Clean, nice staff, comfy beds. The TV was fuzzy, otherwise a very nice property.

5 Stars! The facilities are clean and comfortable. They are located conveniently off of the I-20. But what makes this place exceptional is the people who work there. Although I didn't get all of their names they ALL are AMAZING! It is evident that the desk staff care, one asked a guest who was checking out how they can improve the stay, the guest response was that it was very nice and she enjoyed her stay. So the lady asked "if you could choose one thing, be honest because we really want to make your stay Amazing" the guest replies, "the shower curtain had a small tear, but everything else was Amazing! " The employee made arrangements for the curtain to be replaced immediately. This shows true caring about a place when each employee strives to be better. Then there is the wonderful lady who made sure breakfast was perfect. She had everything available on time and was friendly and helpful. You can tell she takes pride in her work and is friendly. To the General manager Kelly, THANK YOU! They say the staff are a reflection of the leadership, well your staff are all remarkable. I look forward to my next stay in Odessa.

Is a really comfortable place. Isn't too notch but affordable.

Pretty good hotel, and a convenient location close to i-20. Good fitness center and friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever regarding the facilities.

Under repairs right now, so the pool was closed. The front desk girls were extremely helpful though. Rooms are adequate, but they call them suites and they are open, bed and couch are next to each other, not in a separate room.

Staff has been friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and housekeeping goes above and beyond to see that your needs are met. Breakfast had a variety of selections which met each of my 4 kids liking which was a huge bonus. Breakfast attendant was super kind and was awesome to chat with. Pool was smaller than I had hoped but we were the only ones there so that made up for the size, bonus that they have pool towels out there too so you don't have to use your shower towels. Edited to add that the heavier white woman is beyond rude. I'm sure she is the manager but she makes every effort to make sure you know you're not welcome. I'm giving the rest of the staff aside from her the 5 stars. She doesn't deserve even one.

+ Large nice rooms, coffee anytime, easy freeway access -king sized mattress has a large dip in it, cleaning personal turn off ac when cleaning the room and leave them off. I can be very hot when returning to room after work.

Great staff. They were nice to the people. Made you feel at home. And the rooms are nice size for nice price and comfortable beds.

It's not bad… not good, but not bad either. I guess you get what you pay for.

Expect not alot. Hot water was scarce, room not real clean, noisy, I think everything is metered. No hd on tv. Old property or run down. Take your pick. Expensive.

Decent hotel, nothing really bad to say. Staff was polite and friendly, room kept up, free breakfast. And that is what makes me happy, free breakfast.

I stay for extended periods of time in hotels because of my work. This hotel has a man Named Victor that is extremely nice and polite. If you ever get a chance to book a night or 2 chances are you will see him. He is everywhere and does alot of everything. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

This Dirty, rented a suite in $225 dollars and this dirty and the bathroom did not wash are the tuallas used in the sink and even a hand soap open if not we should walk so tired I leave the room and I'm very upset, I never stay in this hotel again. I Don't recommend them at all. Grab the room in the night of 12/2/18 and the suite is the 228 I hope and they call the attention to the waitress who according to clean the room because it is not clean.

Not bad for an average hotel. Pool was closed the entire time and laundry mat (coin machine) was not working either. Room was clean and free breakfast was good, pretty standard — waffles, eggs and bacon/sausage!

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The pillows were fluffy and provided enough support. The free breakfast was fantastic, with waffles, eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereal, milk and juice + some other things I didn't try. Check in was painless.

This place needs new leaders.
No one we booked with works here anymore and they booked single when we booked doubles.
The manager was her second day on the job and and the counter young lady was on her second week. After a hour we got a key to a room.
That didn’t work. Didn’t know how to fix it and to make sure choice rewards.
We’re in place. 2 hours later finally got checked in but after asking over a dozen times for a card or contact of owners or someone that could handle the complaint we were told there was no one.
Poor young lady is running this huge hotel all.
Alone with no training and the only person she can call is someone who has only been there 2 days and can’t come to the hotel to assist.
Junior league of Odessa please do not ever negotiate your loyal vendors to stay in such a horrible place again.

Monday night get together in the cafeteria was a really nice touch! Lacreitia made BBQ sandwiches and all the fixings! The food was great and it was really a nice break from fast food and we met some nice people over dinner! Thanks! It was great!

We stayed a month and we couldn't of asked for a better motel! Highly recommend this hotel if your in Odessa! Everyone is very friendly and nice, but Victor with housekeeping always kept our room tidy and clean and we received fresh towels and toiletries daily, and they have very comfortable beds!

When we got to town we stayed at a hotel across the street and it was not a good idea. We called choice and got a room here and we are so very pleased. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The whole place is clean, the showers work wonderful and great breakfast. We learned our lesson and won't stay anywhere else when we come to Odessa. Ps. They are military friendly here.

I work the night shift and get to my room at 7 a. M. I asked them to clean the room at a later time the general manager very rude called me belligerent and threatened to kick me out + she called Vice President of my company and he ask her to clean my room at a later time… Rude I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE IF I WAS PAYING FO IT! ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR WHEN IT'S CALLED HOSPITALITY.

Day sleeper,, non smoker, calling me waking me up, in the middle of the day that they smell smoke, and if I was smoking, how rude and insulting, investigate before calling rooms from font desk, easy to pick up phone and call rooms, get their Ass up and walk the hall ways,, before calling.

Totally unproffessional! Was gone asked housekeeping and front desk to not go in my room as I did not want any service and I left a do not disturb sign on the door, they still went in, against my wishes! My 13 year old daughter was staying in because she did not feel good, that's why we wanted no service! So rude, told the managers on duty and housekeeping gave us terrible attitude. Been trying to get ahold of general manager for 5 days now, and no luck she wont even return my call!

I had to wait almost 2 hours before I can check in they had no rooms available. I decided I want to go swimming and they told me that pool is closed until tomorrow. It is the middle of the summer and you have a major Hotel that stays full year round and your pool is closed. I think I will go with other choice of hotel next time I am in town for business.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathtub needs some work. My husband loves the breakfast. The staff we encountered were friendly. There is a heavy cigarette smoke smell in the common areas. The smoking area is right next to the pool which was not pleasant especially for those who are sensitive to cigarette smoke which is why this is a 3 rating.

My rate was very good for the quality of room. Hotel feels new (built in 2015 I think). TV is a little small and only has standard definition channels. The receptionist was very nice and the hotel is located near a lot of restaurants. All in all a good place.

The beds were great and the staff was exceptional. The truck parking was good.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The people at the front desk were always very helpful and polite. When we left, we forgot a pillow (tempurpedic) & a blanket. My wife called and spoke to somebody and they had found them and held onto them. My in-laws will be picking them up. I've never had this kind of thing happen when forgetting things at hotel. Most times, we're just lied to and our belongings are kept or who-knows-what.

Dirty a/c vents. Reception desk isn't very receptive.

Advertising $79 rate on Google search. Could not find rate when booking call hotel they told me they are not honoring that rate anymore. Candlewood is right up the road better rating newer and same price.

Screw this place. Fire alarm went off from shower steam. Was told to just wait it out. After 30 minutes, I ask for a new room and the keys didn't work twice for it. I went up and down the elevator 3 times getting new keys. There's not even free internet here so I'm using my data to share. Cheers.

Pleasant people working for the beautifully clean spacious and comfortable hotel. Very accomodating. Hot breakfast good variety. If we are in Odessa again definitely coming back!

Nice… But I guess there newly developing this area because there's no stores or restaurants for miles?

The best nights sleep I've got in awhile. The beds are very comfortable and soft. Better than the last hotel I stayed at just a mile or from here.
