The indoor swimming pool and hot tub was a hit for my 3 kid's.

Awesome place. It is super quiet and peaceful in a nice neighbor.

Drove six hours just to be treated like crap. This place is a complete joke. The front desk manager told us she was the only manager but refused to do her job and remedy the situation even though it was her employees fault. The entire hotel smelled like rotten trash anyway.

We booked on Priceline, only after being advised to by a staff member. After repeatedly asking the staff member if we were getting the room we desired, we drive 6 hours to get to the hotel to find out we were not getting what was promised. Front desk clerk was rude and did NOTHING to remedy the situation except tell us we needed to pay for an additional room. She was ZERO help. While we were trying to figure things out, a gentleman approached one of us and told us he was the front desk clerk’s boyfriend, and he thanked us for being nice to his girlfriend and not to worry. He said she would probably just give us the room she let him use to simply shower. She didn’t. Also, the “wrong” room had a bag of trash hidden in a cabinet that was leaking and smelled horribly. Would not EVER recommend this hotel to anyone!

I have never been in a hotel so poorly cared foe in my entire life. As a Housekeeping Supervisor with another brand I was greatly disappointed. We found dirty sheets, hair on counter tops, crumbs in drawers, food on carpets in 3 rooms they moved us to. Dont believe me? I took video and photos. I never expected this from a Red Lion brand. It was. Worse than staying and a shabby mom and pop run down hotel. When I spoke to the manager and showed the manager she didnt apologize but just gave me excuses why it was dirty. When I asked for a refund she said she didnt have that authority. So she lied saying she was the General Manager then she couldnt help me. Worst customer service experience ever! Dont stay here!

Great place to stay at no complaints from me love the hot tub.

Instead of working with us on a dispute if payment from Expedia, we were removed from the premises by a police officer who eventually were in our side. They refuse to have discussions about problems and would rather call the police. We are good people and were made to feel like criminals today.

Room is really dirty. Waited in bar for over an hour just for a hamburger. They said “well the kitchen wasn’t open yet” But I ordered at 6 pm and it’s been open since 5? Another Lady left after never getting her food! Maybe the three girls standing behind the bars for the whole 6 patrons in here should go back there and help? Ridiculous. This is my second time here and same issues. I will never come back.

“Ann” at the front Desk is extremely rude. Rooms are “okay” after changing rooms due to “BED BUGS”. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone even if you have the lowest standards! The only good thing is the breakfast. Red Lion San Angelo TWO THUMBS DOWN! Lower than 1 star! Don’t wast your time or money at this place. (Oh Lisa from the front desk is nice and deserves a raise, she seems to be trying to keep this place afloat because it’s definitely sinking)!

This time an point. My son passed away the staff an kitchen staff as well. We're a very big help to me an ms. Lisa did a exclint job. Even housekeeping was really great. So I will be staying there more often… thank you guys red Lion of San Angelo tx.

Awesome folk who work here! food is good too! but the staff was freaking AWESOME! WE will b goin back!
