This property had a total remodel back in March (2019) hotel & staff are perfect!

Room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice place to stay. Comfortable, nice indoor pool and good breakfast.

Housekeeping is the worse here. Cobwebs in the shower. They don’t restock each day. There was only females in this room this week & there is old urine all down the front of the toilet. I found someone else’s dirty socks in the room. Elevator looks as if no one has swept it out in weeks.

Paris, Texas is always a "great" stay. From the accommodations, to the people, to the breakfast; great, great, great!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Front desk service was minimal and breakfast was terrible. One morning all the apples were spoiled and the biscuits were like hockey pucks.

I can't remember the gentleman's name at the front desk, but he mentioned he's been there 8 yrs. He is always so nice when we stay there. The beds are super comfy and room was clean.

This was an awesome Hotel I myself my dad and my sister stayed here to attend a funeral in the morning we drove from Conroe all the way to Paris Texas their staff is amazing and we had a very pleasant stay the beds were very comfortable and the room was very dark I have to have a dark room or I don't sleep I was very very pleased if you are in the Paris Texas area and in need of a hotel room go here they also have vending machines and a swimming pool the pool is awesome.

I was pleasantly surprised during my stay. The room smelled fresh and everything was modern & up dated.

The rooms were clean and comfy. And the breakfast was good too. But the air control needs work. It was either to cold or to hot in my room.

It's a very spacious room w/ TV, small fridge, & microwave. Their's an excellent view of the parking lot through the window. The bed's very comfy & warm. There are 2 stuffed chairs & a cool office chair. Great motel. Daughter & son-in-law are enjoying their stay. It's super cold tonight, but the room gets very warm very quickly, so great air conditioning. There's free breakfast in the morning.

Great price for a room on Christmas. Staff was great and room was clean. I would recommend this as a place to stay when in Paris tx.

I requested an ADA room, when I made the reservation, because I am wheelchair bound. The room I had DID NOT have a wheelchair accessible bathroom. It had safety handrails in the tub/shower combo, which is right next to the teeny tiny toilet. The sink is in a very tall, inaccessible from a wheelchair, vanity. I rented a double room with two queen sized beds, which had four oddly small pillows atop each. Lucky for me, across the hall, next to the pool, was an actual ADA bathroom, with safety hand rails and an ADA sized toilet and an accessible sink. The 0300 trip over there wasn't ideal, but at least I had a toilet that I could use. Breakfast was nice. Served from 0600-1000.

It's been such a pleasure could not ask for any better Hotel then this everyone's been a joy to be around I would recommend it to anybody thank you.

Stayed a couple weeks back for two nights, the fridge did not work, come back on 10/10 and they were rude, called that morn said they saved me a room 107 and it was taken, then they said I saved a room a few weeks b4 and I was a no show? But I did stay, they r liars, and when it comes to a military discount, it’s a joke, ONLY N PARIS, TEXAS! State and hundreds over the years with no problem until Paris Texas, did not even have a maid come by they first time I stayed (and last time I will stay) I had to go ask for more towels at the front desk, now the maintenance man was awesome, if u r n the military now or from the past do not stay here! That goes for civilians to!

I love the fact that when you arrived that they have cookies waiting. Beds are very soft and relaxing.

My stay was very pleasant. The staff are great and the hotel is up-to-date and a good place to stay. Access to the property is a little odd as you have to pass through a parking lot for another hotel. I'm a repeat guest as I have enjoyed past stays and although it is a bit pricey it meets my needs perfectly.

This is a wonderful hotel to book for large groups! I have worked with Terri the manager several times now and she is so sweet and always works so hard to make sure everyone has a nice room with an affordable rate! The staff are very kind and rooms are clean and nice! I highly recommend this business!

Nice quality hotel for a reasonable price. I found it clean and comfortable and well maintained. I use this hotel for friends from out of town and I do not hesitate to recommend.

Great room, modern, clean, quiet. Very comfortable beds, beds made very nicely too. Breakfast was great too. Hot breakfast. Got great welcome at front desk just like other reviews! Will keep on my return list! Love Paris lol!

We drove 7 hours for a baseball tournament and when we arrived I was told our reservation had been cancelled by the general manager the morning before we were supposed to check in. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend.

We found it very comfortable and immaculate. Fast friendly check-in. And the breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Needed their business center to do some unexpected business and we were happy! And finally, Davey was extremely helpful
Locating a lost car key, searching our room and finding it for us. A great place to stay!

The staff is always friendly here, and though I am not disabled, I appreciate that there are plenty of really good rooms that are wheelchair accessible. This hotel is run by professionals.

I spent one night at the Comfort Inn located in Paris, Texas. The room was clean when we arrived at 5:30p. M. However there were no towels in the room and the remote to the television didn't work. I went to the front desk and retrieved towels. When I shower I found the hair drier did not work. The staff was friendly and replaced the hair drier with one that looked like it had been taken from another room that was full of hair and lint. I will stay somewhere else next time.

Hands down the only and best hotel to stay in Paris. The whole staff including Trinity and Linda are very nice and helpful. You are getting a five star experience for a 2 star price. This is the type of place where you cannot say enough good things about. My only complaint is that all Comfort Inns are not this great. Well done.

Hands down one of the most comfortable places to stay. This Comfort Inn especially stands out in service, CLEANliness, and the breakfast is very nice. I felt like I was visiting family.

The Comfort Inn was clean and modern. The hotel looks new and well kept. They had a good free breakfast in the morning that included a waffle maker machine and eggs. The fruit had brown spots, but other than that everything was good. I never used the pool, but it was indoors and looked clean. The front desk staff was also polite and responded to any of my requests.
