Lovely beach! Condo are a bit dated and not too fancy but the access to the beach is awesome. Here in mid-May it’s not too crowded, and the ocean breeze is awesome. Love it.

Resort has well maintained pools, hot tubs and grounds. Condos are Clean, quiet with comfy bed and staff is really patient. Right on the beach. Love this place!

It's a good hotel. The only thing I'd like is for me to have a playroom.

Weather has not been in our favor. Only 3 out of 10 days have been warm and sunny enough to sit by the pool. Winds have been above 25 mph and gusting even higher. Beach is not very inviting, hard sand and not many shells. Nice pools but hot tubs could use some mantainence. Even though we didn't use them, the tennis courts look amazing.

It was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was some kind of water problem and the room smelled like a sewer when we got there. They treated it, several times, and it was livable. However, they knew the problem was there and they should not have made us deal with it at all. Room was nicely laid out for handicap people, especially the bathroom. The room had some ocean view but it was much further from the water than I expected. Day staff was helpful and nice. Not thrilled with the night person.

There's a lot of maintenance left. But the size of the rooms is fine.

Open the door and got sick. Very musty, urine smell in room. Hot water was grey is had a sulphur rotten eggs smell. Took several hours of running to clear hot water tank. Very frustrating not be able to shower and not enough hot water for 7 people. But hey there's elevators. This was where we were moved too because 1st condominium place didn't mark us reserving handicap need.

The front desk has been very nice and helpful. The hot tub and pools are great The outside is very clean.

Very quiet location and the rooms were comfortable and well maintained. Only issue was the smell of sewage outside.

The beds were comfortable the floors needed updating look like they had roaches laying all over them but turned out it was chips in the tile. The smell going into the place was horrendous smell like raw sewage. But that went away after about 5 days. Most of the furniture could really use updating. I wasn't really impressed by the place.

Great spot with Saida Towers. 3 pools 2 hot tubs massive property. In summer lots of kids and families. In March Inertia Tours Spring Break travel has all their student groups here.

Check in time is way too late & check out time is way too early. Great pools, jacuzzis, & bar.

We stayed at an awesome 2/2 with a great view. Pet friendly. Dog loved it. Daddy lived whiskey shack by big pool.

The RB&TC is close to wide, clean beaches, it has three tennis courts, three large pools, mini heated dipping pools, an on-site drinks shack, a hamburger shack, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious and clean and well-priced. We will keep coming back.

They have 3 pools and plenty of lounge chairs. Family friendly. The beach access is nice. The view from the 10th floor condo was so nice. I really enjoyed the balcony. The only thing is that our condo was outdated. But it was a very pleasant experience overall.

Nice and simple resort. Very good staff and family friendly.

Respectful security guards. Go to visit my friends so I don't use the amenities. Except the swimming pools. Several pools to choose from. Bonus… lots of Pokémon around!

PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE! We stayed here for spring break and it was absolutely terrible. For starters the staff is awful, they do not care about there customers at all. No safe in the room and on our first day we had our room broke into and robbed. Management did not show a care in the world and told us we could leave if we didnt feel safe. Parking is awful and they show absolutely no respect to anyone. We were one of many who had our rooms broke into and the hotel pretty much told us to screw off. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not stay here. It is very cheap for a reason.

Nice right next to the beach so I like it very mutch.

Pros: Great view of the beach and right on the shoreline. Good location. Had no problem with parking. Was placed a sign on dashboard and told I could park anywhere. Cons: Poor upkeep. Furniture looks like they were picked up from Goodwill. Old painting and decorations. Sinks/showers clog up. Faucets leak. Towels and bedsheets do not get replaced during your stay. Hotel offers detergent for you to do your own washing. After washing bedsheets and bed covers and feeling the clean smell of Tide, I realized these people have probably never cleaned the bed covers. Had to request refills for some cleaning products and had to go down 14 floors to pick up because they don't deliver. Internet was intermittent and signal was poor. Would recommend to look elsewhere. Only make reservations if you are desperate or have no other place to stay. For those of us that paid thousands of dollars for a timeshare, it is depressing to see that my money went to a place that looks worse than a "Motel 6. " Giving 2 star since I'm sure there's always worse out there.

I have a timeshare here for 10 years. Only complaint is the up keep of the rooms. However currently undergoing upgrades to new furniture appliances and tv. They tend to put these upgrades off as long as they can. Grounds well maintained and staff is friendly. Beach is vey nice. Bar and food grill poolside is vey good. Internet is free but erratic probably due to the buildings. I recommend this resort.
