TV was a little difficult I just turned the surge protector off and back on and I was good. The rooms are very nice spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was waffles gravy and biscuits and ceral aka awesome.

Awesome place, wonderful people, get staff and very clean and quiet place even though next to a highway. Suites are large and spacious big screen TV and refrigerator and microwave in our room. Will return next time must evacuate because of a hurricane.

Great hotel. Small breakfast. Staff is friendly. Not able to walk to anything. Limited pool towels are available.

Breakfasts could be healthier and more explainable of what's offered. Beds were a bit too hard. Other than that rooms were nice and clean.

Very clean and check in at midnight was real smooth. All parking spaces were full. Fully equipped room. Microwave and refrigerator 50" flat screen TV on wall. Desk dresser table 2 chairs. Sofa too. Kingbed flat pillows need new ones. New carpet in room. Lots of lights and lite plugs. Outdoor lighting real good. Location good. I will return.

Prices were good. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Found the Texas Inn after stopping by other area Inns in Harlingen. Looked at the others even checked out their rooms and drove on. Then pulled into the Texas Inn and was impressed with everything we saw. Had big smiles on our faces just looking at the outside. Then we went in to talk to the people at the desk and it just keep getting better. Great people and prices. Went to look at the room… and was sold. Very clean, big fridge, big TV, new air/heating units, tub/shower. Pool area was first rate. Not a single piece of litter anywhere on the entire property. Could not have been any better.

My family and myself just stayed at texas inn july18, 2014 thru july 20, 2014, we got 8 rooms and I must say the hotel is beautiful! roger the manager was excellent and the staff were awesome! the rooms were very clean, spacious and affordable. They have all the amenities fridge, microwave, iron, ironing board, coffee maker, table, nice soft towels, big tv, nice comfy bed, some rooms have a couch, I couldn't of asked for a better hotel! the pool and hot tub were very nice. We used the barbque pit that they have there and relaxed outside for hours. It's like a maybe 40 minute drive to south padre island. Would I recommend this hotel heck yeah! would I say here again of course as long as roger and the staff are there your stay will be beautiful!
