Its really nice and clean.

For what I paid I expect the Wi-Fi to work been here 2 days it either connects for 60 sec then disconnects or stay connected and no internet would rather go somewhere else and pay more and have decent Wi-Fi.

What a nice surprise! Great food; clean rooms; exceptionally friendly and very helpful staff. All packaged in an old style motel.

Best bed my entire trip and even the remote control is sanitized. Nice people.

Nice place lots of truck parking. Very clean. Has restaurant on site food is ok nothing special.

$242 a night and no hot water.

Had a few things go missing one day while at work. Then they move my personal property out of a room I had until Friday, because they said someone came in and changed the date (which didn't happen). Keep an eye on your stuff!

I've stayed at this hotel for work a couple of times, and it's always a pretty good experience. It's enormously expensive, but all hotels in Pecos and way overpriced these days due to the oilfield. The rooms are always clean, and the on-site restaurant is pretty good, usually. The Wi-Fi is free and pretty fast, even with a full hotel. Overall, it's a pretty good place to stay if you don't mind spending $280 a night during the week.

The best hotel at Pecos. Fantastic restaurant, breakfast facilities, great rooms, and one the most equipped fitness centers I have seen anywhere, for a hotel.

I've been staying here for 4 years off and on. The front people are the Best! Veronica, Breanna, Kimberly. They always been there for us. We are not going to stay any where but theSwiss Clock inn. When we are in Pecos Tx. Thank you all foreverything y'all do. Working in the oilfield long hours. It’s really nice here at the Swiss Clock everyone here treats you like your family. There’s a young lady behind the front desk she is a asset to this establishment. Her name is Idalis. She manages her job helping people check in with respect. Thank you agin.

Was a very friendly place. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Also easy to get too.

Definitely would come here again. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Building inside and outside was well maintained. Breakfast was wonderful.

Our table was not wiped down, then the cloth napkins were smelly and had grease stains on then I had to ask for paper one's. Fries were cold and starting to get limp, was given core of lettuce, thought it was onion at first, hamburger bun was hard. Salad was room temp, big chunks of onion, and low quality salad dressing.

Another great Best Western! Very friendly staff. The room was completely clean throughout. The beds and linens were quite comfy. Parking spots were nice and wide for my big truck. The stay was complete with the free hot complete breakfast that included eggs, potatoes, beans, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, fresh pasteries, cereal, yogurt, pancakes and juice in the restaurant. I will stay here again.

Always very clean and well maintained. Prices are inline with every other hotel in oil boom town Pecos, Texas. Free car wash at hotel, very nice indoor hot tub / pool. Large (really large for a hotel exercise room) weight / exercise facility. Very nice free breakfast. If you have to stay in Pecos this is the spot.

They have some beer, and unlike almost every other place around here, they have liquor. The girls in the bar are nice and attentive and the food is pretty good.

Not many places to stay in this area. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Didn't see anything that looked like it was out dated or left unfixed. Breakfast was good plenty of varity even on Christmas Eve. Check out was a bit early but due to holiday can't say that was bad. Staff want to be with their family's too. Trailer parking was well lite but a bit away from rooms.

So, I drive 7 hours to spend Christmas with my fiancee who works in the oilfield. My room cost $174 for ONE night, and even though the website SAYS breakfast included… it's a "special day" so no breakfast. Then I go to get coffee… and the ONLY creamer in the entire place is pumpkin spice. So, $174 and I can't even get a cup of coffee. Won't use Best Western ever again.

As rig hands my crew and I visit frequently sometimes the service is slow but you have to remember it is a breakfast bar at a hotel and everyone is always friendly.

Not a nice hotel. Restaurant service takes a long time to sit you and wait tables. Wi-Fi was out each night for 3 nights.

This is a nice motel, well kept, with pleasant helpful staff. I liked that I could park right outside my room. It has a full restaurant on premises, which is also a plus.

