. 100% worth the stay.

Love the breakfast and beds! Great place I just wish there was a place to sit outside and maybe have a big door or outside pool it was warm.

I have been coming to Seminole for business for years. Usually, I did stay about 30 miles away and drove back and forth every day. That has ended because of the BW. Solidly built, well maintained, clean and a great breakfast. In short, effortless. This has caused me to look at other BW hotels when I travel rather than the larger chains. I will keep staying here when on business in the area. Great property.

By far the best handicap accessible hotel I have ever stayed at. Shower with a built in shower chair that folds down — most hotels don't have a slip mat and that gives you a mind of safety you won't slip. The shower bars very helpful. Beds very comfortable — since I'm a Rewards member I get the best rates and courteous and professional check in — the only negative was this visit their hot tub wasn't hot it was putting out cold water. Was looking forward to sitting in it after our drive. Great location!

Only reason I didn't give a 5 was AC. Inadequate the way they have it set up, We checked in after midnight and it took several hours for room to cool down.
Everything else was a 10. Polite, Curtious, Neat and Clean. Breakfast was the best of any place I've stayed, bar none. Especially the custom cooked to Your desire eggs that Mrs Mary done for Us was way over the top. I would stay again just for that. Mary gets an 11. Mary is the Omelet Queen!

Terrible service! I was told I would be getting a refund because we weren't staying for a second night due to an emergency. Manager told me he would not honor it. Staff was very rude and unprofessional. One of the "employees" was sitting in the lobby (while on duty) on her phone and with her kid and friend. There was a line at the front desk and she wouldn't get up to help. I asked for the name and contact info for the owner and they refused to give it to me. They didn't want me to tell the owner what was going on at this location. Stay elsewhere. There are other hotels in Seminole. Don't waste your money at this place unless you want the headache.

I travel Texas weekly for my job. Staying in hotels five and six nights a week. I actually didn't know that Seminole had any hotels at all. But found this one on the internet. I stay at Best Western Plus quite often. But this one is above and beyond any others that I have stayed at. From the minute that we walked in the door, we were greeted with a warm smile and great professionalism. Laci and Fabi are two of the most polite people that I have encountered at any hotel. Many hotels offer breakfast, but this is the only one that I've ever seen that offered a, complimentary, managers appreciation dinner. And a free beer to top it off. Thanks Fabi for a great meal and, over all great experience. I will DEFINITELY be back.

I stayed here for a year because I was there for work. They have the best made to order eggs for breakfast. The staff was very helpful and kind. The management was very helpful during our stay. Best hotel ever.

The staff are super friendly/helpful plus they are very accommodating of your dogs. The breakfast is also WAY better than the Wingate's. Definitely the best hotel in Seminole!

My room had bed bugs. I got several bites on me. I had to get rid of those clothes. Staff was nice and polite though.

Chris is the best customer service provider and all staff have been extremely nice and welcoming.

Great new motel nice friendly staff would have given a full 5 star except for there thin walls and uneven adjoining room doors (there was an inch gap that you could look into the next room if you looked under the door) we got called in for noise when the TV volume was on 9 but other than that a great Hotel.
