Incredible staff, wonderful stay! Everyone was so accommodating.

Have had a wonderful time here. The hotel staff has been amazing and the facilities are clean and comfortable.

Ants in room all over bed, room was not available at 3:45 when check in time was 3:00! Manager did take the time to help and get us into a new room but I will not stay here again!

Loved my breakfast, they served sausage and gravy and biscuits, egg, pancake it's was good mmmmmmm.

We Loved this placed! It looks so expensive and luxurious that we couldn't believe the price we got it for! My kids loved it, the room so clean and lovely! We Loved the beds so soft and confortable! The lady at the service desk was awesome, also the breakfast was very yummy. For one night for a family of 6 with one room with double kingside beds and complimentary breakfast we paid less then $130. Thank you! We will be back again! ××× they also have gym equipment and inside pool×××

The hotel is great! It has a good breakfast and is very clean. The staff is very nice and always keeps up with the cleaning schedule. The best part of my stay has been the beds! They have recently updated the beds and they are perfect! Some things that keep this hotel from being 5 stars is that the gym is tiny, and makes me feel uncomfortable. Also, the pool and outside area is low quality compared to the rest of the hotel. I'm overall very satisfied with the service and quality of the hotel and staff.

Great clean rooms! I loved the staff everyone was so nice and friendly! Pool was very clean. Breakfast was AMAZING! Definitely will stay again next time I visit my family!

New hotel This is within sort of the McAllen Border Town area. I'm not a big fan of Holiday Inn Expresses in the past but I'm becoming a bigger fan this is spotlessly clean the rooms are huge. The breakfast is very consistent and it's located near other restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the employees go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and the rates are very reasonable around $80 to $90. Housekeeping has spotlessly clean rooms every day. The hotel is clean. The staff is properly trained and made my stay great. In fact, I am switching over to Holiday Inn Express instead of Hampton due to the service inconsistencies that exist in that franchise brand. This hotel has an ok business center area in the lobby. The printer is blank ink only. The rooms are very well set up and larger than normal LCD TVs. The breakfast is consistent and good. The front desk staff seemed very much to care and make sure you are happy. The location has restaurants around it within a mile. The convenience store area is lite on selection. Quiet location and quiet rooms. Water pressure is ok. A good choice in that area for business travelers. A great value in this area.

It's an okay hotel, they charge per person. There rooms are a decent size small tubs but allot of restroom space, and no mini fridge or microwave. For one person they charge about 56$ ($49.99+tax)

I am a regular. We travel for work. I love the new updates they have done. The employess are wonderful. Keep up the good work.

There was left over food in the frig when I got there. Made me wonder if it had been cleaned or not.

Great hotel. Room is very clean and the bed super comfortable. The hotel is being remodeled but it in no way affects your stay. Management and staff are very helpful and kind.

The motel is undergoing some renovations so parking space is limited. The motel clerk was friendly and professional. Breakfast was not a positive experience. They were out of scrambled eggs and ommlets. These were Eventually provided 15 minutes later. Eggs were a bit cold.

I attended the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Rio Grande City for a bridal shower. The space of the event was great, but a bit too small. There was over 100 people in the room and even at that the room was not stuffy or hot! So that was a big plus! It was a good experience and would attend other events at the same location.

Got a great room. Even better price. But room smelled funny. Other than that everything was fine.

My room was spacious and had a nice TV. My bathroom was not cleaned properly some of the towels had hair on them. There was hair on the floor.

I did not stay but I was there for a conference meeting the staff was very polite and we even were able to record a small interview in the main lobby with no issues it is very well kept clean and quiet.

I love holiday Inn this is the only hotel I will stay in their superclean They will give you extra towels if you ask them breakfast is great. Just love it so much.
