Beds are super comfortable, and staff is great I had reserved online and when I got there they did the best to help me get two connecting rooms. Only thing was room ac took a while close to 30 min to cool the room.

Great rate for a weekend trip. I do wish the Wi-Fi had been a little better.

Quaint little place, decent rooms, good parking, friendly staff and a pleasant swimming poop.

Very nice, very clean and accommodating. We were in a tight spot after hurricane harvey but they came through for us and we appreciate that.

Stayed overnight, the room was standard fare, nicely decorated, but there were bugs on the floor, and the tap water tasted funny.

Love the breakfast lunch and dinner that they provided when I needed directions to certain locations they helped me out tremendously I would highly recommend these hotels to anyone if they needed to stay somewhere but still feel like they would in there own home.

Pretty nice. Only problem was they turn the ac off everyday by power switch in the office.

Nice, good, and comfortable rooms and beds. The floor has carpet, the room has fridge and microwave, and the TV has Directv.

Clean and Very Friendly Service! Our experience was very, very good. Very friendly and accommodating on check in. Allowed us to see a room before we stayed. Non-smoking room smelled very clean and fresh, carpets were like new, clean refrigerator, air conditioner ran very quiet. Wi-Fi worked well, Bed was very comfortable with pretty clean sheets. We are from Florida and travel through the area, definitely plan to stay here ag.

As CEO of a business, I am expected to provide to my customers exactly what I have told them they will receive. The main reason I made reservations at the Pleasanton Super 8 Motel for my engineering staff was because not only was it the only National Chain motel advertised in that near area, but also stated they had Wi-Fi. I specifically checked on this fact when I made the reservation since internet connection is so vital to our being able to work as a business at long distances. Well, apparently when my staff checked in and could not get internet connection, they checked with the front office staff who said. Well, there have been complaints over the past few weeks, but we just thought the customers didn't know what they were doing!. So, I called the motel myself this a. M. And requested to speak with management and was informed that they were not available. I described the problem to the person on the phone who explained to me that they had new routers put in 2 weeks ago and have no idea why the service isn't working. They claim to have put in a call for service, but could give me no idea when the installers might be back out to fix the problem of no reception with the new routers. When I began to explain to the person that the WiFI was a large reason I chose their motel and that I wish they had been honest enough to explain that it was currently out of service. She grew very hostile, told me off, and slammed the phone down on me.