Clean rooms. Breakfast was okay. Easy to get to from interstate.

With this location being at a main oil field lodging area, I was a bit worried the room would not be clean and possibly bed bugs. Will say that my room was very clean and zero bed bugs or bugs in general. Since I was working 3pm to 6am, I did not try the breakfast but it smelled really good. With my work schedule, my room did not get cleaned because I would be sleeping during the day. I am sure if I asked management in the front they would have cleaned it, I wasn't worried since I only stayed a few nights. Rooms come with a mini fridge and microwave. Will stay here again.

Definitely plenty of big truck parking. The rooms are suprisenly large. Nice place, will be back to stay again.

Clean amd comfortable room, and the staff was notably more helpful than most. Checking in was a bit slow.

I highly recommend this Hotel, its clean, nice and the front desk ladies/guys are just as friendly as can be. The price is right and well worth the money, not to mention, the morning breakfast bar is amazingly great with so many selections.

Old motel Converted into a Best Western. Next time we will stay at the Best Western Plus that is in the sane pkg lot. I prefer indoor rooms not doors that open to pkg lot. Breakfast is at the nearby restaurant and was good. Was not worth the 20, 000 points though. Should be more like 10, 000. Stayed in nicer ones for less points.

This is a lovely place to stay. The rooms are all first floor with great interior decoration. The beds very comfortable, great shower and fridge and microwave in the room. The breakfast is at the nearby restaurant, a buffet and really nice. Had everything you'd hope for, waffles, eggs, breakfast meats etc. And you eat on china plates with regular silverware, not the plastic stuff. Really very nice place to stay.

I liked my stay. Rooms clean, Wi-Fi good, breakfast good. I liked that I had a place on site to do laundry. People are helpful. The only negative was that the toilet was not attached to the toilet. I would stay here again.

I've stayed there 4 or 5 times over the past year and half or so. The new bar is nice. It's nice to sit outside and have a cold adult beverage and watch the game, or chat. The breakfast buffet is good, but not as good as it once was.
The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are decent.

Great place to stay, Weather permitting good for cook outs out side grilles also Cabana next door was invited over watched Dallas woop up on the Buckernerrs all the staff will go out of there way to accommodate your stay the Alpine Lodge great food and service.

Horrible experience! We ended up leaving within 5 mins of being there due to a huge black spider in our room and bugs in the room and in our beds. So gross! The toilet paper in the restroom was already used before we even used it ourselves. Non-Smoking room reeked like cigarettes. We got our refund & searched for another hotel down the street and they informed us they receive all the people that leave this hotel complaining about the same BUG issue. Not a clean place to stay! Not safe for children!

Great hotel! Comfortable beds with nice fluffy pillows. Pet friendly with a $15 pet charge. Laundry is free for guests! Large parking area for truckers! Wonderful restaurant, Alpine Lodge, next door with great breakfast and dinners! Friendly helpful staff in both places, especially Ashley at the Alpine Lodge! Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

It's an alright place. The breakfast buffet is the nicest motel breakfast I have ever seen and the wait staff are super friendly. I have my doubts about the cleaning ladies though. Not that they are thieves but that they do not properly execute their job. They clean okay but sometimes they don't replenish the supplies, like cups and toilet paper etc… They only clean twice a week. I LOVE that they have a free laundry mat, I only wish both dryers worked properly, so if you need a dryer the one by the outsie wall will take 2 hours to dry one load, and don't even try to dry jeans, hahah… It's a decent place to stay for short spurts but gets annoying after a while of being here.

This is oil country. Hotel prices are through the roof because of supply and demand with all the oil industry workers in the area. The price charged for a standard size room with a king bed would get us a suite anyplace else. There were a few bugs on the bed when we checked in (which freaked my wife a little). The drawers in the night stand were filthy. The hot continental breakfast at the restaurant would have been great but we had to get back on the road before they started serving at 06:00 AM. Would stay here again ONLY as a last resort.
