The people running this place are the worst. I know of a company who rents a room there on a month to month basis and even uses the companies' own beds yet they still behave very rudely with them. This company is probably their best customer yet they refuse to provide the employees with extra room keys, they flat out tell them that they aren't allowed to eat the breakfast there and even get into arguments over this. They know nothing about customer service and are completely unprofessional. I'm sure they gladly take the payments though without complaining. They all live upstairs so they're constantly getting into everyone's business. They should probably be a little more professional and not treat their best customers like trash and instead worry more about the numerous prostitutes, drug deals, and parties that go on here.

They have nice rooms very clean and good staff.

Room had a big roach under a/c and another on ceiling in shower. Definitely not staying again nor recommending this place to anyone. Booked for 4 people had half a roll of toilet paper and two towels.

Good hotel. Has a pool and rooms are spacious and clean and it's in a great location.

I loved this hotel, lovely decorations and a comfortable bed! I also loved the Room Service, they were on task!

I stayed there quite often a few years back and it was a fine hotel. i stayed there recently and it wasn't a fine hotel. cold pool, smelly rooms, broken doors, TV wasn't working… and the list goes on. i would not recommend this place anymore. There are much better places for the same price.

Heater was not working room was cold af.

Been there many times before. Just getting worse and worse.
1. Door handle came off needed to get pliers to open door
2. AC didn't work.
3. Fridge didnt work
4. Exposed wiring on electrical plug
5. Pillows and comforters all stained.
6. Lock to door didnt work maid just walked in on us.
7. Toilet stoped up and they told me to wait till morning to get plunger since she did not want to leave office.
8. Room filthy. Will not be going back to this hotel.

Because Everything was very suvio and stinking.

It was nice, honestly. It didn't have any good TV channels, but we made it work. The beds are comfortable. Only thing was, the ice machine was a bit farther.

I was robbed and charged twice.

They really don't care about the the people who stay the night. I was just there yesterday and the people who didn't pay for a room kept going into the pool as if it were open to the public. Not to mention it's also noisy people don't let you sleep!

Texas Inn Alamo you can get good rates for a week, elevator service and much more going back tonight, I give it a 8

Price and staff was great. Rooms needed up grades but, I would stay there again.

The pool is nice. That's the only thing that is good in this hotel. And the prices are not even worth it. First of all I called ahead to ask if they had rooms available down stairs. The man that answered the phone said yes. It took us less then 2 min to get to the hotel and when my husband went to book the room they had apperantly just booked the last available room down stairs a couple of minutes ago. We got a room up stairs, the first thing we noticed is that the pillow that were on the bed were the size of couch pillows. Then the room and no towels. The bed didn't have the blanket it usually has. The bed sheets were dirty. And to finish that. The restroom were not maintained.

For what I got to experiance it looks like a good place to stay. The pool looks really clean.

They didn't have breakfast, I paid for a night and expected a breakfast like it was listed but instead the girl locked all the doors to the long and hid from me.

Great service and the inside rooms are neet and comfortable and loved it. It's not the first time stayed there so I keep on coming to this place. Thanks Texas inn.

Discussing. Sheets were dirty and stained with blood, what appeared to be semen was on the comfort or and bed skirt, room smells of mold, floor was dirty, shower was dirty, stained white towels, broken lampshades, light didn't work, fan clicked, remote was taped together and not to mention I was 2 hours late leaving in the morning because my car was being blocked by 3 squad cars picking up hookers… wish I could have my money back.

It has a pool and it has a nice atmosphere.

The "cleaning" staff at this location really lacks in their servicing of the room. I complained about the restroom smelling like piss to front desk and they said they would send someone. Left room for the day and came back the restroom still smelled of piss. I don't think they use any disenfectant probably just tap water in spray bottles. Only place we could get due to spring break. Guess you do get what you pay for.

Bad service I don't know if it was the owner but it was a young Indian man threaten to call the cops at 5 in the afternon cuz supposedly because of a noise complaint.

Horrible! bad service, ugly restrooms, huge spider underneath the sheets, /dirty sheets, yuck.

No cold air or cold water! Bad service! Being an out of towner they couldn't comfort us! Even while it was 4th of July wknd.

Very nice rooms. Great prices and well maintained.
